Pathetic customer care service

I had a signal problem for which I launched the complain Req No[protected] and it was rectified and Rs. 175/= was deducted from my account and after three four days again same problem occurred and again I contacted the customer care Req No.[protected]. Set-Top Box is not working

My Set-top Box is not working since last 10 days. Customer care is not responding properly. Their Engineers also do not receive the call. Very very Poor Service. Even the signal gets lost in very low rain. Tata SKY is not loosing signal at such a low rain. If anyone is planning to purchase Reliance digital TV, Please do not purchase it. Big TV installation

I changed my address on august 30, 2014 on that day, i have uninstalled the bigtv connection with their permission and i requested them to install to new address, they said okay, we will instaall within 48 hours, i said, okay, no problem, until now, they didn’t install and they are not responding correctly. Their service is very very bad. I am not satisfied with this service.
