I had booked new connection under your new scheme having booking id is a 12518542 on 16/03/2018 and made the payment of rs. 499/-

But till date no connection is provided even 110 days has been passed and also no update has been provided from your end. And even your toll free number never connect.

Kindly do the needful to provide the connection timely or refund the amount...

    मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 14 मार्च 2018 को रिलायंस बिग टीवी की प्री-बुकिंग की गई थी किंतु आज दिनांक 27 जून 2018 तक TV का इंस्टॉलेशन नहीं हुआ है कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार यह रिलायंस बिग टीवी 15 से 45 दिनों के अंदर इंस्टॉल किया जाना है किंतु बार-बार संपर्क करने पर यह जानकारी दी गई कि अगले 15 दिनों में चल कर दी जाएगी लेकिन अभी तक इंस्टॉल नहीं की गई अभी पिछले महीने से कंपनी के द्वारा दिए गए टोल फ्री नंबर बंद बताए जा रहे हैं अतः निवेदन है कि या तो शीघ्र रिलायंस बिग टीवी इंस्टाल करने का कष्ट करें या प्री-बुकिंग राशि ₹499 वापस करने का कष्ट करें Booking ID is 14523899

      Dear sir,

      I have booked my reliance tv with ref. No. Booking id 14543409 for 1 connection booking date 08th april 2018.
      Tried several time calling and they keep saying it will be done before 15th jun'18.

      After waiting for so long still no information when the connection will be provided, as per the company promise 30-45 days it will be done.
      With this reliance has lost his brand name & faith in the company.

      Please send me information about the same if you are late so i will try to another option. Also, refund of initial payment done of inr 500/-.

      I have booked Reliance digitalTV on March 1st and in the pre-booking they mentioned installation will done in 30 to 45 days but till now installation is not yet done. and customer care number is also not working.

        As we mention in subject, i have not receive my Big tv DTH o 2nd of March 2018 .your customer service care give me time of delivery on after 15 April 2018. After that time to time they give date to date .till time they give me 4 delivery date but I have done all thing . Now I have want to back my pre-booking amount as soon possible

        I have booked dth connection on 1st march. I have paid Rs 499 pre booking. Even after 3 months there is no connection and even no communication from Big TV. I asked for refund before 1 month but there is no reply. I have also warn about legal action but company has not any fear about rules and regulations of INDIA
        As same as per other customers i am so not get installation of reliance digital tv and company block my 500.00 rs and after 3to4 month not get rdtv..
        Relinace is doing fool of customers
        I have booked big TV connection and Booking ID is 12521016. Now 3.5 month gone no update from company and no response by company on email and helpline no .how can we get refund from anil ambani co or advise co is fully bankrupt and no hope to get money
        I have applied for the connection on 21 st march 2018, my booking id number is 14532519. i have not received a single call from the company. nobody has come to install it. the company said it will install the connection in 45 days.

            I have pre book BIGTV on 15 March 2018, at that time I got an sms that within 30-45 days I will receive the HD set top box and installation will be done. But till now I did not get the SET-TOP box neither any communication from them .
            My pre booking number is 14519045 dated 15th March.
            I have booked reliance big tv on 30 march 2018 my booking id is A12964082 . company offers installation with 45 days. but now it is more than 65 days
            installation is not done till now . company contact no is always busy. it is big scam
            I have pre booked on 3rd of April 2018 and yet not received the connection. Your helpline numbers are also not working. Being big brand you are cheating. Taking 500 from each and not giving connection. Its not big tv its big fraud done by you.
            I have book your Reliance big TV on 23rd April. Company msg that installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days. But still not installation at my home. My Booking ID is A12974688.

            Please do the as soon as possible to DTH installation to my home address.

              I made the booking on 20th march and as yet no information about installation
              Have called customer care zillion times.. Why is reliance running this sort of fraud/ scam and playing with hard earned money of indians
              Help to get the same resolved on asap basis, am running out of patience.. Have already escalated on twitter aswell

                On 21st march i paid and booked the pre-connection of rbig tv against booking id a12951607.

                At the time of booking it was told that within 30-45 days installation will be done, today it's 26th june more than the specified period still, no installation was done and neither any communication from your side.

                The customer care no. Provided by you are not working even from jio it's not connecting and airtel saying the incorrect number.

                Please have a look at my booking and revert me at earliest.

                          Hi, this is ranjith kumar from bangalore i had prebooked reliance big tv on 23rd march but till now no updates from them for installation and now am really worried after installation if we have any technical problem these people will respond from 03 days am trying to call them but no use as it say busy busy even i[censored] try calling in night 12 or 1 o'clock it say busy, got irritated what bull # services ty are providing cheating people and looting money from people i strongly suggest people don't buy reliance dth am not sure when ty ill get back to u.

                              I have booked RM TV on March Month.
                              Booking No. 17510131 no. of connection 1
                              i have also sms in april month for your installation will be done 30 to 45 days.
                              but not...
                              my only one que. - this is fake or not ?
                              and how much day require for installation,
                              otherwise kindly refunding my 499 rs. with interest.
                              This is very unfair because In paper add contain 30 to 45 days required for installation from booking.
                              So my booking day and current day 90 days done.
                              So you all customer cares solving my complaint. You and your company not any right for cheating customers.
                              Otherwise we all customers going to consumer court.

But they do not delivered and installed the same till date. I want to complain on there customer care. But they do not registered compliant & no one take responsibility for this matter.                                     Hi sir I am complaining about reliance DTH big TV it is promised on March 1 2018 as an big TV offer 499rs taken as per booking order for DTH(it's cost is 2000 and installation charge 250 it will given when installation done offer is 1year free and after that 300 per month including hd channel) it will be installed within 45days that means it will be installed on Apr 15 2018 but now it is June 25 2018 still they not came to install and customer care no response we paid 500 deposit for pre order so I think they r cheering people pls raise concern as public interest thank u

                                      Sir, I paid Rs. 499/- on[protected] through net banking for a new connection to Reliance BIG TV Ltd. Receipt cum Invoice No. DL[protected] and Booking ID is 12524898. Transaction Reference Number is LSBI[protected]. Till no contact or communication received from them.They offered the installation will be done within 30 to 45 days. Later, on 4th May an intimation SMS came stating that the connection will commence from 15th June 2018. Till no communication or installation from them. I would like to get a refund of my advance paid.

                                        On 1st 0f 1 march i prebook 2 bigtv d2h and today 115 days to gone but d2h not installed.in your online you committed that maximum time of installation is 30-45 days. If you can't solve this issue within this week i go for consumer court and take legaily action.
