It is to intimate that I was booking a bus ticket from barabanki to delhi on 17 feb 2021 but the ticket was not booked and the money for rs 853.95 has been deducted .

Therefore it is my humble request kindly to refund the money as soon as possible. The screenshot has been attached herewith.

    I had booked 3 tickets for going from Amravati to Pune via Redbus dated 16.02.2021
    The tickets got confirmed.

    Route: Amravati to Pune
    Ticket No: TQ3E47032270
    PNR:[protected]
    Travels: Prasanna Purple Grand

    Departure: 06:45 PM Feb 16, 2021
    Seat Numbers: 13, 14, 16
    Total fare paid: Rs.4046.0

    But on 15.02.2021, I cancelled the tickets and the company said that the refund of Rs. 3360. 20 will be credited back on my account.
    Later the company emailed that the refund is credited on my account.
    Your refund of ₹ 3360.20 against your cancelled ticket from Amravati to Pune on[protected] against Ticket no TQ3E47032270 through Prasanna Purple Grand, has been successfully credited back to you.
    But when I checked my account, no such amount was refunded.
    When I tried to reach out the company, there was no such provision for such type of complaint.
    Please help me out for gaining the refunded amount back.

          I have booked a ticket for 16 Feb 2021 accidentally and unable to cancel it.. Also talked with the customer support they mentioned me as per policy they cnt refund.. Neither I was reschedule that ticket nor cncl it.. This is ridiculous

            Bus not stop the boarding point, and didn't contact me, I will contact the driver but he said you boarding point is wrong, and he talk to me very much bad. My ticket is waste how I recover this amount.

              In redbus, I have paid the payment through phonepe and got the message from bank " your account is debted Rs.2521.50" ( I have been trying to book 3 tickets ( sleeper ka ) in "veera and sree kaleshwari bus", from uravakonda to vijayawada for 13th feb, but I didn't get conformation message and the tickets are also not booked, please help me as soon as possible 14th morning I need to report at my college, please refund me my money, it is very important to me.

                Dear Sir, I want to register a complaint regarding my travel(REDBUS.IN). I booked a ticket with Redbus for 13th Feb travel (Chennai to Dindigul for a pilgrimage trip and returned date on 14th Feb with different bus) for Lukshmi Narayan Travels and refer the PNR LNTL299C2333.. I got the SMS/email (11th Feb date of incident) from Redbus and stating that the ticket was cancelled and amount will be credited into your account like that. Then called customer care number and they simply stating that, we have rights to cancel the ticket at any time without your knowledge like that.. I was frustrated and they didn't speak about genuine / Politely. Pls find attached My trip details, 13th Feb and Return on 14th Feb and called trip as well for reference.

                  They said they will refund if I book another ticket within half an hour which I did. There too they charged rs 100 more. And for the previous ticket that I cancelled within 15 mins of booking they charged me Rs 390 more. There customer care can never be reached. Is this a service or extorting money?

                    On 25/01/2021 bus got cancelled of ticket no: TQ2S37996675.
                    Even after several calls to redbus, they have not yet issued refund.
                    I request redbus to refund my funds at the earliest.

                        Date of incident: 05/02/2021.
                        Description: I boarded the bus at Hebbal(Bangalore) to Hyderabad booked via redbus.in and my ticket number is TQ[protected].
                        The bus is not at all following the cleanliness including the Covid19 guidelines. I found nearly 5-6 cockroaches and few flies roaming below my pillow in the bus. The seats were too dusty and full of foul smell. Due to this the passengers may be effected with unconditional health issues. Small children will be effected more. These redbus guys mentioned everything in clear about the Coivd19 guidelines. I was attacked with skin infection today in the morning as i deboarded the bus in Hyderabad. I would like to claim for my re-fund including the health charges.

                                Myself kareem, I tried booking a bus on 3rd Feb from Koyambedu Chennai to Bangalore around 6:10 pm, even though after selecting the source location as Koyambedu, after confirmation and payment completion it was booked as vellore for source location. Tried calling the concerned travels but they dint receive my call nor I received any response from them till now. Kindly reimburse my payment.

                                  I had booked ticket with SRS travel via red bus. The ticket was booked for Jan 20th Jan, Napoklu-Bangalore.

                                  On the same day got SMS from SRS travel on the cancellation. For refund I wrote several email attaching the SMS screen from SRS travel, but no refund has been paid.
