Redbus — Change seat without any confirmation

Book bus ticket of mr travels by red bus
But bus opretor shifted ticket without any confirmation and information
When board my bus and check my seat another one is here then inform to driver but driver not respond properly
And Called red bus but red bus not respond on this question
Red bus is farud platform and MR TRAVELS is also
