Four months back I had placed an order for baby walker. My order no is 9738573. When i received the product found it is diffrerent . I called up customer care and they asked me send the product back to vendor. I have sent it back to vendor. After so many follow ups with customer care i got my product money back, but still i dint get my courier charges. I sent several mails to Rediffshopping for Refund but they have not responded once. Customer care is even worst either they do not take calls or keep call on hold I am very disappointed with the pathetic rediff shopping. i want to take them to consumer court, please suggest how to proceed ITS MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING My contact no is:[protected]

    I have bought electric kettle thru Rediff shoping vide order No. 10460415, I have received the same on 29.09.2014 . when I opened the pack I found the kettle is demaged . therefore I have complaint the demage to the rediff customer care centre thru [protected]@rediff.co.in. but I have not received any reply from them, after sending more than 5 mails . I have received the auto response mail stating that they will contact me . but I have not received any feed back from them. After lot of struggle I found the customer care number I called the executive and informed about the damage and my mail . they said that I will receive reply mail from the respect department. I received the mail asking for the demaged kettle image. Therefore I have send the images to them, for this I have not received any reply from them. When I contacted them they told they reply till today. Today I call the customer care around 10 o clock in the morning they told their systems is down therefore they request that they will call back me before 12o clock noon today till now I have not received any call from. Therefore I request you to help me getting my money refund.

      I ordered handicraft from rediff.com. when it was delivered to me it was damaged and I informed them on the same day is 26 step 2014. today its 15 Oct 2014 and no step have been taken by them to either exchange the product or refund my money. I have called them many times but the customer care people are not at all responsible and every time I call them they say no such request have been registered. I have all the records of phone calls and e mails sent to them. I want a strict action against them. order no is 10428149. this is such a fraud that they take money and then don't give the product in good condition. m not paying for a damaged product.

        Order no : 10529511 AAKRITI SHARMA I had ordered for a XOLO Q700 micro USB charger but I received SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 charger. The bill also has XOLO Q700 mentioned on it instead of SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 and the amount I paid was also for XOLO Q700.

          1. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY ON 6TH SEP, 2014. 2. IN SPITE OF MY COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 7TH SEP TO CUSTOMER CARE, ONLY AUTOMATED RESPONSE RECEIVED. NO FURTHER ACTION. 3 AGAIN I CALLED UP TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT & STATED THE FACT THAT, WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED, I WANT TO RETURN TO VENDOR, AS PRODUCT IS HUGE & I CARRIED AT MY OWN EXPENSES TO MY RESIDENCE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO BRING TO OFFICE AGAIN SO REQUESTED TO PICKED UP FROM MY RESIDENCE AT VIRAR. 4. WHEN EVER I CALLED & E MAILED, THEY WERE SAYING IT WILL BE DONE, BUT TILL 16TH SEP, 2014 THERE IS NO ACTUAL PICKUP. 5. AFTER MY EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 16TH SEP'2014, COURIER ARRANGED IS DELIVERY, BUT ADDRESS GIVEN TO THEM IS MY OFFICE ADDRESS. THE COURIER TRIED 2 TIMES TO PICKUP ON WORNG ADDRESS. 6. AFTER COMMUNICATING TO THE COURIER COMPANY DELHIVERY, THEY SAID, THE ADDRESS GIVEN TO THEM IS " OFFICE ADDRESS", I NEED TO EMAIL THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR NEW ADDRESS & PICKUP WILL BE DONE. 7. ON CALLING AGAIN TO COURIER COMPANY DELIVERY, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS SAYING, THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY MAIL FROM REDIFF. SO REVERSE PICKUP WILL NOT DONE. 8. I didnt login for few days, now its asking correct password even if i am trying to login correct password. The problem is i dont have access to that alternate email id nor i remember the 'hint question' answer to enter. please provide me the right password in my contact number.it was very important to me because it was my bussiness mail.

                I have ordered my mobile phone battery through rediff shopping site on 24th of September.My order no is 10462843 . I had ordered from jaipur, after 3 days en email received by me was showing item delivered at somewhere in Ghaziabad. I was shocked because I have not received my order and it is showing delivered here. Finally I was decided to cancel my order and request the team to release a refund. I have called nearly three times to rediff customer care and every time they are telling they will respond in 24 hrs. I have mailed thrice to rediff online shopping, even there I didn't get response. I have done online shopping in almost all sites. But first time I'm fed up with this rediff online shopping. Contacted rediff customer care requesting for refund multiple times( Ticket#[protected], Rediff=[protected]. They don't respond. How to recover my money from rediff ? Kinldly let me know if it is possible to raise a consumer court complaint online.

                  I have place an order of Samsung OEM power bank 9000 mah using Rediff shopping as order no 10311937. I get the product in defective condition. So I have place a complaint to rediff on 2 September 2014. I have place 4 to 5 complaint and 10 to 12 call to customer care, but no replay. Rediff customer care give me a commitment of 2 days. Still I can't get any replay from Rediff Shopping and also not given my refund. Some times I told them truth about his system then disconnect my call. If I told them transfer my call to higher authority then wait some time and disconnect call, otherwise they told me his busy. If someone want to buy some product then please take care off this site.

                                    I had purchased a product from rediff.com on 8th September 2014 . The product which I received was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I had ordered! Moreover the product which I had received was not even in a working condition! I immediately sent a complaint to Rediff.com regarding this issue(ie. on 12th Sept. 2014) and asked them to either replace it with the product which I had ordered or to issue a complete refund. Many days passed by but there was no reply from Rediff. So I called their customer care number and talked to their representative who told me that there was no need to worry and that I would be issued a Complete Refund within 2-3 days. Again many days passed and nothing happened. So I again called up their customer care number and again I was given fake assurance of a complete refund. Today is the 10th day and still NOTHING has been done. No communication, no refund no nothing! It is very disappointing to see such a lackluster attitude of an e-retail giant as big as Rediff.com. They are one of the oldest online companies of India and such incidences tarnish their image big time! I hope Rediff is listening and that necessary action will be taken at the earliest or else i'll have to initiate the judicial process. PS: My order no.: 10384194 Regards

                                      I purchased Samsung Mobile Gt E1200 from online website of rediff shopping on 21 Aug 2014 against order no. 10295164.The product was dispatched by M/s Nitin Traders a partner of Rediff shopping.The product was not working and I tried to contact the customer care but there was no reply.After that I went to samsung service center with the mobile phone, were I was told that the mobile is not original samsung Mobile phone and it is a duplicate product. This type of fraud practices are not acceptable from a reputed company and hence it is requested to kindly replace the product or refund the amount which ever possible at the earliest. Piyush Rai
