Please refer my service request no.[protected] dated 18 Oct 2014.No technician attended to my request and due to recent Hudhud cyclone, the dish position was displaced and no signals were available.Hence I contacted teh call centre and I was told that the technician would come and rectify.I asked whether any charges are to be paid. The executive told that no charges will be ther and even if the technician asks, he advised me not to pay.
I waited for three days and no body came and the dish was adjusted by myself and hence I did not again contact the call centre for pursuing the matter.
To day I received a SMS stating that Rs 175/ was debited to my account.How can you debit my account ...first when you say there will be no charges..second..you should ascertain from me whether the complaint has been attended or not.Simply because there is some amount outstanding in my account you cannot debit the amount.
When I raised the issue to your call centre, no proper response was given. The lady gave me a mobile number [protected] asking me to contact. When I asked what for I should contact this number, she simply informed that she was instructed to give this number when the customer contacts for any details.
I don, t understand how your system works.
Since NO SERVICE form your end is provided for my above referred service request, you have no authority to collect any amount from me.Hence I request you to kindly re credit the amount debited back to my account under advise to me immediately and confirm.If the amount is not creditd the matter will be escalated to higher authorities.
I'm fed up with the handling of things by customer care people.The booked the same complaint 6 times but with no action.When I escalate the matter to higher ups, they say they referred the matter to field staff, when I contact them over toll free number, they say it takes time and they escalated the matter.This is going on for the last one month
