I've pre booked reliance big tv connection with a payment of 499 rupees, while booking they assured it will be installed with in 30-45 days, after commenced period i've mailed them to know what is the issue, then they've sent another message saying that, it will be done by 15th june. Which is already passed, till now i didn't header anything from them on the same. Please give my money back or install it at the earliest, if any one is interested in taking this issue to the court i'm ready to lodge a complaint on the same.

I lost trust in reliance, they are doing false business with fake promises. May be this is time for them to shut their companies.

    I was booked your big tv in the month of mar 2018. More than 3 months period gone but till date you have not installed my connection. As per your second commitment you have to install the same on 15th june 18. But in spite of my several reminders till date not got my connection.

    I was booked your big tv in the on 10 Mar 2018. That time they committed that installation will be done in 30 to 45 days. Now more than 3 months period gone but till date you have not installed my connection. As per your second commitment you have to install the same on 15th June 18.       Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. I was make my order on 11th march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
      I called on[protected] for refund on 8th may. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail.

        I had pre-booked the reliance big tv installation by paying rs 499 on 4th APR. My booking id is 14537696 and No of Connections 1.During the per-booking the condition was that the installation will be done after 45 days. But i have not received any information or intimation from the company so far other than the message for successfull prebooking.
        Today i spoke to a customer care executive in the no [protected]. She asked me my booking id and told me that the installation will be done after 2 to 3 weeks. I asked her for a definite date but she did not provide that. I also informed her that i cannot wait any further and told her to refund the money paid. She refused that also and cut the call. This is totally annoying.
        Consumers like me are taken for a ride. I request you to take this up with appropriate agencies. My only request is that even if i loose rs499 please warn other consumers to not fall prey for such dubious offers of people like reliance big tv

          I have pre booked rbig tv on 7march on 499 offer, booking id is 14511698. Installation in 30-45 days was publicly promised on their website. But nothing has happened since then. If any one interested in taking this matter to the court, i will strongly support it.

          Even if the deliver the setup box, how can i trust them and pay 1500/- for installation as part of order. I think they are not providing service for existing customers only, so how can i we trust them for good service post installation.

          Now it is like paying 1500/- in addition to 499/- knowing that we won't get a decent service.
          Some one please tell me a way to get back my preorder money of 499/-

            I have booked relience big tv on 1st march. Booking i’d[protected]attached screen shot)
            They promised that will install this within 30-45 days. But they did not. Later they promised with 60 days but again they did not installed. When i called after 60 days then they promised by 30th june we will install the same. But even after 60 days they have not installed nor i got any confirmation call for the same.
            When i called customer care they were manneless, they were saying “aapko jo karna hain wo karlo”.
            Sir i think it’s big scam by relience. Please do proper...

              I booked reliance digital tv on 1st march 2018. My receipt cum invoice no - dl[protected], transaction reference number-lhdf[protected] via netbanking, even after 4 months still no confirmation is provided yet, even i complained many times but no revert back is given..!! 👎

              Whenever i called to their toll free number which is being mention on their website i. E[protected] either they don't pick for more than 15 minutes i used to wait or else if they picked they used to tell it will done within a month but as per their policy installation should be provided within 30 to 45 days max as mentioned on their website, but it's been 4 months now i think they are making me fool now and i want refund of my amount.. Don't want their pathetic service.

                On 2nd march 2018 i have paid rs.499 online for new connection, till date they are not contacted to me about my connection through mobile or email, on booking time they assure that the connection will be given within 45 days, but after four months they are not give dth connection, in this context i request you to take necessary steps either give connection as early as possible or refund my advance amount rupees four hundred and ninety nine. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem.

They have give time 45days for installation but now 04months completed till now no information from reliance big tv company, staff and no proper response from customer care.. Fraud.. So i am raising this complaint

                    This is regarding the worst service of the reliance big tv. I am using big tv service from 2006 till date. During the installation there was some issue in the cable as it got leakage but the reliance person told it will happen hence did dot complaint further. Apart from that there was not mush issue except customer care service.

                    Last two years back set top box got problem and replaced the same paying the cost of the same. Again got issue last year and during that person the service person told to pay one year subscription then will get free service and also if any issue in the set top box will be replace free of cost. After 6 months again there was issue and i had complained but no response.

                    Then most of the channels got suspended due to reliance internal reason for few months and when we complaint they said it is for temporary and will be soon available but in vain. Then we were asked to change the service to tata sky due to their licence expiry and later soon again got the message that they are continuing hence we decided to continue but this time again there was no channels showing and then when i complained got the message that the channels will get started soon and we will get additional days for number of days we had missed the same.

                    I had paid the money till mid of june but i got the message on may that my service is suspended and need to pay rs 253/-. When i complained to customer care they told that my channel will be activated and will not suspend but not started and now last month got the message to pay rs. 380. Now when i try to contact customer care not able to contact as it says wrong number. Even i had emailed twice to big tv but there is no response. This clearly shows that they are not concerned of the customers.

                    Finally i would like to convey the message to all consumers and if you are planning for dth dont buy the dth of reliance big tv or else you will really suffer. If you want proof then go to their site and you will see the customer care number [protected] and try to call you will understand.

                    Reliance big tv was good once but not is a worst service provider

                      Connection was booked on 16th April, 2018 (Booking ID is[protected] and it was confirmed that the installation will be done with in 45 days.

                      Then a message was received saying
                      "Dear Customer, we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that installation of your new BIG TV connection will commence from 15th june 2018. For any further queries please write at [protected]@rbtv.in".

                      And now it's 1st July, 2018. Still no action has been taken. Customer care does not have any information regarding this. Nobody is responding on mentioned email id.

                      Can u confirm if it will be installed, or not.
                      If not then what is the procedure for refund.

                      For those who are planning to take this plan please don't go for it, "It seems spam"

                          This is such a horrible experience from such a known service provider. If you guys don't have such service to deliver, why do you ever commit to the customers?

                          I'd booked my connecting on 3rd march'18 (Booking id:[protected] but then after i got no update about when it will be installed. I called customer service guys but go only excuses in response. And the best thing is now both the customer care numbers are not working.

                          I wonder you guys will be able to deliver your promise. From this portal, if i will be able to get any solution, i'll highly appreciate it.

                            I had recharged my connection number[protected] twice with amount 2000 and 3000 rupees. As i was out of station i thought that there was a network problem. I came back to my place two three days back i tried to contact the customer care but i could not contact. Since your service was not there the money should have been refunded in the account since it was done by online please see to it and refund the amount as soon as possible,

After waiting for 3 months, I have installed some other service provided's services. NEED THE REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. This is my 3rd complaint, already lodged 2 complaints on Govt. Consumer Grievance Portal.

                                I have booked dth connection no 12947512 on 20/03/2018. I was informed that
                                Installation process will start within 45 days. On 05/05/2018 mail was sent to me from your installation deptt[[protected]@rbtv.in] installation will commence on 15/06/2018. Later your customer care deptt told on phone it will commence on 30/06/2018. Today i again complained to customer care on phone no
                                [protected] and i was told that it will done on 31/07/2018 if your are in a hurry you can cancell booking and take refund of rs 499/- is this your way of talking with customer. Pl install my connection immediately or i will sue you in consumer court for harrasement and delay to me as i am a senior citizen.

                                  I have booked reliance digital big tv scheme on 23/3/2018. They have charged 499rs on the name of pre-booking of new connection and have booked connection on4/4/18 and they promised that, will get new connection within 45 days. Its already 4 months are completing. There is no message from them. I am trying to contact their customer care number, there is no response from them. I am totally frustrated due to their service. Please help me to get my 499 rs refund or do the connection within week.

                                    I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking.                                       Hello, I'm Prakhar Srivastava, my id no is[protected].I booked two DTH devices on 6 March 2018.Installation was promised within 45 days but now it has been close to 3 months and there has been no response from the company, neither from the mail nor the customer care service phone numbers.Its been a great displeasure and disappointment for me.I request for the company to respond to my complaint and take immediate action, otherwise I would have to resort to legal methods.I sincerely hope the situation doesn't come to this.I have noticed several other costumers facing the same problem.We expect a lot from a company of such claibre.Hopefully the company will try to reinstate trust in its customers again.
