Discontinuation of service prior to due to date of subscription

Worst customer care service, I made so many calls till now the installation is not done. It is almost 10 days now. I even send an compliant to the Nodal officer in Bangalore, but the same stories continues. I dont know the duty of this Nodal officer, As per TRAI regulation he should have send an proper respond within 3 days, but he failed to send any response. Bad customer service

mislead by customer care
