Ordee no. 11161453 dt 10.02.2015 fir xiomi power bank 10400 capacity, but power bank has less capacity as my cellphone's battery having only 2070 capacity..but when i connect it to power bank then it will charge only 50% and then power bank go to shut down...if it is having 10400 mah capacity then my cell will charge minimum 5 times..dear rediff shopping please give better service..as we consumers have right to go anywhere against you..

      My order number 11152033 was placed on 8th Feb for Xiaomi power bank 16000Mah with double slot, but delivered was single slot 20000Mah, as complaint was done on 11th feb & till date already 15 times call has been made to customer support team but all executives gave false commitments .. Problem is not sorted out till date

        My order No. 11036682 of SUN GLASSES of [protected]@BLK-GRN: RB3026 Aviator Style Designer Sunglasses Black Frame/Green Lens, But I received Rb3026 Aviator Style Designer Sunglasses Black Frame/light Blue Gradient, I am not Satisfied with that product. It was MISMATCH.I had paid for the item by cash to the COURIER PERSON, because it is a CASH ON DELIVERY. As instructed by Rediff Support on phone, I attached the pictures of the item, and requested to pick-up and replace the product. Please note : - Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging. - Mention the Order No. on the Parcel. - Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit. Kindly revert us back on the same mail, once the product has been pickup up by the logistic, so that we may proceed further for refund/replacement accordingly. Also kindly forward us the attached scan POD copy of the logistic courier (.jpeg format and keep the file size below 2 MB), once your pickup is done, which will be given to you when the product will be picked up. I am handover the product to the courier as you refer NAMED ARAMEX on 23/01/2015 at 5:30 pm. I have sent 19 follow-up emails and also contact through call centre but no response.           Sir i am Sachin Khandare had placed my order 11142968 for HTC travel charger Model - TC E 250 but got a duplicate market product TC B 250. Product is not genuine and it is scratched all over the body. Original packaging is broken. There is no MFD, manufacturing company name on product. It is china product that i can get it in any shop just for Rs.150. Whats the use of shopping with rediff if you are providing me with cheap quality china products and your toll free also does not work. I have to call you on [protected] and its chargeable. I wish to apply for refund So please refund my money and take your product back.

            This is really disgusting and pity, all rediff online shopping staff and customer care executives not able to deliver my product in 1 month span though I have paid entire amount for the product.
            I have ordered one product on 12 Jan 2015, I got confirmation email and SMS for the same, they have written product will be delivered within 7-10 days span, I had discussion with executives and managers for the same every one assured me that it will reach soon, today one lady executive told me that it has been couriered and given me tracking number also, again I called courier customer care, they told that they have not received any product from rediff. till date I have (12 Feb 2015) not received any item from rediff.
            Every day I am calling to customer care but it is not working. Please stop buying products from rediff.

                Ordered on Rediff.com. http://shopping.rediff.com/. Product receive was damage and not working, when send back to the seller, there is no revert. I havent receive any refunds, nor a replacement and the numbers mentioned for the seller says its a wrong number or most the time switch off.                   I ordered 2.4ghz ultra wireless mouse on 11/12/14. And I received the product so late on 25/12/14. I used the product for few days and found that it is defective. I contacted customer care for that. it was not easy to find their customer care number coz there numbers are either not in service or service not available. after so much of effort I found a number complained about the product for replacement and refund. after that I contacted and reminded the customer care 5 more times each and every time they only say that they are in a process to refund the amount and are giving silly excuses. like it will take 1 week etc.. and today is 06/02/15. and niether my money is refunded nor any person came to collect the defective product.. rediff is worst online shopping company.. never to buy any single thing from this company..totaly fraud..

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I have a bought a product from you vied order No. 10099898 on the 24th of July, 2014. I received the product and tried to set it up for use but the product ( Blackberry 9360) was not connecting to the network.

                  I have called the customer care and reported the same to them and they asked me to call up the Retailer ( EM Retail Company Delhi- 110007) and expressed the same to them and they in return asked me to take it the phone to my service provider and get there help, I did so and they checked and said that the phone has a country lock and that is why it is not connecting to the services.

                  So the same was expressed to the retailer and your customer care and they have arranged a for a pick up in the month of September, 2014 and the same was paid by me and you have refunded me the courier charges only .

                  There after the retailer sent me the product back in the month of October 2014, ( Not Replacing the product but changing the part. Which is not acceptable ) he has refurbished the product and returned and returned the same. When I contacted the retailer in this regard he told me you contact Rediff Shopping.and from then on I am calling you people and every time its just that you are not doing the needful.

                  these are all the ticket numbers that you guys have sent me and I spoke to Mrs.Herna on the 9th of march and she checked and said that the refund will happen in 4-5 days and the refund will reflect in your account without fail but till now nothing has happened . So I called again today and I Spoke to Mr. Yogesh and his Extn is 333. and as he was talking he cuts the line saying that he cannot spend that much of time to a customer and he cuts the call.
                  I see it that its not right the way that he has treated a customer that if having an issue with you supply and who is being troubled by you organisation from such a long time .

                      This is to inform that I had received a damaged and defective product ( iron stand) from order number 10935392. during mid- December, 2014 ( December 21, 2014 to be precise). - The iron stand was partially broken and damaged. The leg of the stand was broken and twisted and the iron table was also broken in the edge and was been covered with the cloth itself to make it seem like it was not damaged. I was extremely disappointed with the service as the product arrived in a very bad condition, like as if it has already been used. As soon as I got the product, I tried calling the customer care, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes before which I hung up.However, I had to call the customer care many times thereafter (at least 15 times by now) to ask them to cancel the order and refund the amount. To my horror, there has not been anyone who has come to pick up the product from my residence till date and I am sitting at home and waiting for it to be picked up each day. This has not only create clutter in my house by has been torturing because I have been struggling to get my 1300 INR back from them. About 10 days ago, they finally tell me that they have initiated the refund and that it would be processed within 5-7 working days. It has been beyond the time promised and I have still not got my money back. Just yesterday (Feb 05, 2015), I receive an email that says that their Finance Department has already processed the refund into my account and I have to check with my bank as to why I have not received the money yet. To do so, they have provided me with a refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. To my surprise, when I call my bank, they tell me that the bank does not use any such reference numbers to provide the status of any transactions. When I tried to call Rediff back twice to tell them the same today (Feb 05, 2015), the customer care representative hung my call both the times. I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED with the whole ordeal of dealing with you people and I have lost all faith in your service.This has been a case of harassment and I am SICK and TIRED of the whole process of getting back my own money for the mistake of placing an order with them. It has been one and half months and I am still fighting the fire with them to get my money back. Please help and request you to take necessary action.

                            My order No. 10727685 of 2 layer dish drainer was delivered on 1-Dec-2014. It was defective, with the plastic tray broken. Also, the quality of the tray is very poor, and not durable at all. I had paid for the item online via my Axis Debit Card. As instructed by Rediff Support on phone, I attached the pictures of the item, and requested to pick-up and refund the money on 2 Dec, within 24 hours. It's been 2 months now, neither have they sent any pickup nor looks like they will return the money. I have sent 11 follow-up emails since, to which I get an automated response. I have also called the customer care, they keep promising the pick-up in 48 hours, but it has been 2 months. My Ticket Number on response emails is 'Ticket#[protected]' Please help me resolve this and get my money back from these frauds!

                                Just 30 minutes after I have lodged the complaint, I received a phone call (no. can also be provided, if desired) from Rediff Shopping that they want to refund the money back as the order is not in their stock anymore. They asked me for my debit card details for refunding it instantly (which I refused due to security reasons) or by normal process they will take 15-30 working days. When I asked how come they woke up after 30 days of my ordering to tell me that my order is out of stock, and, how come in today's date a money transfer takes 15-30 odd days to transfer, they banged the phone on my face without solving the matter. They don't know how to talk with customers, instead of apologizing for their delay they were with full attitude, as if I have done something wrong.
                                Request you to look into the matter please.

                                    I have booked a 3 Burner Gas Stove With Marble Finish (Order no :[protected], vendor : Tele Sky on 14-Jan-2015. The item delivered on 21-Jan-2015, it was a bit damaged (with a slightly broken top & a stand fully detached). but I didn't complained as I thought it was happened in transit. But when I installed the Gas, 1 burner out of 3 is jammed and 1 is cracked, 1 knob is not moving at all!! Immediately I lodged a complain on 28-Jan-2015 (complain no : Ticket#[protected] with their Customer service to replace the item. I have asked them to pick the material (as it was gifted to someone in West Bengal), but they are denying and order me to send the item to the vendor with following precautions : - Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging. - Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit. Now I have no option but to lodge a complain against Rediff Shop.

                                    Issue has been resolved. Thank you. Rediff is arranging to replace/refund the item in next 7 working days.
                                    Rediff has denying to pick up the item. I aksed tem to refund the amount, in which they are not responding. The damagend item is not usable at all and after confirmation to pick up the item and eplace/refund the item in next 7 working days they are denying now. Please look into the matter.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I have purchased one trendy style MP3 player with FM & 16 GB expandable memory from rediff shopping site, the item order no is[protected]. The item is delivered and following are the complaints with this purchase -

                                        1. Item Mismatch - as shown on rediff its FM & MP3 player where as only MP3 is playing, FM is not available...
                                        2. Faulty equipment - the charging cable provided with the player is not working.
                                        3. Faulty equipment - purchased a new charger from market and than the player is only playing with charger, once removed from charging it gets switched off. Battery fault.

                                        The contact number of vendor is "[protected] /[protected]".

                                        The vendor is not taking my calls on cell and land line number is also not responding.

                                        I had complaint to rediff and they arranged the faulty MP3 player from my address on 22nd January itself. I had requested them to process my refund as I had purchased this for gift purpose for a function on 24th January.

                                        Post this pick up I had sent them 3 reminder mails but no one is reverting from rediff shopping team. Request you to help me in getting my money back which is Rs. 449. I am really puzzled with the rediff services and they are also not refunding money back for last 7 days.
