I ordered Touch Screen LED Watch from shopping.rediff.com on September-2014 and I have received a Damaged Product. Now the Harassment starts from Here – 1. Date - 28-Sep-2014: Raised Complain with shopping.rediff.com ([Ticket#[protected]] 2. Date - 7-Oct-2014: : shopping.rediff.com replied, asking Product Image. (I send on the next day) 3. Date 18-Oct-2014: I mailed Rediff for Update on My refund. 4. Date - 21-Oct-2014: shopping.rediff.com replied, for my Bank details (I send on the next day) 5. Date – 12-Nov-2014: I mailed Rediff for Update on My refund. 6. Date - 18-Nov-2014: : shopping.rediff.com replied, NEFT Refund was bounced back: 7. Date - 29-Nov-2014: I did Rediff for Update on My refund. 8. Date – 2-Dec-2014: shopping.rediff.com replied, Informing me that they have send me a check via Blue Dart Couriers with the airway bill no. : [protected]. 9. Date – 8-Dec-2014: I contacted Blue Dart, I was told that this delivery was stopped by Rediff and I Inform the same to Rediff and asking for Clarifications. 10. Till Date – I have mailed and Called shopping.rediff.com, number of times asking for my refund but till date I have not received my money. I have ordered gold foil envelopes on rediff shopping with order no. 10980313 on 31st Dec 2014 and got delivery of product on 2 January 2015. On opening the product, I found that the product is defective with reversed printing. I complained for the change of product and then the series of mail continued for the change.In last I asked for refund. Till now neither the refund is credited to my account nor product has been taken back. On contacting rediff, they provided RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. : 85215224365452610906208, that they have credited and check with your bank. On checking with bank, bank provided proof of payment reversal which is attached. Kindly look into the matter and helm me to get back my refund.

I had booked bike helmet through Rediff shopping on[protected], And on[protected], they mailed me that my order is cancelled at seller&#039;s end and the amount will be refunded in 4-5 days. But they did&#039;t pay my amount till now[protected]. I think they are trying to cheat the customers like this.

      I ordered one product Fitness Pump from www.rediff.com order number 11026236 on 11 January 2015 but its not delivered till 28 January 2015. I tried reaching out to rediff customer support and follow up on it but they are always giving false information and not helping in to this case. They always say that the order has been handed over to logistics and they are trying to contact logistics vendor. I'm getting same reply from last 10 days.           I have ordered (order No[protected] for a make up kit "My Fair Lady Complete Makeup Kit" on 20th Jan but received a wrong and cheap product on 24th January named "ADS makeup kit". On same day I lodge a complain with the shopper to replace the product immediately with a proper picture of the received product. Surprisingly Rediff shop customer care saying that this is the same product I have ordered !! I send both the products picture (which I ordered &amp; what I received) to them, but now they are just not responding. This is thoroughly unprofessional approach and totally unacceptable. Added both the picture of what I ordreded and what I received.

            Hi, I have ordered a Hotsun GAS Stove 3 burner on 6th Dec'14 still i have not recvied the product today 23rd Jan'15. Each time i call to rediff shop support they says give us 48 hrs. More than 4 to 5 call done still no resolution and no product yet

                I have brought 4 products in rediff shopping online. I received the product very late (Complaint 1) . One of the products Backpack is very small, Its worth only for Rs 100 but they charged Rs 500 (Complaint 2), Another product is CHAPATHI MAKER . Its heavily damaged not working (Complaint 3). And 3rd product is Mobile Phone. Its not even switched on (Complaint 4). All the product i received is very very poor.. When i called for customer care they are not responding. Telling me to send all the product via courier, What is the guarantee if they cheat me, How can i send my product with paying Rs 300 as courier charge without any acknowledgement.. . If they don't have pickup facility then why the hell they are having SHOP KART, better close the service. Poor Service / Poor Customer support / Poor response. Please take the legal actions against REDIFF SHOPPING... FLIPKART is best service they have pick up service and perfect service. Rediff is worst

                      I have ordered a track suit from Rediff.com on 29 Dec 2014 (Order no[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 07 Jan 2015. The said order yet not delivered and when enquired about the same from Mr. Deepak of QMPL Courier services (Mob no-[protected]) he assured me twice of calling back, that didn't happened after two week i enquired again then he gave me the unresponsive toll-free no [protected]. I have also emailed about this to rediff.com that to also in vain. Kindly look into the matter as its very annoying to get what i have already paid for and atleast appropriate response.

                              I placed an order last night for cable wire of iPhone. You guys have deducted my money and not sent me the confirmation mail or any message. Neither do I have order id. When will be the amount refunded in my account. Tried calling the new customer care number. It gets cut. Apart I left mail I didn't get any response from your side. What shall I do now? Either refund me my money back or else give me the product which I asked.

                                Hi, This is regarding my Order (Order Id: 10983536, Date: 01 Jan 2015) placed with Rediff Shopping, shipped through delhivery.com (Delhivery Tracking number - [protected]) Almost 10 days have gone by since the order was shipped through Delhivery but tracking has not been updated since Jan 5th 2015. When I called the local Delhivery office in Chennai, the nervous Executive is telling me that the Product has not even left Delhi. And tracking info has been manipulated by someone at their Delhi office to make it appear as if the Package was lost in Chennai (Delhivery Office) Last Tracking Status - In Transit Jan. 5, 2015, 11:14 a.m. IST Received Chennai_Hub (Tamil Nadu) Delhivery ----- the above status is a SHOCKING LIE ----- The Product is either lost or stolen by Delhivery courier Company.Unfortunately...it's Rediff Shopping's responsibility to settle the Refund, the Ticket which I sent to their Customer Care was quietly ignored.                                 Rediff shopping just issued a Refund back to my CC and this complaint has been resolved. I just have one humble suggestion to the Courier companies to be more careful with high value Orders (anything above Rs 1000)..so that these sort of 'clumsy situations' can be avoided in future.
                                File an F.I.R with the local police..Delhivery does it all the time and they did the same to me but I filed an F.I.R and found out the courier person who stole my parcel at Delhivery.

                                  order number:10886402 i have ordered a black jacket from rediffshopping.com and received it on 12, December . I returned it on 19, December .On 23, December i gave the bank details and I got conformation from rediffshoping.com on 26, December which states that i will get my refund within 5-7 days, however i have not got any refund amount in my account(Rs. 599/-) i speak to customer care once in every two days but they are just delaying and says the refund has been processed already.
