I have cancelled a trip in redbus. My trip id: tk4v46563289.. So the amount was transferred to my wallet. I have raised an email regarding my wallet amount transferred to my bank account.. It's been 60 days. But there is no response from the redbus customer care.. I have been waiting so long.. Please take steps immediately to return my wallet amount to my bank account.

    I tried booking on 4 sept. 2017. Transaction failed twice. First time received the refund in redbus wallet but 2nd time haven't received the refund. Raised many complaints to redbus through phone[protected], email but not getting a proper response & closed the complaint.

    I have been notified by RedBus Customer care on September 22nd, 2017 that refund of Rs 605/- has been initiated to my redbus wallet and it will take 48 Hrs to reflect in my redbus wallet.

    It's been more than 48 Hrs, still I haven't received the amount in my redbus wallet. Screenshot has been attached for ready reference.

    RedBus - Could you please help me with the status?

      Dear Sir,

      We wish to inform you that we have booked a ticket for return journey through red bus on 24.8.2017 for travelling from Salem to Bangalore to undertake journey on 10/9/2017 (Ticket No. TK9N[protected] Praveen Travels). But, on 10/9/2017, it is suprised to note that your travel agent M/s. Praveen Travels has asked our children to get down from the Bus since they want to allot these tickets to other passengers since they have offered huge amount for allotting seats in their name. This is totally un acceptable to us. Please also note that out of 4 passengers 3 are girls and one boy and all at the age of 20. This created total mental agony, stress and torture to them. This is in continuation of my complaint to customer service team Management of Red Bus regarding the atrocities done to the travellers and one of the traveller is my daughter. Consequent to my discussion I have sent several mails but in vain.

      I can only say that l have shown displeasure to red bus Management team for their casual approach and handling the case vide my emai dated 10/09/2017. You may notice from the above we have boked the ticket 17 day ago and confirmation to this effect is received by us.

      Since, it was on Salem high way, they have left only with one choice of staying nearby hotel. They have stayed for the night since they have failed to make alternate arrangement. Next day we have made our own arrangeent and left for Bangalore.

      We have asked the following question to them:

      1. When we have booked the tickets - How can they ask us to de-board from the Bus??
      2. How can you issue the tickets to other passengengers by taking huge amount??
      3. Why the hell Travelsus/re b not arranged alternate Bus within 1 hr. despite many requests??
      4. Why there is No Hotel arrangement is not made from your end??
      5. What is your reply on something happens to girls??
      6. Why transport is not arranged to them to transport to Hotel??
      7. Why the Bus ticket charges are not refunded??

      We have also asked them to take action as follows:

      1. Refund Bus Ticket fares for all passengers; Rs. 3, 518/-
      2. Reimbursement of Lodging charges 10/9/2017 - 7.00 P.M. to 11/9/2017 8.00 A.M. - Rs. 5000/-
      3. Transport charges from Praveen travels to Hotel : Rs. 1, 000/-
      4. Salem to Bangalore travelling charges ( Rs. 5000/-)
      5. Compensation for Mental agony, torture, Wastage of time, 4 (4 persons) man days - Rs. 10000/-

      The total amount claimed Rs. 24, 518/-.

      In response to our communication, they have informed only that they will refund ticket charges of Rs. 3, 518/-, but not received so far.

      We also would like to approach social media if they do not settle the above amount within 10 days.

      We request you to kindly look into the matter and take action against red bus at the earliest.

          I have booked ticket from bangalore to pune on 11th august 2017 through red bus. The bus operator vastavika travels cancelled trip and informed to me on 31st july, 2017. My ticket number is tk7w63982879 and pnr is ts[protected]fvbe/44941. From that day onwards many times i have complained to red bus authorities through mails and customer care engineers for refund of my money. My reference numbers for query is 1598249,[protected], 1742519 and 1835339.in addition to that i have complained to many times customer care engineers. But i am very sorry to inform you that these guys are not properly responding or try to resolve this issue. I have all the details regarding sms, voice message from vastavika to myself regarding bus cancellation and all other details...

                I had booked ticket goa to mumbai for 28/10/2017 for 3 pax with ticket no. Tk[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. And i cancelled the ticket due to some reason. When i was cancelling ticket, i select option wallet for taking refund in wallet. They are saying in 48 hours you will be get refund in your wallet. So after 3 days i complaint for not getting refund. They are saying another 2 days will be take to solve your complaint. Today is week, but have not got any refund. Such a worst management of redbus.
                As soon as possible please give me refund otherwise i have to take legal steps against you. Amount is not big but your manangement should be improve thats the reason i will never book any ticket in your website.

                I had complaint about refund with complaint no.1814872. I am waiting of your reply from 5 to6 days. I called every morning. Because your team is saying on call that this evening your complaint will be solved. But today its 6th day, have not got any refund by you. Fake promise. Worst service. Yesterday also i called but got only one answer "this evening will be get refun d our team is working". Great. Your team is working but nothing can do.

                Guyz.. Plss plss dont book any ticket from this site. It is better that go to nearest traveller office and book. Cuz they will give you proper answer.

                Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to take any legal steps. Refundable amount is not big but your service is matter how you provide services and promise to your customer.

                  This is a horrible service in redbus... I have booked the ticket in national travels from tambar to attur, i haved reached opp to hindu mission at 11.00pm when i contacted the bus operator provided in the message said "another bus came after this, so kindly waitnuu"then i called after 15 minutes to ask the bus driver no. He said the bus was in perunkulalatur comee fast in cab. I booked a cab and came to perungulltur. Then he said the bus was in vandaloor again i travelled to vandalur finnallyhe said then he said that the bus was in maraimaalai nagaer. I paid tobook thebus for the amount of rs 582 and i spend the cab for rs308. I m a man ican switch over to another bus, if it a girl or women or pregrant ladies can hapenn whats the safetyy??? I also had the evidence for the caused. If it ll be happen whether responsible bus or national travelsss eill taken the charge kindly do the needful from the travels

                    I had booked a multi-axle volvo bus for rs. 1899 from bangalore to thrissur on thursday, august 31, 2017 using redbus. The bus operator was sam tourist.

                    On the day of travel, the bus operator modified the seats to another bus which was of lower quality. Messages received from operator:

                    Shifted ticket - dear passenger your ticket number: 286044 for the journey on 31/08/2017 is shifted from ser no: bangalore to ernakulam — m (15- 1 seats), to ser no: bangalore to ernakulam - 5 (U13- 1 seats), journey on 31/08/2017. Boarding : madiwala at 10:45 pm

                    The rate for this ac sleeper bus on thursday shown on redbus is rs. 1250. I am supposed to get a refund of rs. 649 for this ticket.

                    I have already raised 2 tickets with the redbus support team : 1763770, 1771767, 1819533 and it is already over 10 days since my travel.

                    The operator says that redbus has to give the amount, and redbus says operator needs to inform. Both are trying to fool me and there is no resolution in sight. Redbus support says that it will be solved in 24 hours, every time i call them. I have heard the same statement over 5 times already!

                    Please fix this and refund my money and please blacklist the operator sam tourist for fooling customers!

                      Hello sir.. I submitted a complaint for no refund of my money on redbus.. But i got a call from redbus (Phn no. [protected]) asking my atm card no... When i denied giving my atm card no. The person concerned sayed that if i don't provide my card no then i will never get my refund.. Whts the matter? We are always instructed by bank not to share our atm card details... The redbus already have my transaction details.. So why should i provide my card no..

                      I have also got fake call from [protected] and [protected]. While i complaint about not getting refund. I got call from this number and saying that I am from Redbus. Please provide me your ATM card and expire date. I denined to provide. after that They asked that Howmuch refund you want? What the hell. If you are from redbus then you can show in your portal system about refund. They was saying me that full amount will be credit into your bank at this moment. Please give me your details. I said send me email that which details you want, After that He declinded the call. Redbus should take steps regarding this leaked details.

                        In this connection, still i have not get refund money. All the inquiry made in this regard they said refund and all its handled by red bus only.
                        Kindly track the status and refund the cancellation amount as early possible.

                          I have booked a ticket from chennai to coimbatore in sriram travels (Pnr srth8dm383837) on 14.08.2017. One day before i receive a call that bus has been cancelled due to mechanical problem.

                          Then i wait for refund but not happened. Then i called customer care and there reply is as below

                              I booked a trip using red bus mobile app on 20th august 2017 (Trip date:24th august 2017) and i canceled the trip. I received a message saying that amount will be refunded within 10 days. It has been more than 10 days since my cancellation. I tried calling your customer care and i am not able to reach you, people. My reference id ([protected]), refund amount (800inr) and ticket number (Tk9c[protected]. I don't have any idea regarding the details i have provided is enough for you. I want to know the reason behind the delay in refunding (From your side or bank side). It would be better if you clarify your side. Kindly reply me asap.

                                I booked a ticket today in RedBus, journey from Coimbatore to Chennai planned on 7th September via National Travels. My bank account was debited Rs.425 the ticket cost but I didn't received any ticket confirmation via mail or SMS.. I already booked complaint which was promised to get resolved but it wasn't rectified till now .(reference number 1796294 - ref:_00D281KZyA._50028svsEM:ref). I am fed up with calling customer care like 30 times but received zero response. Feeling bad for booking bus through RedBus. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible...

                                I forwarded the complaint to the respective bank where my amount was debited. The next day my complaint was resolved in RedBus, they mailed me ticket for my travel.

                                  I was travelling from nagpur to jabalpur and it was pathetic. Information which was provided on net is that bus will leave nagpur at 9pm and will reach jabalpur by 3 am next morning but it was not the case.in todays world when we expect companies to perform what they commit these buggers didn't even know about the word commitment.
                                  Now i got a mail which says your complain is too short and short complains rarely got resolved, this mail show how these companies treat their consumers.

                                  I booked ticket from hyd to banglore the diducted any ticket not confirmed .
                                  My bus ticket number is TK[protected]. It is not getting canceled. It takes me back to the previous page when i click on cancel ticket.

                                      I booked and paid for a front seat for a journey from gurgaon to jaipur through REDBUS, and i did that because i had some genuine medical condition. Firstly, i had to wait for more than an hour for the cab. Secondly, when the cab arrived, i was forced to sit at the back, and that's not what i paid for. I tried to talk to the customer care dept. & tried to tell him my medical concerns, now instead of talking properly and understanding my concern, that person was way too rude and started shouting. After that i was made a false promise that after gurgaon toll, i would be shifted to the front seat, but as obvious, it never happened. And all these things happened near gurgaon border where there was no means of transport, so i didn't have any other opfion than complying with them.

                                      I think if we are choosing and paying for a particular service, we are entitled to its delivery, and if the service provider fails to deliver that, that's when we are entitled to claim our money back.

                                        I was about to book tickets for upcoming long weekend on October 2nd from my Hometown to Chennai. Bus operators listed in Redbus were charging high for tickets on the festival days than the normal weekdays. Request to take necessary action on this and provide a solution for common people.
                                        I booked ticket from Bhavani to chennai on 17 august. My ticket no is TK9D82595447. Later I cancelled my ticket, till now I didn't get my refundable amount. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
