Dear Sir, I want to register a complaint regarding my travel(REDBUS.IN). I booked a ticket with Redbus for 13th Feb travel (Chennai to Dindigul for a pilgrimage trip and returned date on 14th Feb with different bus) for Lukshmi Narayan Travels and refer the PNR LNTL299C2333.. I got the SMS/email (11th Feb date of incident) from Redbus and stating that the ticket was cancelled and amount will be credited into your account like that. Then called customer care number and they simply stating that, we have rights to cancel the ticket at any time without your knowledge like that.. I was frustrated and they didn't speak about genuine / Politely. Pls find attached My trip details, 13th Feb and Return on 14th Feb and called trip as well for reference.
