I've pre booked reliance digital Big TV on 01 mar 18 and was intimated that these installation process will commence from 15 Apr 18. After the intimate time elapsed, the company is least bothered to inform the customer regarding delay. Afterwards when I called back I was told the installation process will commence from 15 may 18 onwards. Then again I waited and called in end may 18 and was intimated regarding delay till 15 Jun 18 onwards. Then I called today, their executive, Mr Kalika has reluctantly answered and denied to reveal his identity and intimated that he will not disclose his identity. Anyhow, he told that the process will be finished by 30 Jul 18.. He confirmed that I'll get a call from the company and will get install the set top box before 30 Jul 18. When I asked, if not gets done?? Then he insisted me to call after 31 Jul 18.. The company has very proactively launched the project, however, few arrogant and impatient executives are spoiling it's fragrance and making customers very dissatisfied and uncomfortable..
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly get this issue resolved
