1. Placed order #10525911 for 4 nos of Envie AA 2800MAH batteries (2 x 2nos) on 09 OCT 2014 2. Received on 14 OCT 2014. Only a single pack of 2 Batteries was received (can be felt within the pack. Pack has not been opened so far) instead of 2 packets of 2 Batteries each. Rediff shopsupport was informed same day [Ticket#[protected]]. 3. Got a mail dt. 18 OCT 2014 that complaint has been forwarded to the vendor for dispatching remaining quantities within 5-7 working days. 4. Sent mail on 29 OCT 2014 as nothing had happened. 5. Got a mail dt. 01 NOV 2014 again informing that "Dear Vimal, Greetings from Rediff.comWe apologize for inconvenience cause to you.With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your query to the concerned vendor regarding dispatching of the remaining quantity of the product.Please be rest assured that the same will be delivered to you within next 5-7 working days and kindly revert us on the same mail if the partial product is not delivered in above mentioned time.Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.comWarm regards, SudeshCustomer supportwww.rediff.com" 6. As no development happened, got in touch with rediff customer support over toll free no.[protected] on 10 NOV 2014. Got an assurance mail that refund of Rs. 300/- towards un supplied order will be refunded in next 5-7 working days. 7. As nothing happened, mail was sent on 20 NOV 2014 to look into the matter. 8. Got a mail dt. 21 NOV 2014 again informing that refunded amount will reflect in my account shortly. 9. As nothing happened, mail was sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 27 NOV 2014 citing the various mails exchanged on the subject and non receipt of refund. 10. Got a mail dt. 28 NOV 2014 again informing that refunded amount will reflect in my account shortly. 11. As nothing happened, mail was once again sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 04 DEC 2014 12. Got the stock reply mail dt. 05 DEC 2015 that refunded amount will reflect in my account shortly. 13. Got a mail dt. 06 DEC 2014 that "Dear Sir, Greetings from Rediff.com With reference to your Order No : 10525911 we would like to inform you that our Finance Department has already processed the refund into your account. We request you to check with your bank for the refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. :XXXXX7590 Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com Warm regards, Sudesh Customer support www.rediff.com P.S. Please do not change the subject line for future correspondence" 14. As no credit happened, sent a mail to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 10 DEC 2014 to look into the same. 15. There was no response, sent a reminder on 16 DEC 2014 to [protected]@rediff.co.in. 16. Got a mail from [protected]@rediff.co.in dt. 16 DEC 2014 as under: "Dear Vimal, Greetings from Rediff.com With reference to your order no. :10525911 we request you to kindly provide us with your bank statement, reflecting clearance of the amount . You also need to send a scanned copy of your bank statement by reverting to this mail. To assist you further kindly provide the same on priority basis Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com Warm regards, Prashant P Customer support www.rediff.com" 17. Mail was responded to on 17 DEC 2014 with scans of Credit Card statement showing debit of money and latest Credit Card Statement showing NIL credit 18. Reminder mail sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 19 DEC 2014 as there was no response. 19. Reminder mail again sent to [protected]@rediff.co.in on 24 DEC 2014 as there was no response. 20. Talked to rediff customer support over toll free no.[protected] on 23 DEC 2014. Was informed that credit will reflect in 2/3 days. 21. Today is 27 DEC 2014, and still no credit has been reflected in my Credit Card account. ADVISE TO ALL WHO MAY BE READING THIS TO REFRAIN FROM REDIFF SHOPPING. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. SITE IS A CHEAT SITE.

    Dear All, I had ordered a Revlon Face powder on 26/11/2014 by paying the amount online. I followed & waited till 14/12/2014 they told me that it is not in stock and i asked them to cancel the order on the same day. Till now they have not refunded me the amount which i paid them. My order number is 10745753.

    We request you to check with your bank for the refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. : AUTI[protected] on 22nd December 2014. Usually the amount is credited in the bank account within 4-5 business days. However for Credit card the refund-reversal is always reflected in the next billing cycle’s statement only, hence a confirmation could be taken personally through the bank for Credit Card refunds.

But at the time of delivered i looked it is duplicate mobile battery and without hologram sticker and no any Nokia packege and battery backup is only 1 to 2 hours. Battery is not good working. I have received the product today i.e 25.12.2014 and on opening the same I found the product in damaged condition. The complaint was made on your customer care and on their direction I am lodging my complaint for the same.                   Hi, I ordered the product "Car CD DVD Visor Organizer Holder" online from Rediff shop & gift, "http://shopping.rediff.com" on the date 12 Dec 2014 and done the full payment by Card. It shows the product will be deliver within 5-6 days. Now it's more that 12 days still not receive the product. So regarding order i called customer care 3 time and each time get the answer you will receive the product within next 2-3 working days and disconnect the call without listing the customer. I thing rediff is making fools to their customer, as they are not going to deliver the product and just giving the excuse\false commitment of delay in delivery. Also not giving the valid reason for why product is delaying in delivery. Need help and assistance in this. Thanks and regards, Shreyas Mordekar

                          I am Pradeepa from Chennai, this is bring to your notice that i have placed an order of sunca rechargable fan and light in Rediff.com online shopping on 12/04/2015 in the order no 11443152. I paid the amount for this product through online for the amount of Rs.3894. I received the mail from Rediff.com stating that the said product will be dispatched with in 7-10 working days. I have called the customer care after a weeks time to know the status of the product. They said that within another 3-4 days I will receive the courier as the product is in dispatch status. Again I called refiff.com customer care after 4 days to know the status. The guy said the product was still in dispatch status. It will take another 5 more days for the delivery.In this way I have called the customer care in the regular intervals of after every 4 days. But customer care was not very serious about this and they were so lethargic and they coolly said that the delay is from vendor side. so it will take another few days to deliver. This information was given by them after several calls made from my end. Initially they have not said about the vendor problem. If they have this vendor problem they might have to inform us earlier. Moreover vendor problem has to solve from their end, it is not customer's headache. Why the customer has to suffer for their problem. We have placed some orders in other online shopping like Snapdeal, Flipkart and they deliver the order at the said time. We have not faced any problem in the product delivery from their side. They keep up the promise and we have trust them as they are very sincere & dedicated to fulfill the customer satisfaction. really frustrated with the rediff.com online shopping by keep on calling them to know the status, they have know courtesy to inform the customer about the deliver status or any delay. Finally I asked to retun my money back, they said I have to wait the courier dispatch. And I have to inform the courier person fro cancelling the order, as the customer care person unable to cancel the order in the system, since the product is in dispatch status.


                          Howlong the product will be dispatch status for so many days. Are theyare making a customer fool, I have wasted time, energy, money in making call to therefiff.com online shopping customer care. I never ever face this kind of worst service in my life.


                          Request you to take a necessary action to refund my money at the earliest.

                          I am unable to understand what is meant for 5-6 working days.


                          we have received one mail on 7th May, that product will be delivered in 5-6 working days but still not received yet.


                          My fault is that, why I have purchase the things from rediff shopping and secondly do the payment for the same.


                          It seems that rediff is only fooling customer or services are very poor.


                          First of all order was placed on 20th April, delivery has been given on 29th April after so many follow-ups. After late delivery still one product is missing, calling to customer care telling we to e-mail your query, on 29th I have logged the complaint and now it is 15th May but product still not delivered.


                          This is type of services are provided by Rediff.

                            This complaint is regarding the order number 10916336 placed on shopping.rediff.com . I recieved an empty cardboard piece as the product instead of Ipod Shuffle Data Cable which I have ordered for, by paying at time of placing order.It is also to be noted that the cardboard piece which i have recieved was wrapped by covering of a different online store, i.e Shopclues.com and not that of rediff.com. I brought the same to their notice many times but they weren't ready to take up necessary steps and each time they kept back by giving some baseless arguments such as the mail hasn't been sent, though I have sent a mil nt just once but thrice. I have attached a copy of the product I have recieved along with the copy of the mail sent to them.

                                I have placed an order of Sony Mh750 Handsfree Headset Mic Xperia- OEM, order number :10854926 on 11th dec 2014.I have received a mail on 13th dec 2014. that the product has been dispatched and it is likely to be delivered by 17th dec 2014. THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED TO ME ON 14TH AUGUST. AFTER THAT IMMEDIATLEY I CALLED THEM FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND BUT THEY AVOID IT AND THEY TOLD ME TO PACK AS IT IS AND THEY WILL REVERT ON MAIL FOR FURTHER PROCEDURE ... THE WATSED TIME FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH AND NEVER REPLIED TO IT FINALLY I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM CATHERINE REDIFF EXECUTIVE MENTIONING THAT FOR THE REFUND PROCEDURE AS PER THEIR MAIL . I HAVE TO DEIVER PRODUCT ON THE GIVEN ADDRESS - EVA Enterprises 3-4-17 & 18 Flat No.402, Vinayaka Residency, Street No.2, Barkatpura, Hyderabad - 500027, AndhraPradesh, India WHICH I DID ON 11TH SEP FROM MY MONEY ITSELF I EXPRESS COURIERD THEM THE SAME PRODUCT AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON VERY NEXT DAY ON 12TH SEP 2014 . BUT AFTER THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY REVERT ABOUT MY MONEY IN THIS PERIOD OF TIME I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND INFORMED ABOUT THE DEIVERY AND ALSO GAVE THEM THE PRROF AND RECEIPT OF AIRWAY BILL NO .. BUT THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES ARE UNETHICAL AND UNANSWERABLE .. THEN AGAIN WHEN I CALLED THEM THE TOLD ME TO SEND MY BANK DETAILS FOR THE REFUND PROCEDURE AND I WILL RECEIVE MY PAYMENTS IN 7 WORKING DAYS ... EVEN I DID THAT I SEND THEM A MAIL WITH MY BANK DETAILS ON 19TH SEP 2014 . WITH ALL THE DETAILS BUT YET THEY HAVE NOT REVERTED ANY REFUNDED ... ITS ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW AND ACTUALLY I HAVE PAID A LOT FOR THE FOLLOWUP THAN THE ACTUAL PRODUCT, , , MY PHONE BILL IS COMING AVERAGE 1500 EVERY MONTH . BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWUPS . I MIGHT HAVE CALLED THEM COUNTLESS TIME AND ALSO REQUESTED THEM TO FORWARD THE CALL TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES OR MANAGERS BUT THEY EVEN DON'T DO THAT ALSO .. I URGE TO WHO EVER READ THIS OR AUTHORITIES OR LEGAL KINDLY BAN THIS SITE OR COMPANY WHO FOOLS CUSTOMERS OR DO FRAUD WITH THEIR MONEY ... .

Company : Axon shown in photograph with RED cover and good review. i order for Best company Which cost is (RS. 1250 With 56 % Discount) RS.545/- + COD charge 88 = 633 That I paid by Case on delivery method.                                         Rediff has provided me the wrong product via their vendor GrahakJi, I had ordered a Winter Fleece Jacket in black color and they have sent me a brown color instead and despite complaining about it to the rediff customer care and providing them all the proofs, no one is doing anything and they are replying that a correct product was sent to me. My order details are 10836793
