I had booked tickets on Redbus on 20thJanuary 2024. Initially It was not confirmed. so I tried again. The The amount was debited from my account twice. I I called them and they said that a refund of one booking amount had been initiated. But Instead of Rs 2961, I received only 100 rupees. Again I tried to contact them, but they did not respond

      I cancelled my ticket on 12th january, 2024, and its been exactly 36 days, more than one whole month!
      20 customer care conversations, endless chat conversations, i even raised a complaint in the grievance cell of indian goverenment!

      my refund that needs to be credited is: 1932/-

      grievance ticket raised in ingram portal- 5413808
      ticket no.- TSD[protected]
      passenger name- madhumitha c, 20 years old

      how long should i wait for my own money man?

      if i pay, and have a technical issue, redbus doesn't give me my ticket right? it needs me to pay again right? i should deal with my problem with the bank but redbus needs its money, but when it comes to refund, if there is a technical error, they wont give me my money back!? instead of paying me my money and looking into it later? what even is this double standards!!??

      im just a college student, i am trying my best, what more should i do? fight a legal battle leaving my academics and time go waste?

      just refund as soon as possible man!

        This is Aditya Patil, and my compliant goes like this :

        The bus (Starline) was scheduled from Mumbai to Pune at the time of 04:25 am, pickup point from Andheri east, but the bus operator responded after 2 hours that he's bus is still not crossed the Virar phata, which is far away and then I contacted the customer service of the redBus although they also gave me vague responses. I tried reaching on every platform but couldn't get the query solved which is my refund must be return because the bus didn't reach the pickup point on time got delayed for 2 hours+ and I had to take cab for it.

            Didn't cancelled my tickets and not responded

            I booked three tickets from Proddatur to Bangalore on 1/25. Due to severe issue of my father as it is a emergency we are in hospital and unable to do the journey and contacted redbus customer care and bus operator to cancel the tickets both are not responded.             Refund amount not credited

            On 13 jan 2024 I booked a bus ticket through Red Bus App(SRS travels), But due to some reason I cancelled ticket on an 21st jan and the refund amount of INR 3285 was Initiated. On 23rd Jan 2024 RedBus Send me message that your amount was credited to your account but after checking the amount was not credited to my account. The refund reference number is 74332744022402117539618.
            Please check and revert back as soon as possible...

            Not allowed to onboard the booked seat . Want complete Refund

            Hi I had booked ticket from Kanker to Raipur via Red Bus on 27th Dec 2023
            The bus operator was Royal Travels I had booked 3 seat However, the operator forbade me from boarding the bus when it arrived because my reserved seat was already occupied by other passengers.
            The bus driver asked me to get off the bus or find another place to sit. Since I have no choice, even with a valid ticket, my two family members and I travelled...

              Payment deducted TWICE for the same ticket

              Address: Bangalore

              I booked ticket TT2F92725817 and pnr 182231 on 13th Jan. The payment for this ticket got deducted twice from my credit card at same time, due to lag I entered otp twice. The amount for tickets was 3800 and same amount deducted again for same ticket. I have attached all necessary screenshots.
              Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply....

              I have booked Redbus on Nov 9th from Chennai To Virudhunagar and it was cancelled by Redbus due to Bus breakdown. Ticket no. TSC[protected]. I received refund successful message on Nov 16th and never received my payment in my original payment method GPAY. Screen shorts attached. This is not first time Redbus does this. I see many people facing this issue.

                    My self sri manjari I had booked my ticket on January 9.2024. During my first payment the amount was in processing.I had made second payment amount was debited and ticket booked on Jan 9.2024. But the 1st payment which I had made is in processing after few days the amount was send to red bus. So kindly check it and refund the amount as soon as possible....

                    Bus ticket not confirmed

                    I booked a bus seats they deducted a amount but they didn't provide a confirmation ticket after a long time the page was loading after that the page was puts an error then went back again to the payment section. The payment was done already but they didn't confirm the tickets. So I need a refund of the money....

                    I booked a ticket to travel Kanchipuram from Silk board, Bangalore.
                    Departure date and time :[protected]:05AM

                    But bus didn't come till 09:30 AM, So I called operator mobile number [protected]. I got reply, saying bus is 1hr delay.
                    I haven't received any notification for the same, So I asked him, why it wasn't communicated prior.
                    Operator told, If you want to travel wait 1hr else you can go back to home.

                    Then I contacted Redbus, the customer care executive denied refund and told me same like operator.

                    Till 10:40 AM the bus was not arrived, So my wife, kids and I left the place.

                    So I was forced to go back to home. I need refund, please someone help me.
