My Customer ID number is[protected], in the name of Lakshman K K and registered under the telephone number [protected]. Initially around 15th October I had called the customer care and raised a Service Request No:[protected] for Faulty Remote.However, even after 10 days there was no response and they closed the ticket without delivering the remote. They charged a sum of rupees 225. Consequently I called up on 27th October to check on the message I received that they have charged 225/-. They informed that the ticket was closed and hence charged. However I had not received a new Remote Control yet. The representative over the phone created a new Service Request No:[protected] and informed that we should be getting a remote soon. Its been 8 days since that and we haven't received any response. There are many loopholes that I see here 1) The agency who deals with the delivery of the remote has closed the ticket without delivering the service. Amount charged for NO SERVICE. 2) The representatives in the call center have no clue about the same. 3) The reps are continuously reading out their cal center scripts than attending to the customer's concern. Its been close to a month and we are not able to view the TV and we are charged for the service. I would sincerely request the Authorities to look into this and provide justice.

      Dear Team, Yesterday some phone is come to me from [protected] customer care & proposed the scheme like: Recharge with 3 months & get one month free Recharge with 6 months & get 2 month free. I agreed with that. Unfortunately i didn't get time so today morning i recharged with three months amount & called to your call center for registering the scheme. But your representative told that the scheme was expired yerderday & cannot apply now. Your representative never gave this information. If she told me then i was act accordingly.         sir, MY reliance digital tv is not working from 1th0ct 2014 onwards, given complaint on 20th oct 2014, given mails to cc on 24th, 25th to 31st, but they are giving routine replies that entrusted to feild staff, but nobody contacted and rectify the defect till date, and my stb no is[protected], and my complaint number is[protected] dt 20th october, and my name is E.sarma from visakhapatnam, A.P. I was vexed up in giving complaints, I want to know that whether on my complaint, action will be taken or not, will you please confirm, and nobody is giving any correct information. I was fed up in giving complaints. will you please look into the issue in its true perspective and do justice to the customer at once positively by[protected], . I do hope that you will take appropriate action to rectify my Tv and initiate action against the defaulters, for not taking any action till date.

          I raunak malve using reliance big tv since 2010 having customer id[protected]. Since lastgoone month i am not able to see some channels properly. So i Tried to call customer care, As Usual after spending 20 minutes it get connected to the exeCutive. I have explained my problem to them and he has told me some things to do n I done it. It got reset n now they are saying u have to wait for technical person. It wIll charge you rs.350 .

            My set top box no.[protected].I lodged complaint to customer care of Big TV on 7/10/2014 that my Set top box is not working properly they told me to send technician for the same and after that Rs.175 will be be deducted from your account. They not send any technician and charged me Rs. 175. Again after 3-4 day on 17.10.2014 i complaint about that deduction they lodged my complain and again charged me Rs. 175/- without sending any technician and sms me that your complaint was closed. i have all complaint number and sms in my mobile. After complaining about that in consumer forum they return back my 175/- on 20.10.2014. and again on 30.10.2014 they deduct 175 again for no reason. I have great faith in you . please solve my problem and return my money. you can verify all details from Big TV. Thank you

Following are my Complaint No[protected] /[protected] /[protected]. They have charge me around 700 for changing the signal Unit for 1st time the person took 500 and still not working and 2nd time the person took 200 for changing same unit and now Big TV has again deducted 250 from my account Balance.

                dear sir\madam, my s m card no[protected], i complaint regarding my set topbox is not in work since last two and half month, we complaint to your c care tollfree, and booked complaint, and on 20\9\14 my comp has regd no[protected] and closed on 01\10\14 after charging Rs175' we said that to change my box new, they said there is no stock of new box, and on 22\10\14 the problem is again createt and again we complint, [[protected]]on 24\10\14 but till 30\10\14 there is no tech visit us, we call so many times to toll free, still they said there is no stock of set topbox, and just they credited as refund some amount to us, we ask you that such a big company lakhs of carore company there is no amount to buy a single set topbox, even if the custmer will pay for that, that is not fair, even my family will irritate for that, and suggest to get another company, like videocon...now im not going to pay any charges for any thing, like service charge and for new set topbox...

                        I have connection of Reliance big Tv with card no[protected] and i made a complaint of not receiving signals in the month of august 2014 and was charged Rs 175 for service provided by the company.Again and again the problem of weak signals used to be happened whenever any bad weather condition exists and the company used to charge Rs 175.00 for no fault of mine at all. In the month of october Rs 175.00 was charged twice from my big tv account without the visit of service enginner and when i made complaint with customer care they simply told me that my complaint will be resolved within 72 hours and mine amount will be refunded. But till date not a single penny is refunded by the company despite made several calls to them on customer care. The company has been cheating customers with the help of the their cusotmer care executives and service engineers. I am at loos of Rs 350.00 in the month of October and Rs 175 in the month of august 2014 with no fault of mine. Kindly resolve my compalint and refund Rs 525.00 in my account immedciately.

                              I am using Reliance BIG TV from the past 2 years. Recently I have shifted my house and I made a request to install in my new house. I recharged 470/- as per suggition of Reliance. Last 20 days I made follow-up attempts to get it install in my house and wrote frequent mails. Upto now there is no resolution from their end and deducted 300/- from my account and said they deducted in advance. Their technicians are not visited and not installed my connection.                                   Hollow, My reliance card no is[protected], mobile number [protected], channel's not coming showing signal poor issue from at last one month, many time i complaint to customer care, every time they told with in 48 hours we resolved your issue, but still it is not happen, in my area nobody have reliance, only my having, i am private employee, every year if i transferred job location, so my transfer Reliance connection also, and i will paid every time fee for address change, last july also i paid address change fee, again it will deduct this month again, customer care executives told sorry sir, previously not changed your address, also Engineer not come to my home, but Engineer fee deducted from my account, so account now suspended, it is real customer service, in last 30 days not come your 48 hours, in festival time TV watching like everybody, we feel very bad, and angry, i want to clear the issue immediately and i want to refund reliance wrongly deducted my payment 300+300 refund. consumer???                                     I have made recharge for my multiple tv connection on 12th October and 14th October. It was done twice since the reliance hand told the 12th October recharge has not happened. Details reliance smart card # [protected] [protected] 12th October 2014 recharged for amount Rs, 6100.00 - AM[protected] 14th October 2014 recharged for amount Rs. 450.00 - AM[protected] 14th October 2014 recharged for amount Rs. 5700.00 - AM[protected] For all the above recharge I have received the receipt from reliance. Repeatedly called reliance customer service and I get same answer the amount Rs 6100 is not received, they have raised an internal complaint twice and not resolved. This is happening for the second time; I had recharged during may 2014 and reliance says the recharge is not happened. The bank says the beneficiary has settled the amount. Kindly request you to help resolve this issue.

                                      TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRANSACTION AMOUNT OF RS 300 AND 250 OF DATED 8/10/2014 that I recharge from my canara bank debit card to big tv account number[protected], my transaction not successful but bank debited rs 300+250 from my account when i called to bank bank manager says talk to big tv kindly credit my account of rs 550. REGARDS

                                        My Smart Card number[protected], Reg mobile number [protected]. I have raised complaint on 08-Oct-14 that set up box is not working. They said in 2 business days a technician will attend the problem. But still now (13 Days) no one has turned up . I keep on calling them daily and they are saying it will be resolved shortly After repetitive calls, on 17-Oct-2014 (Friday) they transferred the call to Mr Rajesh - Senior guy in Technical team. He promised the technician will surely visit on Monday and will change the set up box As no one has turned on today (20-Oct-2014), I tried to reach Mr Rajesh and the cust care executive says he is busy on another call or not in office. They transferred the call to speak to another lady from Technical team, she is laughing and telling to wait for one more week I still have 6 months subscription and 200 rs in my account. So please help me to proceed further

                                        Hi,

                                        I got a call today morning from Technician and asked my address. He said his area is Perambur and he will not look into medavakkam area.

                                        I have been using this connection in the same address from the time of installed. I got a message, that my service request no[protected] is closed. I called to customer care and spoke to technician Yuvaraj. He said some confusion in the address and that is the reason they closed.
                                        He opened a new service request[protected]. I didn't understand the reason of closing the ticket and do I need to again follow up from the begining and have to wait for 15 more days to get the call from technician?

                                        The set up box is giving problems. Some times when the remote is pressed power does nor show. Some times it comes of it after a few minutes. Today even after one hour the power is not comming
