I had ordered 'Winter Breaker Black Fleece Jacket' from Rediff (vendor - GRAHAKJI) during GOSF. Instead of black jacket, they delivered Yellow colored jacket. I sent back the jacket via speed-post and I incured 67 Rs. cost for it. When I complained on rediff customer support, they emailed me today saying that the order delivered was correct !! I've attached the photo of the wrong jacket I received as proof. Highly disappointed in Rediff, and this has caused a LOT of inconvenience for me. I want full refund of the order - 299 Rs. + 67 Rs. for speed-post.

I've attached the photo of the wrong jacket I received as proof. Just saw 2 more exact complaints in this forum. Highly disappointed in Rediff, and this has caused a LOT of inconvenience for me. I want full refund of the order - 299 Rs. + 67 Rs. for speed-post.

      I Ordered Chopping Board with 5 Knife set(Merchant Partner "Kams"). You showed wooden Chopping Board & 5 different knives. But you sent 6 Knives & plastic chopping board..!! Why are you cheating consumers like this..?? We paid money which marked price on that product. What's your problem to send original product. If dont have product, u should canceled that order. Please take action.

            On 14th of this month, was my birthday. I stay in Jamnagar, Gujarat. My fiancé had planned to surprise me by sending a rose basket wit a cake and a teddy bear.As he placed this order from Chennai. But as promised by the sellers on website, non of the following was actual. Description of the seller is as under : http://imshopping.rediff.com/imgshop/300-400/shopping/pixs/14251/w/WE_519._midni... "Send your wishes along with this beautiful basket arrangement of 30 red roses, decorated beautifully with lots of green leafs and fillers along with 1/2 kg chocolate cake from star bakery and 12 inch cute teddy bear. Disclaimer Selected Cities" Midnight Delivery Surprises At Night price in India : Rs. 2, 060 What did I receive against there promises was absolutely shocking. I received a simple bouquet of multi-coloured roses (there were no red roses at al, if they consider dark pink roses as red roses, then there were around 6-7 maximum). The bouquet was of A-One flower walas of my locality. This bouquet that I got was maximum for Rs.400-500. The cake which I received, was not even of fresh cream. It was made of normal cream. The cake which I received was fortunately from my friend's bakery Rajlaxmi in Jamnagar. The actual price of that cake will be maximum of Rs.350. And the best part of all. The teddy bear. The teddy bear mentioned here is of 12 inch. But in reality it was not even of 5 inch. This was actually a key chain teddy or a stick-on teddy that I got. If I had to guess the price of this one, then I may tell Rs.70-80. If I had to sum up all the amount of different products, it will total up to around Rs. 930. Yet the charged Rs. 2060. This was suppose to be delivered to at 12 in midnight of 14th, but indeed I received at 12:45 in noon. This was a truly a horrible service from the sellers side. Where else for payment side, it was not all worth the amount they charged, not even closer to it.

              I ordered a black winter breaker fleece jacket, at that time i even received a mail confirming the black jacket. Now today, after 8 days, when the product has finally reached. It is of a different colour. I ordered it because it was of black colour and what i have received is of orange colour. I want my money to be refunded 100% and want to cancel the order as well. Highly disappointed

                  I had ordered a Winter Breaker Black fleece Jacket with order number 10819379. Even the mail from rediff confirmed this. But the one I received was a maroon coloured. Now on calling rediff they say that the black one is sold out, and it was written on the website. But this is false as nothing such was written, and if so then why did they mail that my order for 'Winter Breaker Black fleece jacket' is confirmed? Now I am really harassed, wasting so much of time, I want a full refund.

                    I have placed an order for jungle gym play mat what i order was totally different from what i received they sent me a very cheap quality product which would hardly cost around 200 rs when i complaint them they told me to courier back that product i courier it but no one received my courier and it came back.I wasted my money in courier as well.And now rediff shopping is not replying to emails i need to put the same in all social networking site so that no one should be cheated by this froud online shopping

                      On 10 Dec'14, ordered COMBO-2431(Ultra slim wireless mouse Laptop key protective Cleaning kit), vendor: Ess and Dee Impex, and i got the mail that product is in transit and got AWB number[protected] through EcomExpress but up to the date 16Dec'14 it show like that, but when i check AWB in courier website it shows invalid AW number, so I called to customer care, they told tomorrow you will receive the product, today I called to customer care they told, still product is not dispatched, so going to raise the complaint in consumer court today itself along with the proof

                        On 28 Nov. 2014 I have booked one Monster Beats Dr. Dre SOLO HD Red Head phone ( order number:[protected] . expected delivery date is 8 dec 2014 but till today no such item is receved. Compony delight center is not having any idea about why there is delay for delivery. No any company representative giving reply sms/email about delay. As per my experience Rediff Shopping is Fake one. Companies customer representative are also duplicate they are just delaying the process by begging two days time limit from last two weeks.

                          I have ordered a flip cover of carbon mobile the order number is 10780244, we received a defective product and immidiately we dropped email to rediff as per process to initiate replacement or refund however after then initial communication to send picture I have received zero response on the refund or replacement. If they dont have return policy then why they are cheating customer online doing this?

                          Even after sending emails, attachments and raising multiple queries no response at all from REDIFF team on REFUND or REPLACEMENT of the product. Even after assurance of refund and replacement these guys are choosing to keep quite and wait until the customer stops follow-up. My Order ID is 10780244 and it more than week now and no response from REDIFF.

                          This is a case of FRAUD and I think there should be action taken against REDIFF Shopping. Need to understand how and where to escalate this so that companies are not able to do this FRAUD over online purchases with guaranteed commitment on replacement / refund.
                          I am wasting my time and money in following up with REDIFF team but it is only one way communication which is happening.

                                    Hello, I have been unable to check my emails now for more than a week, as none of the rediff login page opens on multiple browsers I have tried from different devices and internet connections. All my other website are working normally when rediffmail fails to respond at all. I have suffered great loss in my professional and financial matters.                                       This is regarding track no: 10770369. I have ordered for Koss KSC headphone on dec 2nd and got a mail from rediff that it would be delivered in 4-5days but the order is yet to be dispatched till date. I have been calling customer care and asked them to cancel the order for past three days continuously. Till date the order is not canceled. Neither they dispatch the order nor they cancel my order. Rediff haven't given option to cancel the order in their website and they provide false information about product delivery. I want this order to be cancelled before they dispatch it.

                                        I Ordered "Buy 1 Get 1 Free Little Black Dress Hanging Jewellery Organizer" with Qty 2. So, as per Buy1 Get1 Scheme I should get total 4 pcs. I Paid Rs. 1, 247 for Qty2. (UnitPrice : 599 for Qty1 + Shipping :49) It's your System Bug or Policy, created 2 Order Number for me for the same Order . No: 10509487 and No: 10509449 with Same Product Description and Same Price of Rs.1247 but payment Approved on Order No: 10509487 and No: 10509449 declined. that means I paid Rs.1247 for total 2Qty X Buy1Get1 = 4Pcs. that means my full payment done. But, When I Received my Order No: 10509487, I Get only 1Qty X Buy1Get1 =2 Pcs ( Other 2 Pcs are missing) I notify this whole scenario to Vendor Jaspreet S Sahani, He told that may be mistake but after that no response from him. Suddenly call from Rediff Team, that they are created another Order for my Missing Product as COD of Rs.687 order No: 10533646 on 10th Oct. and Amount will be refunded of those 2 missing product of Order No : 10509487. I received the Product of Order No : 10533646 with paying the COD Rs. 687. But still no Refund of those 2Pc of my product i.e. Rs. 599 from Order No : 10509487. That means I paid double for 2Qty of Buy1Get1 = 4 Pcs. Rediff Team and Vendor both are non cooperative. I mailed again and again and also call them but no positive feed back. they just not understand the meaning of "Buy1Get1". Now, I just want to refund Rs.599 for 1 Qty of Buy1Get1 Product which I not Received from Order No : 10509487. Same Product I received with Order No : 10533646 with Pay COD Rs. 687 A Service Ticket "Ticket#[protected]" already created since October. but Rediff still not resolved the case I am a Old Customer of Rediff Shopping. But this case I really hopeless for the Service of Rediff and Vendor.

But, When I Received my Order No: 10509487, I Get only 1Qty X Buy1Get1 =2 Pcs ( Other 2 Pcs are missing) I notify this whole scenario to Vendor Jaspreet S Sahani, He told that may be mistake but after that no response from him. Suddenly call from Rediff Team, that they are created another Order for my Missing Product as COD of Rs.687 order No: 10533646 on 10th Oct. and Amount will be refunded of those 2 missing product of Order No : 10509487. I received the Product of Order No : 10533646 with paying the COD Rs. 687. But still no Refund of those 2Pc of my product i.e. Rs. 599 from Order No : 10509487. That means I paid double for 2Qty of Buy1Get1 = 4 Pcs. Rediff Team and Vendor both are non cooperative. I mailed again and again and also call them but no positive feed back. they just not understand the meaning of "Buy1Get1". Now, I just want to refund Rs.599 for 1 Qty of Buy1Get1 Product which I not Received from Order No : 10509487. Same Product I received with Order No : 10533646 with Pay COD Rs. 687 A Service Ticket "Ticket#[protected]" already created since October. but Rediff still not resolved the case I am a Old Customer of Rediff Shopping. But this case I really hopeless for the Service of Rediff and Vendor.

                                        The partial refund has been successfully done via RRN No.[protected] on 12th Dec 2014,

                                        Usually the amount is credited in the bank account within 4-5 business days. However for Credit card the refund-reversal is always reflected in the next billing cycle’s statement only
