Cheating on seats allotment

I have been using redbus for quite some time. This time I booked my ticket from Tirunelveli to Bangalore in "SRS" Travels. Not refunding the amount even after calling them in numerous times

Booked a ticket for Delhi from Udaipur on 12th May (3.30 pm-Rajasthan government volvo).
The bus got cancelled and i got no information from the vendors regarding the same. They did niot bother to inform in prior that it got cancelled forget arranging another bus for travel. The amount i paid was Rs. 1804/-
Have been above 10 days, i'v been calling them on a daily basis for refund but they arent really ready to reply or refund....

Its been two weeks after sharing account details for them they didn't refund the money. They didn't have proper customer support. They didn't provide proper customer care for tele communication and that too they are charging for phone calls for customer support. They are playing with people by providing worst service and worst application....
