[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Problem with customer care | |||
This is my smart card #[protected]. I have tried to reach the cust-care team but not able to reach for the few days and music only generated no body picking up the call. I have also sent an email to customer care team about my problem and require activation of sports channel... don't see any auto acknowledge or nothing from reliance team. What is happening with reliance? No care on customer request.. do you want us to go out from your services permanently? I have been using it for the past 2+ yeasr and never experienced such a pathetic service..no idea how to reach your team? Was this information helpful? | |||

There is no service dealer in kanchipuram dist., Customer care provide some nearest dealer mobile number 631501 (Kanchipuram) and 600016 (Saidapet) most of switch off and others stop big tv services 2+ years.

I have not received any call from your customer care team and notified this issues for the past one week.. Also, sent the compliant to your face book account but no body given attention for customer request... If the same continues and will take this issue to consumer court.
