We have recharged our reliance big tv smart card number :[protected] with rs 1499/- on 11.5.2018 at 10.53am through a paytm order number [protected] for which we have received an acknowledgement as “ your request is successful”. But, we are not getting any channels till date on our tv screen, we have dialed to your toll free number several times (Though its difficult to get connected),, every time they are replying that there is some technical issue viz. Solar storm. Due to that, our account was not updated, hence channels are not coming. It is not justified on your part, not resolving the issue even after 3 months lapsed. We never expected this type of cheating from india's well known business house. This is not at all fare to give this type of reasons all the time, so please look into this compliant and resolve the issue at the earliest or refund our money. Even if you did’t resolve the issue, there is no other go to us except to go to telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai), which may view this in a very serious way and they resolve it and will do the justice to us.
