Hi,
I requesting you to cancel the above ticket as I got health emergency and cannot travel for next one month to 45 days, initially I thought I can get recover in 1-2 weeks hence postponed same ticket from 24th of November to December 8th, but still my health situation going worse and can't make it, attached health reports please go over if possible. I would prefer the refund amount to original payment mode or redbus wallet is also fine. As its genuine reason requesting you to consider and cancel my ticket.
