female single seat should be with females. especially in night journeys.

Hi.
I am jaipreet. '25 years. Female.
Was travelling last night from jalandhar to delhi.
Firstly the bus arrived from amritsar an hour late.

The most importantly, when i entered the bus. Came to my knowledge that my seat was not with a female.
I booked the ticket using your website because you give an option to have a seat with a female.
It gets very uncomfortable for a girl to travel...

Today..21.10.2017 we booked davangere to mangalore in sri durgamba travels g-down, seat upper7 sleeper, satvik gs, ticket no.[protected] and informed to office 15min early abt our pickup place.. But conductor or driver not stopped the bus at our place nor called to us abt our picking. After we recalling office expiring his departure time, they forced us to send in next bus. Its very bad experience.. Tomaro i will share further journey experience details... Worst service red bus online booking service we experienced. Hats off.

    I have not reached at lucknow on time on 17 october 2017. So i have not attend the important meeting so i want to my full refunded the money because it was important office meeting and my client has waited for me and i have last time face this experience and lot of problem face and other passengers and his final dropping point is polythenic but he was left on outer side of lucknow and he was rude behaviour on the passenger. Passenger had helped in night of 17 october for maintenance the bus

      I had booked tickets during dasara season and cancelled the same. The refund amount is 4699/-. Bus booked is canara pinto travels
      I have called more than 20 times to the customer support and everyday the same answer. We are processing, you will get the refund today.. Etc. Etc.

      Just for your information,

      Me being a member of pro kannada activist groups, sad to see there is no kannada language in your customer support. You are doing business in karnataka right?.
      Before i take any necessary actions to get back with the media and our kannada groups to protest against your red bus office in domlur, bangalore.. Will you guys take necessary actions to get the local language support in your red bus and my refund too.

        It's been already a month i haven't got my refund back. Is this the service you provide to your customers?.         I got the call from the bus operater that the bus was canceled and you got refund from the redbus .and if the refund not diposited in your account you called in redbus . I called in redbus but refund was not diposited in my account..

          I was travelling to goa on 18 october. Tickets booked through redbus and was supposed to travel through balaji tourists. Waited for the bus for 2 hours. Called up the bus operator, he didnt respond. Was contacting redbus to reach out for help but they also didnt respond. I was travelling alone and the hardships caused were cannot be explained in words. T ill date redbus is not responding.
          Redbus to take this issue up asap, refund the money else i am moving to the consumer forum.
          Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I faced the same situation while traveling to my native Erode from Chennai and the bus didn't come at the boarding point and I've waited for nearly 5hours in the boarding point without even receiving a call from the bus operator or from Redbus. I contacted redbus and complained from the boarding point and they said we'll be escalating this but Unfortunately what happened is, they have closed the complaint I raised without even discussing with me and marked the status of the complaint as Resolved.

          The worst part is I haven't traveled on that day and I had to book another ticked on the next day to reach my native. But the clarification I've got from redbus for closing my ticket is that I've boarded the bus and travelled. I was shell shocked to hear this. Why do I need to make a complaint when I already boarded the bus that too while travelling in the same bus (What hell of logic is this from Redbus)

            Dear sir,

            I booked a ticket for 17th oct 2107, from delhi to kanpur through red bus.
            In ticket boarding point clearly mentioned isbt kashmiri gate, bus departure time was around 7 pm from there, when i reached at isbt at 6:40pm i checked the arrival time with enquiry and they said there are no such bus who will departure at 7pm from isbt towards kanpur.

            Then i tried to call customer care from my no. But response, then i tried upsrtc care no. But they said actual boarding point of bus was anand vihar isbt, which is 30 km from kashmiri gate.

            I missed that bus on that day and this will cost me double money to book another ticket to travel because of huge rush, they attend the complaint but
            Delayed in response and when i m asking for refund customer care guy disconnected the phone & not initiate the refund.

            I was trying to log in the complaint on redbus portal but website shows no ticket booked from given contact no.

              Sir i booked two tickets from guwahati to jorhat on 20 th october. My ticket number is tkbf72815975.in the mornung at 630am i was waiting at my boarding point khanapara the phone number that was given in the ticket, no one was picking up. Hardly i manage to find the bus. After getting the bus, i could not think about to travel such a long distance in that bus because the bus seats was so rediculous. The seats were like seats of minibus of cityservice. I was with my wife and she is pragnent so i could not even think about to board on that bus. So somehow i took another bus and travelled the journey. I request you take my situation seriously and return my money.

                Dear red bus customer executive,

                I have booked a ticked from bangalore to vijayapur on 17th october 2017 and the booking was made with geepee travels. I arrived at the pick up location 45min early but the person availabe at pick up loation said the location is changed and the bus will come at the location which is approximately 1km away from the pick up location, at reaching the changed location (Buses of different travel agency were standing) and tried calling the geepee travels support to get the exact location of the bording bus but the response was good. I made around 25 calls and he didnt respond.

                The improper response made me to miss the bus and none of the geepee travels called me for the verification of me weather have boarded the bus or not.

                The scenerio made me to travel by other bus, for this i need refund for the below given details:

                  I booked a ticket in redbus one month before Diwali (Oct 18 2017) and paid. the night before Diwali they just sent an sms saying bus was cancelled.

                  Redbus says ticket was not cancelled and jayabharath travels says they cancelled it.

                  Because of their miscommunication customers are suffering a lot.

                    I booked my tickets by redbus app and on 15/10/2017 at 8:40 pm i boarded vrl multi axel a. C. Volvo bus mumbai to goa bus at andheri which arrived late from the scheduled time i. E 7:46 pm. The condition of the bus was pathetic. There was loud rattling noise throughout the journey. The seat were so uncomfortable. The entire bus was viberating. When we informed the bus driver and helper about this noise issue and vibration of the bus. To our surprise they informed us that it's being one month that the noise and vibrations was occurring and told us they cannot do anyting about it as it's not in their capacity without the instruction from the head office.
                    This journey made me really sick and emotionally and physically drained me out when arrived my destination. I feel totally cheated on paying bus fare with an expectation of a smooth travel.

I missed the bus and it was necessory for me to go to home on october 16, 2017. I have called to rsrtc customer care and asked regarding the boarding point, and i was responeded by authories to go to srai kalekhan... That was not the actual boarding point of bus...                         I booked a ticket through redbus.in on 25.8.17. Ticket number (Tin)- tkap24926033 and reference id no - [protected]. I cancelled the ticket on the same day of booking. Till the ticket amount has not been refunded by the website. As per the website the refund will be done in 5-6 working days. Its nearly more than 15 days and thers is no sign of refunding from the website

                            Through redbus, i had booked ticket from pune to indore for[protected] with rajratan tours. I received message that bus got cancelled due to low no of passengers. They give me booking for very next day but again it got cancelled and this time even didn't send sms. Rajratan just called and settled on phone call.

                            I raised concern with redbus (Tkt #1843514) for the same. But redbus helpline people asked me to send details through mail and then didn't respond.

                            I again called helpline and sent them mail with all the required details. Still no reply received from them.

                            Big time frustrated with such a weird behavior. Please help me with correct contact person. My cell no is [protected]

                              I am ramachandran.. I have booked ticket from sattur to salem on 08.10.2017. Pnr no: j[protected] tkt no : tkb[protected]. Bus timing 10.30 pm. Operator : kpn travels. Non ac semi sleeper seat no 24a.
                              Received driver no from kpn. When i called driver by 9.20pm [ driver no: [protected] ] he told bus got accident & he ask me to make my own arrangement. Then i called kpn sattur [ ph no: [protected]], he also replied same. I informed it to redbus, [[protected] extn 6] they also told they cant make any alternate & ask me to take care on my own.                                 I am pradeep, a resident of andhrapradesh.
                                On 15 august 2017, i have booked a ticket through red bus e service for nagpur from hyderabad. I had opted for a window seat but i was made to sit in a non window seat. The staff didnt have minimum courtesy to respond to their passengers.
                                In addition to this the bus ran with a capacity double to its actual capacity.
                                The staff were drunk and reckless.
                                It is the mistake of red bus which partnered with these kind of travel agencies
                                Some passengers were even made to sit on floor.
                                Red bus should be sued seriously for this happening.

                                Sir ...mene 2din pahle surat to mahad tocket book karvai thi aur ac se paisa debit ho gaya lekin ticket book nahi hui aur 480 Rs refund bhi nahi mila...aur red bus company se koi jawab bhi nahi de rahe hai aur customer service number bhi galat hai

                                  PFA of bus seats conditions. Bus number is 8200. I have booked this bus from Nagpur to raipur almost 7 hour journey .
                                  The bus condition is very bad and trying to push too many unreserved passenger.
                                  They have used plywood for extra sitting over the back seaters.
                                  They charged almost 1000 INR which is too much for that type of bus and 500 INR for unreserved person who is actually sitting in bus floor and top of the plywood.
                                  Which is totally unprofessional.

                                    Bus no.3869 (Bus name jakhar),

                                    The bus was taken from barmer to balotara for parcels & returned back to barmer & then taken to jodhpur. Bus reached at 9:45am instead of 7:30am. Dropped last at shamikpura instead of written drop at "kalpatru".

                                    Also below all seats as well as in dikki, parcel luggage was filled in all space. There was no space in bus for passenger luggage. Now onward i will never book in mahadev travels

                                      I booked a seat online in aug.17 for my son to travel from pune to indore on 14.10.2017 by paying three times of normal fair rs.1986/- (Ticket no. Tk9e29999325, pnr[protected]. As he received sms, he was waiting for the scheduled bus mp 09 fa 7580, from 17.30 hrs to 23.30 hrs at boarding point nishant travels. Bus did not come. He therefore had no way except to travel by other bus, so he did and paid fair again. He had to travel by sitting whole night in driver's cabin. I request redbus to look into matter and refund the fair paid by me.

                                      I faced the same situation on 16th October 2017 while booking to my native Erode from Chennai and the bus didn't come at the boarding point and I've waited for nearly 5hours in the boarding point without even receiving a call from the bus operator or from Redbus. I contacted redbus and complained from the boarding point and they said we'll be escalating this but Unfortunately what happened is, they have closed the complaint I raised without even discussing with me and marked the status of the complaint as Resolved.

                                      The worst part is I haven't traveled on that day and I had to book another ticked on the next day to reach my native. But the clarification I've got from redbus for closing my ticket is that I've boarded the bus and travelled. I was shell shocked to hear this. Why do I need to make a complaint when I already boarded the bus that too while travelling in the same bus (What hell of logic is this from Redbus)
