I have purchased a blackberry 8830 from rediffshopping and i received the product on 26/02/15. i found this product old and the battery is also in a bad condition.Idont like the product.So i want to return the product.i have already mailed for this but I didn't get any response yet.So I want refund.Plz return the product and refund my amount as soon as possible.         On 04/02/2015 supplied Sony xperia C made in HUNGARY as per order NO.10965038 & Transaction No.22106561 in which 1st. SIM card slot was broken . Sony Service center in Kolkata told me that such foreign made product can't be repaired in india, I also received advice in written . I requested several times to <[protected]@rediff.co.in> to replace the mobile but no action was taken .

          I have ordered on 6 th Feb. 2015 order no. 11140979 & 11140915 . Paid money by credit card and received to rediff, but till today I did not recieved the goods, several time I contacted [protected] same reply every time that we are investigeting and tell you in next 48 hrs. that 48 hrs does not get completed after 20 days also, when asked for senoir to be connected hold call for 5 - 10 minutes and disconnected . I am realy frustrated by shopping on your online shopping. Even after this harrashment, I placed next order 11204093 on 20 th Feb. payment made by VISA card, courrier came to my place on 25 th 12.45 hrs and asking for cash - on - delevery, I opened your customer delight centre it is showing p full payment is recieved. . Courrier fellow went back. I tried to get contact details of your CEO Mr. Ajit Balkrisnan but did not got. Toatl shopping experiance is very harrashing.

            Actually ordered for the Unilpol stylish sky blue saree, it is looking cute when seeing on the rediff shopping but when i received the product, it is totally different and irregularly stiched the borders of the saree with purple color, also defective not not worthy. For this happiness why should we order online and wait for some days, we may buy near by right at that time only.               i paid Rs 1574 for purchSE OF FOUR ITEMS OUT OF SEVEN useful for car users. it was through punjab bank NEFT ( bildesk) at 16:00:53 hrs. but no intimation of booking my order regarding four items - car solar fan, lens on rear mirrors, etc four out of seven items.

                Hi, I had ordered 9 sarees on shopping.rediff.com on 18/10/2014. Products were delivered separately.I returned 2 sarees and received the refund.I raised a request for return of another 2 sarees but till date there is no proper response from the customercare.I have been following up from 07/11/2014, they keep asking the same questions again and again and also they take arnd 5-6 days to reply each time.                   Actually i ordered the battery of micromax A44 of 1800 mah but after collecting the parcel when i opened it the battery inside it was of A87 of 1400 mah. It really disappointed me that the rediff shopping is indeed cheating the costumers by sending them different products which r of no use to the costumers. Also they r so irresponsible that after complaining also they r not replying the costumers. Its really awful n i want to have my money back with the delivery charges that i have paid them. plz look forward to my prblem and figure it out as soon as possible.thanku

                                        I have lodged a complaint about the product as soon as I received the same. I just received the acknowledgement and next day I was asked to send the photographs of the product. The very next day I sent the photographs and also informed that the product is not useable as it cannot even bear its own weight and how can it will carry the weight of 15 shoes. I requested for sending the courier and taking back the product and refund of the amount. But after that no response is coming. It is really strange. I would, therefore, once again request you to send the courier and get back the product and refund me the amount immediately. I am a regular customer of rediff shopping but this type of response will definitely affect my shopping from rediff.
