Reliance Big Tv — Very bad customer care support | |||
I am a customer of Reliance Big TV since 4 years, my smart card no is:[protected]. My Setup box remote is not working since 2 days. I have been calling the below provided customer care number all day and no body responds to the call. It says "your call will be attended shortly" and i waited for alomost 20 min three times and no body has attended the call. Toll free[protected] Tolled ([protected]) If this is the customer support the company provides why do they launch a product. If you cannot support your product who will be willing to take your product. Now i am seriously thinking why did i opt for Reliance Big TV. Was this information helpful? | |||

This has been a day since i got a response saying "customer service team will contact you" and till now no body has contacted me.
And now it has been 5 days since i did not get any concrete response about getting my remote repaired or purchase a new one.
How many day do you want me to wait ?
