I SMART card holder no.[protected] requested for relocation after recharging required amount on 17 Aug 14. The request could not be resolved till date. On 21 Aug while checking I was told that the complain has been resolved though no technician had visited the house. On further enquiry i was told that the complain was closed due to technical problem. I had no option but to register fresh complain on same date i.e 21 Aug 14.. After contacting of customer care CSEs several times the problem was not solved. On 28 Aug again I was told that the complain has been resolved though no technician had visited the house. Please inform the me whether I will get the service for which I have already paid to Big TV. In between the CSEs, the Sr Dept staff & the floor supervisors have used fake names while interacting with me and were not able to resolve my problem and were disconnecting the call.. Now I had no option but to go for legal action as already 840 hrs have been elapsed against the usual time of 48 hrs to resolve any complain. This is the big mistake in my life for choosing Big TV.

As per my experience it is the total fraud company as all the personnel employed looting people in disguise by making fraud

    I received SMS on 14th Aug 2014 from BIGTV offering 3 months free on 3 months recharge and message read "Priya BG TV Grahak, sirf aap ke liye, payein 3 mahine extra 3 mahine ke recharge pe, abhi call karein [protected], offer simit samay ke liye." LM-BIGTVS Than i called to above toll free number and re-confirmed offer from their executive on 18th Aug 2014, where he also mentioned that there is offer. Today i.e. 29th Aug 2014 i recharged and asked for the offer. The executive denied and said there was no such offer. I said that there was SMS and i have checked with your executive over phone before recharge. The executive completely denied such offer. The executive Mr. Mayur Vaja, admitted that he does not have facility to book complain, also he is not capable of telling me the name of earlier executive. He also admitted that an executive can provide misleading information. I am now looking for justice. Regards Kaushik Patel

      Dear sir, madam, I would like to share one concern as per given subject .There was some amber light on set top box. I went to nearest retailer from where I bought the device. He was replaced the set top box. But he told to charge Rs 500.Then I argued then he told me that this the company service fee. Finally anyhow he came on Rs 150. When I asked the reason again .He told this is the charge for calling etc. We can not provide any receipt for the same.The amount is the not much but I think this is not as per rule & service provider policy.         Hi I am existing customer with an a/c detail of[protected], and I have done a recharge of Rs. 4000/- today (27 Aug 2014 at around 10 am) towards the platinum pack. i was informed by the customer care executive that I need to do 9 month recharge and will get 3 months free, however post the recharge I need to call customer care and inform customer care, however I have been trying to call up the toll free [protected], and [protected], and when I go through the option of contacting the customer service executive (in English, Kannada or Hindi) - the IVR has a message - the service to the mentioned line does not exist. I have dialed multiple times from 8.00am today morning till 3.15pm, and all attempts were failures. I have tried posting the complaint in the link mentioned below, http://bit.ly/1cmd6ds, however the complaint is also not getting posted. how should the customer reach out to the customer care executive? i need to convert the recharge of 9 months to 12 months.           I am Ramesh Kumar. M.V using Reliance TV dth (Customer id[protected] for past 3 yrs. From[protected] onwards the service is not available. In tv it shows that regreted for the inconvinence. SO I had called Reliance tv customer care from[protected] to[protected]. Everyday different person attend the call and tell me that change the channel to 550 so that we will clear the problem from here itself. After sometime thay will tell me that your complaint had been rectified it will be clear within 20 minutes. For the 4 days I got the same answer from different Personnels from Reliance TV customer care. Finally one person answered me that we can give such service only if you are not intrested you can change this reliance tv connection. We cant do any more. But the problem is I had been payed before till for December. SO I kindely request you to rectify my complaint or please get back refund of my money.

            I request the Big tv team on toll free no [protected] for attending the complaint on dated 9-8-2014 at 4.00 pm But due to urgent ofiicial work I have to go on tour and i intimated BIG TV on 4.35 pm on the same day for cancelling the complaint.They assure me that no amount will be deducted. But on dated 11-8-14, i received the message that 175 Rs has been deducted for attending the complaint, while no one come for attending the complaint as i alredy cancelled the request on 9-8-2014 I again call on toll free no date[protected], they assure me that my payment will be given within 48 hours, But still I don, t get the same till date and no response will be given by the firm which harash me. Kindly take up the matter with Reliance Big TV and got released my payment in my smart card. Smart Card No.[protected], Request no[protected], dated 11-8-14 Pankaj kumar .

              Its 17th day after registering a complaint for repair/replacement of Set Top Box and still there hasn't been any response from Reliance Big TV. We regret for choosing Reliance, and would keep in mind never to do so in future. Even after keeping nodal officer in loop there hasn't been any positive steps. It's disappointing that customer care isn't even informing us about the reason of delay. There is no use of registering an complaint and giving reminders as Reliance doesn't care. I checked my BigTV account and surprising there has been a regular deduction of money with showing data usage whereas we have not been able to switch on our TV because of it's dire condition. In such case you have left us in no other option but to go to consumer court and sort this issue out. In the next 24 hrs if the followings requirements are not fulfilled then surly we'll head to court, as no one would tolerate any of this type of service. a) Set top box replaced in next 24 hrs b) Refund the deducted money from account from 12th Aug 2014 Mahesh Inamdar [protected] Smart card No.[protected]

                At 11.30 am on[protected] i requested Reliance Big TV customer care (Call Center) to registered complain no.[protected] and[protected]. BIG TV Technician Mr. Ajay visited my residence and collected the HD Set up box and replace with normal set up box. He charged Rs. Rs. 400 for LNB and Rs. 175 for attending complaint. Inspite of replacement still i am facing the same problem. However the technician Mr. Ajay mobile no. [protected] is now harrassing us by not responding to sort out the problems. Secondly at 11.30 am on[protected] I called the customer centre the lady would not give her name nor identity and said i am transferring the line to the Supervisor but disconnect the call. Practically every day from[protected] i call Customer Centre is a nightmare for innocent customer without getting any satisfactory answer. They are not at all showing interest to respond back to customer. Can you find a solution to the unbearable harrassment to us Mobile No. [protected] Smart Card No.[protected].

                  In my capacity as a customer of Reliance big TV vide smart card No.[protected] I wish to submit as under: 1. That a complaint vide complaint No.[protected] was lodged by me in the month of June 2014 for restoration of TV signal. 2. That even after a lapse of one and half month and my repeated follow ups and reminders the same was not restored. 3. That despite my rigorous follow up no body from your office turned up to resolve the complaint and this being the only source of entertainment to us, I was compelled to arrange for the restoration of signal of my own. 4. That to my astonishment, your Company without making any efforts to resolve the issue and without going into the facts of the case closed the above said complaint. 5. That an amount of Rs. 175/- was debited to my account on account of charges for restoration of the signal. 6. That without actually going into the merits of the case, my complaint was closed at your end, presuming it has been resolved to my satisfaction. 7. That I immediately sent a SMS through my mobile No. [protected], expressing my dissatisfaction with regard to above and requesting you to refund an amount of Rs. 175/- wrongfully debited to my account. 8. That the deduction of an amount of Rs. 175/- without any reason is totally mala fide and dishonest to deceit the innocent customers. 9. That the Reliance BIG TV in conspiracy with each other have cheated the complainant with preplanned dishonest and mala fide intention. In view of the above submissions, you are once again strongly requested to redress and resolve my complaint and also refund an amount of Rs. 175/-, wrongfully debited to my account, within 15 days from the date of this letter. Failing which I shall be constrained to lodge a complaint with the District Consumer Redressal Forum for resolution of my complaint at your Risk and cost which please note. Thanking you.                     My Big TV smart card No.[protected] was disconnected since 1st August due to broken of my remote control, and I has been lodged a complaint through my mobile phone and I got a new remote control today and I also recharged Rs. 500/- but at present the channels are not activated.

                      Hi, this is to inform that Reliance Has the World’s Worst Customer Care Service. You call up have to wait at least 20 Minutes for the live person every time give the issue then they keep us on hold & disconnect the call or the best part you get the person as you say Hi on the call it is disconnected, then again call & wait. I raised complaint for changing the setup box on[protected] but still now it’s not rectified .every time I use to call customer care they used to take complaints and they are saying always wait for 5 days. I already paid the money for one year. The people who has plan to take DTH service please don’t go for BIG TV. Reliance Big TV authorities if you have time then plz look into the matter. Dont make the problem from BAD to WORSE.

                            My I.D. No. is[protected].Complaint no. is[protected]. The complaint was given on 11th aug. Technician phoned on13th.He was explained in detail the work involved so that he can come adequately prepared. He came at 1p.m. on 13th half did the work, said he was not having the necessary screws, promised to come again in evening and finish the work, but never turned up. I called up customer care at 19hrs on 13th and told them the position. Today i.e on 14th at 11am i called customer care at[protected]. I was informed that my complaint was attended to and it is closed and i was charged Rs. 175/. I told the the agent that the report given by the technician is false, my complaint has not been resolved . The recipient has told me that my complaint is closed and asked me to give a fresh complaint. i asked him whether he would believe the customer or his technician.This is an insult to the customer. My complaint has not been completely attended to. The closure report is false.Iwas asked to waitfor another 48hrs. which is ridiculous. If this happens to be the response to customer grievances, i will have to think twice before renewing my services.

                              sir, I send request to reliance customercare no.[protected] on dated 09/08/2014 at 11.00 am regarding relocation of my DTH connection whose smart card no. is[protected] .request no. lodged is[protected]. .since 09/08/2014 many times I requested at tollfree no. for attending my case but no one attended it, no call or no engineer called me .as per my old package I recharged with rs. 3000.00 . kindly do needful early .                               I raise the service request on 12th Jan 2015around 1500hrs for Relocation of my DTH at same residence address due to work is going on Terrace & I am unable to view the any channels last 1 week.
                              As per your customer care service will provide within 48hrsonce payment is made but still no response from your end.
                              I tried to calling continually from last 5 days but same answer was given by your team it will be solve within 24hrs.
                              Your team was not giving the perfect answer till date &they disconnect my phone every time.
                              Please resolve my problem ASAP.

                                  I am having Reliance digital TV with Customer ID number[protected] and Customer Account Number[protected]. I had taken regional package for one year by paying Rs 3348/- for one year subscription in Mar 2014. In Jun-Jul 2014 i had taken add on channel Sony Six for Football World Cup by paying Rs. 175/- for three months. On completion of three months Reliance Big TV had removed the regional package channels also for which i had paid for one year subscription. On complaining to reliance Big TV i was told that they will remove regional packages also as part of add on channel. I do not understand as to how you can cut the regional channels for which i had paid for one year without completing the period. This is utterly ridiculous to say the least and amounts to cheating the customers. I am a serving Army Officer and requesting you to look into the matter and revive the regional channels for the complete period for which i had paid the annual subscription. If the channels are not reconnected within 48 hours i will be forced to approach the Consumer Court for necessary action.

                                      Not able to view the TV as signal strength was very poor. Registered a complaint No.[protected] with customer care center. Also informed the local; service center people who installed DTH.Next day they came and replaced LNB and charged RS 600/ ( Rs 400 for LNB + 200 service charge ) Today I received a message informing that Rs 175/ charged from my a/c for the same service request.Do not understand why am I charged twice for the same repair work

                                        My big tv set-top box and smart card (no.[protected] taken by reliance Big Tv people named Sri. Santhosh [protected] on Dt.04.07.2013 that time reliance Big Tv people told to me that they will return an amount of Rs.1400/- and also taken cancelation fee Rs.100/- from me and told me that they will dispatch cheque in 15 days to 20 days but after lapse of one year no cheque has been received by me nor any person approached me. I have also informed to Reliance Big Tv people and made a complaint but no person has given response. Please take action immediately and return the set top box to me.
