I cancelled my ticket on 12th january, 2024, and its been exactly 36 days, more than one whole month!
20 customer care conversations, endless chat conversations, i even raised a complaint in the grievance cell of indian goverenment!
my refund that needs to be credited is: 1932/-

how long should i wait for my own money man?
if i pay, and have a technical issue, redbus doesn't give me my ticket right? it needs me to pay again right? i should deal with my problem with the bank but redbus needs its money, but when it comes to refund, if there is a technical error, they wont give me my money back!? instead of paying me my money and looking into it later? what even is this double standards!!??
im just a college student, i am trying my best, what more should i do? fight a legal battle leaving my academics and time go waste?
just refund as soon as possible man!
