      I ordered a blackberry z10 smart phone from Rediff shopping and received a defective product from the same. Later they accepted and took the defective product back and promised to replace the product. After giving them 1 month's time they failed to deliver the replaced product and now when I asked for refund they are saying that we are investigating and will get back to you. This is the response I am getting for more than a month now. I called couple of times and it seems they are least bothered. I don't understand why Rediff displays Rediff Assurance in bold on their home page which literally they themselves don't follow. this is the first time I made a purchase on rediff only on the grounds that they have a return and refund policy which i believe is of no use.

          MY order id is 10839488, and I order it on 14th December 2014, my colleagues has order same after 1 day and they all received it in a week. And they all are complaining of it's poor quality. Now I have complained more then 5 times but same reply that courier company is facing issue. But on 24th December courier company mistakenly received mine call and told me that they will send the item to me tomorrow. If courier company is not delivering product to me then it's company's responsibility to refund mine money. It doesn't mean for me to as I needed it before Christmas.

            I have ordered Step up height increase on 28 December 2014. After receiving I found that only 1 month is left for the expiry date as mentioned on the bottles inside. I will have to use it for 4 months and continuing with the same product is not possible. Therefore I would like to return the product and expecting refund of money.

              I have ordered two couple of wrist watches on 2nd dec and got the delivery on 6th dec. The delivery boy has recieved the full payment from me but I have got only one couple of watch when I opened the wrapper. Then I have submitted a complaint in rediff customer services. They assured me to deliver the partial product within 7days, but still I havn't recieved that.

              i think rediff is a cheater company he is only cheating there vendor, and i request all of buyer please dont buy any product from rediff shoping portal. there vendor are cheater too.

                    i had placed my order on rediff on[protected] of Buy 1 Get 1 Free-2600 mAh Power Bank the vendor was shopper52 and corurier was red express having airway bill no. 12089147. i have made complaint on rediff but no reply is there for my query and till date (1/1/2015) i have not received my order. i talked with the courier company i.e. red express but no proper reply is there form their side also. please help me to get my product.                           my product P1000 Kids Educational Tablet Buy 1 Get 1 Free and order id 10910968 havnt dispatched yet.i orderd it on 16 Dec 2014 from rediff shopping and done online payment of rs. 548 and the vendor is jasan shopping.Since a last week i had been checking my order status but it had not been dispatched yet . after it i tried to cancel my order and refund my money but it couldn't. i hope it will help me to have my order at earliest.

                                One of the worst and worsest customer care service i have ever experienced. Cheating the customers by making false commitments and rude customer response

                                To whomsoever reading the mail. Please take sometime to read the below message to a customers pain.


                                I have ordered the following product on 22nd dec 2014 and its was commited to be delivered on 29th december 2014. I have been following it up from 23rd dec 2014 onwards.

                                When i checked the status on rediff tracking site, it was saying "ready to dispatch" and also when i called up the customer care, they said the product has been dispathced and it will be deleivered on 29th dec 2014. But online status was reflecting as "ready to dispatch"

                                Whenever i called up the customer care i have been getting update as it has been despatched and will be deleivered on 29th dec 14. But the online website shows the status as "ready to dispatch".
                                When i was started to probe more on the status the line gets disconnected. This happened 3 times, that too when i started when i start to ask more on the status, which made me very much frustrated.

                                Yesterday (29th dec) i spoke to one of your cc executive named: abijith singh who was "rude" in providing me a update. However, i explained the issue and asked him the status.
                                - he was giving me a "parrot talk" by saying, "the product has been dispatched on 24th dec 14 and will be deleivered in 24 hours. Its pending with courier. He dint even want to understand my problem and address it.

                                - i asked him to escalate it to the manager. After sometime he gave the line to one more guy who addressed himself as team lead. Once again i explained him the issue and finally i got the same answer "the product will be deleivered in 24 hours and he will take a request to escalate the issue".

                                - then i got totally fed up and lost interest in talking to cc ppl, hence i asked him to transfer my call to "rakesh vogali" (Manager). Then i was being told that he is not available and will be present in morning 09:00 am.


                                Today i called up the cc again i spoke to a girl, i m not sure about the name. She took my order number and told it will be deleivered on 4th jan 2015. !!!
                                I asked her when was the product dispatch, and got update that it was only deleivered on 29th dec 14 and will be deleivered on 4th jan 2015

                                !!! I was shocked to hear that my product has been dispatched only on 29th dec and will be deleivered on 4th jan 15!!!

                                But as per your cc false commitment"the product has been dispatched on 24th and will be deleivered on 29th. So your cc ppl to whomsoever spoke to me, has cheated me by giving false update. Just to skip the call.

                                So its ultimatelty rediff who was cheating me and cheating other customer aswell.


                                I continued my talk with the female executive, i told her to cancel the order. As there is no point in the product reaching me after 29th dec. But, she replied saysing that she cannot cancel.

                                Note: i told her to escalate the issue to manager. But she said none of the manager is not available. I insisted her that, i need to talk to some of the manager and cancel the order. She said i ll check for the status and disconnected the line.


                                Is this the kind of worst and $%$$s$&@ service rediff is been providing to all the customers.

                                Is rediff running out of capable and gutfull managers to understand the customer pain and resolve it by deleivering it on time.

                                Or can anyone let me know how would i escalate the issue. Should i come to your head office or should i go to any media

                                Note :

                                I might not be a big customer for rediff, but i can escalate the maximum i can and make sure that it reaches atleast a few ppl.

                                  I had ordered Sennheiser CX 550 headphones from Rediff Shopping on 21st December. Order number : 10934864 After receiving the product I found that these is not genuine Sennheiser product but a poorly built fake copy. I registered a complaint with Rediff for the same but they are not accepting returns, mentioning reason that it was mentioned on the website that this is a replica. However it is nowhere mentioned on the website that it is a duplicate product. What was mentioned is : "This is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product and not Company manufactured/packaged". After seeing OEM, any customer will assume that these are manufactured by Sennheiser, since it is the OEM. This message is ambiguous and doesn't clearly convey the message that this is a replica. I'm attaching the images of product and the snapshot of Rediff webpage listing product. You are requested to intervene. Thanks, Abhishek Sisodia

After receiving headphones, I found that these are not genuine Sennheiser headphones but poorly built fake copy. I lodged a complaint for the same with Rediff but they are not accepting returns, mentioning reason that it was mentioned on the website that "It is a replica".                                       The order was placed on 15 Nov 2014 with a delivery time of 3-5 days after numerous calls to customer care and written emails with confirmation from your courier partner that AWB bill number is wrong, Rediff shopping team still kept sending me emails and confirmed over the phone that order will be delivered in 2-4 days. On 09 Dec 2014 an email was sent by rediff confirming refund is initiated however even today 27 Dec 2014 status of order is refund not initiated. Worse shopping experience and customer services. Please refund my money and I apologise for shopping at rediff shopping.

                                        1. Placed order #10525911 for 4 nos of Envie AA 2800MAH batteries (2 x 2nos) on 09 OCT 2014 2. Received on 14 OCT 2014. Only a single pack of 2 Batteries was received (can be felt within the pack. Pack has not been opened so far) instead of 2 packets of 2 Batteries each. Rediff shopsupport was informed same day [Ticket#[protected]]. 3. Got a mail dt. 18 OCT 2014 that complaint has been forwarded to the vendor for dispatching remaining quantities within 5-7 working days. 4. Sent mail on 29 OCT 2014 as nothing had happened. 5. Got a mail dt. 01 NOV 2014 again informing that "Dear Vimal, Greetings from Rediff.comWe apologize for inconvenience cause to you.With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your query to the concerned vendor regarding dispatching of the remaining quantity of the product.Please be rest assured that the same will be delivered to you within next 5-7 working days and kindly revert us on the same mail if the partial product is not delivered in above mentioned time.Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.comWarm regards, SudeshCustomer supportwww.rediff.com" 6. As no development happened, got in touch with rediff customer support over toll free no.[protected] on 10 NOV 2014. Got an assurance mail that refund of Rs. 300/- towards un supplied order will be refunded in next 5-7 working days. 7. As nothing happened, mail was sent on 20 NOV 2014 to look into the matter. 8. Got a mail dt. 21 NOV 2014 again informing that refunded amount will reflect in my account shortly. 9. As nothing happened, mail was sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 27 NOV 2014 citing the various mails exchanged on the subject and non receipt of refund. 10. Got a mail dt. 28 NOV 2014 again informing that refunded amount will reflect in my account shortly. 11. As nothing happened, mail was once again sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 04 DEC 2014 12. Got the stock reply mail dt. 05 DEC 2015 that refunded amount will reflect in my account shortly. 13. Got a mail dt. 06 DEC 2014 that "Dear Sir, Greetings from Rediff.com With reference to your Order No : 10525911 we would like to inform you that our Finance Department has already processed the refund into your account. We request you to check with your bank for the refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. :XXXXX7590 Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com Warm regards, Sudesh Customer support www.rediff.com P.S. Please do not change the subject line for future correspondence" 14. As no credit happened, sent a mail to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 10 DEC 2014 to look into the same. 15. There was no response, sent a reminder on 16 DEC 2014 to [protected]@rediff.co.in. 16. Got a mail from [protected]@rediff.co.in dt. 16 DEC 2014 as under: "Dear Vimal, Greetings from Rediff.com With reference to your order no. :10525911 we request you to kindly provide us with your bank statement, reflecting clearance of the amount . You also need to send a scanned copy of your bank statement by reverting to this mail. To assist you further kindly provide the same on priority basis Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com Warm regards, Prashant P Customer support www.rediff.com" 17. Mail was responded to on 17 DEC 2014 with scans of Credit Card statement showing debit of money and latest Credit Card Statement showing NIL credit 18. Reminder mail sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 19 DEC 2014 as there was no response. 19. Reminder mail again sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 24 DEC 2014 as there was no response. 20. Talked to rediff customer support over toll free no.[protected] on 23 DEC 2014. Was informed that credit will reflect in 2/3 days. 21. Today is 27 DEC 2014, and still no credit has been reflected in my Credit Card account. ADVISE TO ALL WHO MAY BE READING THIS TO REFRAIN FROM REDIFF SHOPPING. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. SITE IS A CHEAT SITE.
