Hi Team, My name is Sri Kumar from chennai, My smart card number is[protected] and my contact number is [protected]. I've been trying to reach the customer care to launch a request to shift the device to my new house but unable to reach the customer care for past 4 days from morning till night. I would like you to contact me and have this taken care or please refund the whole amount so that i can switch to some other service provider, Please note that i've been with Reliance big tv for past 5years.
