I have had the most frustrating experience with reliance Big TV. My TV has not been working since 20 days. I registered a complaint with the customer care. An engineer visited and said that the set top box is faulty and it would take Rs.3000 to replace it. After I paid him and he replaced the box, the error still did not go. Worst customer care service, I made so many calls till now the installation is not done. It is almost 10 days now.
