This website and their CS team is good for nothing...I had given them my bank details for refund on 17th April and its been a month now that I have still not received my money. Infact they gave me a transaction # (CITIN[protected],
CITIN[protected]) for the refund and assured that the amount is refunded and asked me to check with my bank. I shared my bank statement and informed them that the amount is still not refunded. Then they send me an email yesterday saying that the amount was refunded and so they will do it on priority and I shall receive my money within 3-4 working days. When I called them and asked them that if refund wasn't processed then how can they give me a transaction #? You won't believe they didn't had any answer for that. And when I asked them to transfer the line or share the email id of their managers they rudely said that they do not have the authority to do that. I mean if we are fooled around and want to talk to their manager we should be. I believe there are other customers too who must be facing such issue with this website. Rediff Shopping should be shut. When they do not know how to serve the purpose of a customer they bloody should shut the website. This is the 2nd post I am sharing on this site and still the CS team are not calling me back and giving me proper response.
