Did booking on 4th march 2018 - by paying 499/- rs on reliance big tv website.

Requesting delivery of product or refund of money. Spoke to nodal office of reliance big tv bangalore region. She was rude and declined to refund.

Guys it a big cheating done with millions of people of india.

They cheated all o[censored]s. Lets file a complaint against rbtv in consumer court.

    I am booked big tv on 24 march 2018 with booking id 14535262. On site they promised to deliver product within 30 to 45 days. But they do not delivered and installed the same till date. I want to complain on there customer care. But they do not registered compliant & no one take responsibility for this matter. Such a cheap, helpless & careless brand & customer care. Now i'm waiting for 1 more week. If they were not replying my product, i'll go to consumer court..

      I am booked big tv on 11 april.
      In the site they promised to deliver product within 30 to 45 days. But they do not delivered my but tv in time. I want to complain on there customer care. But they do not registered compliant & no one take responsibility for this matter. Such a cheap, helpless & careless brand & customer care. Now i'm waiting for 1 more week.         I have paid 499 on march 1st 2018 for new connection, but still not get my connection, recieved text message on my no "dear customer, we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that installation of your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june 2018. For any further queries please write at [protected]@rbtv.in". Now i am running out of petience.

        Still no update on this.

            As the company had giving assurance for service 30 to 45 days for insulation but after waiting for 45 days & more i have not provide any services

              I have booked a reliance big tv via booking id-a12939288 on the name of gurmeet singh on 17th of march 2018... They promise me to provide dish within 45 days... Bt i am not provided with any dish even after more than 3 months... Customer care never respond properly... They donot tell actual situation of my order.. I want to knw how much time are they gonna take to deliver my dish... Otherwise they have to refund my amountt.. Please resolve as soon as possible

                Paid service channel is not coming since 01 january 2018 in a orderly manner. Such as sony, zee, star, etc, regional channel like, odiya. I have paid advance one year subscription on 31 january 2018. From 01st january 2018 on wards the transmission is not in proper way & the channel is showing, it will be under maintenance. I have given lot many times complain & all time they are telling it will take little time to resume. So kindly take a suitable action to regularize.

                    Getting error 200 (Unsubscribed channel) for all paid channels except from reliance home channel (This is coming properly) for my smart card no:[protected].
                    Could you please help in getting my paid channels and even the amount is getting deducted without providing the channels being displayed.
                    Its not the right approach and has to fixed immediatly and money should be deducted from the day service is provided (But not without the channel service).
                    Hence no amount should be deducted for my package. Big tv should deducted from the day you provide the subscription for my spaid channels, but not before that.

                    I am tried of contacting customer care to resolve my issue... There is no customer care service provided. I am facing issue regularly lots of money is wasted but no solution is provided... Issue faced last 6 months
                    -you will not able to see all channel for which subscribe d
                    -there is customer service where u can raise your concern
                    -at any time service is interrupted
                    -even if by luck ur call is connected to customer care they will not register any complaints. They will just say mainintence is going on... What the helll from last 6 month ur maintenance is going then y r charging ur customer u should stop dth service and work on maintenance.
                    Worst worst service... I m frusted.. Dont go it.

I[censored] people cant keep the promise they why u will give offers like dis waste of money & time & customer support is one of the worst in the world they don't now anything& they are getting salary for not saying anything.                         Booked a reliance dish tv on 9th of march. Was supposed to get the dish tv delivered and installed by their technician within 45 days. Again got a mesaage that it will be delivered after the 15 th of june.
                        Nothing arrived so far.
                        Now teying to call thier customer care number and its not working.
                        I think anil ambani is on the verge of running after nirav modi. I wanted a refund.

                          But not received connection.customer care are not response on valuable date on dth connection. I want reverse my booking amount in my account So plz solve this matter ASAP.

                            Dear Concerns,

                            I want to express my grief over the customer abuse by the Reliance Big Tv customer care and company itself. I did my pre booking for Reliance DTH on 17th May online and didn’t receive any confirmation after wards. My account debited with 499 RS but didn’t receive any confirmation from them. I called several times to customer care but they keep disconnecting my call saying that there’s server issue and call back again.

                            Even though I told them my account debited but none of them intrested in listening to me. I call d three times a day since then but no appropriate answer. They told me to email the query to them but even after that no response. Customer care people are so rude that they straight disconnect the call. Also, they kept telling me that I’ll receive customer ID and installation soon.

                            It’s been a month not and nothing has happened. I know reliance is known for doing scam and taking people’s money but never expected this. God knows from where they hired illiterate customer care people.

                            I am looking to get my money back as I am done with them. Beware people don’t fall in this RELIANCE BIG TV DTH trap. I’ve attached screenshot of my debited payment too in case reliance wants some proof.

                            Hope anyone can help me in this regards.

                                    My self vishal from jalgaon, maharashtra. I have prebook my rbig tv connection on 2nd march 2018. After that i got your reply like this,

                                    "congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 12519677 and no of connections 1"

                                    But, upto today installation hasn't done. According to your provide information, you will have installed connection in 30 to 45 days. But today 106th day form booking. Long time waiting yet not installed.

                                    My booking id of rbig tv connection is 12519677. After completing 50 days for booking, i had called to customer care executive, they had told me that, your installation will done in next week. And every time of call they had replied me like this.

                                    Before few days, i got sms that your installation will done on 15 june 2018, but they failed. I'm unable to call customer care because they are very busy.

                                    Please take proper action against these otherwise, i will go consumer forum or cyber crime bureau to raise the complaint.

                                      I had booked reliance bigtv connection on 08/03/2018 and my booking no. Is 14512535 but till date no response received. They had promised to install the connection with 30-45 days but till date nothing is done. Customer care number is looking fake i had tried many times but not connected. So now i want to cancel this connection and refund of my booking amount. Kindly help for the refund amount of booking.

                                        It has been two months I have prebooked the big TV offer. It was supposed to be installed within 30-45 days. Then it said installation would start from 15 June. 15th June passed but yet to get the DTH installed!!!
                                        It just cheated 500 rupees from each customer. The customer care representative are just for sleeping
                                        They can provide any information at all.
