U offer to install within 45 days from 5th Mar-2018
But after 45 days u given 15 june for installation of reliance big tv. But till today no information from your side.
Both customer care numbers are not working/connecting, by this a doubt arising is :Are you trustworthy and do people have faith on you..?"

If you dont have ill faith, Install DTH connection immediately or refund the money you have collected from me.

    U offer to install within 45 days
    But after 45 days u given 15 june for installation of reliance big tv after that given 19 june but yet no information yet
    Its not ur trustworthy and faithfulness
    U r going to lose ur reliability
    Please install my connection tomorrow which is given by u 19june 2018
    Because of me lots of people in my area precooked connection but i hv no answer
    So tomorrow u should install my connection

    I have booked reliance digital connection on 01.03.2018, booking id no. 12505761.

    I understand that the installation will be done within 30 to 45 days as promised while booking but nothing happened, after several emails sent from my side i have received a generic sms message stating installation will commence on 15.06.2018. Still no update from such a esteemed firm very bad service.

    I need an proper update when the installation will be done or else kindly refund the amount paid.

      I would like to draw your kind attention to the situation which i am facing. I applied/booked reliance big tv connection on 23 apr 18. Rs. 499/- was also demanded for the same by the company as pre booking advance and the same was paid by me. Confirmation message from rdtv team received by me having booking id i. E. 14546474 and promised me that they will install the connection within 30 (22 may[protected] jun 18) days from booking date. After 30 days, i called customer care for status but the reply i was given was that the connection is not possible within the time specified through message. It would only be installed after 15 jun 18. On asking the cause behind this, they do not tell anything. Now on 19 jun 18, i again talked to customer care for status. This time also, they replied me that the connection is not possible in entire june 18 period, and said it will be installed only in july month. This is causing me mental harassment. I am not looking for another connection because i have given that money to rdtv team as pre booking advance. Now, i want refund.

      Please refer my complaint dated 19 Jun 18.
      The matter as stated earlier in my complaint to RBTV is still pending and not even a message/reply has been received from RBTV side.

      No action has been taken from any side in this regard.

        Hi,

        I paid pre-booking amount of ₹499 on 07.03.18, and was promised the much hyped dth connection in 45 days.

        It's been over 3 months now and there's no update from reliance digital. Their phone lines [protected] / [protected] are never answered.

        There's no doubt that they have taken their customers for a ride and i won't be surprised if the whole reliance dth game is declared as a big scam. Even their jio service is a blunder as it fails to deliver the much hyped promises.

        Please help me to get refund at the earliest.

          Your customer care number is useless please change your customers number or provide good service to your customer more than thousand call i dial on[protected] this number is not in service why are you misguide your customer thank.
          Please answer me when will i get my connection

            Hi sir,

            As per the latest reliance big tv advertisement, i have booked a connection paying an advance payment of rs. 499 on 8th mar 2018. As per the company, the installation will be done with in 30-45 days. Now its almost 4 months over and there are no updates from the company. I tried to contact the customer care at least 10 times, sent them multiple emails but yet no update from the company. I am tax paying citizen and this is true example of cheating by one of the biggest company in india. The company is mocking its customers on face with out any update and not picking up the call. I would request you to consider this as most important and take necessary action against such fraudsters.

              I have pre booked new connection 1st march 2018 and even paid online

              Whenever i m calling to customer care they r telling installation wil b done 45days

              After 45days i have given a call to the customercare they told me 15th june 2018 it wil get installed

              Till now i haven't got installed

              From last 3days i m calling to customercare everytime they r keeping in hold for atleast 25min but not getting any response

              U guys r running such a big reliance business but due to this cheap scheme u r dodging to customers

              Giving money back is not the solution better to give connection asap oreslse i have to filed a case on u guys as well as consumer complaint.

                Dear sir, I am not using my reliance Digital TV since last 6 months. I would like to activate the connection now. My smart card no. is[protected]. I tried to call customer care several times but i am not able to connect. The line is getting disconnected as soon as I enter my Smart card no . Please let me know how to reactivate my Smart Card.                   We used this set-top box after 3 months.
                  We did a recharge for ₹200 and it is showing error-200 (channels unsubscribed)
                  Help us out. Our card number is[protected]
                  Even customer care doesn't respond .
                  Very bad service . I am not satisfied . The should tell everything before we get a recharge . They don't even send a simple message about that the recharge is done.
                  Please help us or we are changing set-top box.

                      I booked for satellite TV connection of "RELIANCE BIG TV" oon 13th April 2018 and paid Rs. 500 through bank transfer. Reliance Big TV promised through the text message that the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days.
                      But 2 months gone no one bothers about it.
                      Please cancel my booking and refund my RS.500.
                      My Booking ID is 14521072.
                      I have pre booked 2 connection of RBTV, now its more than 3 months, but no one call, msg or mail regarding service or installation...third class service ever seen
                      they also not ablt to give proper answere on call...

                        I booked a big tv new connection with the booking id[protected] on 3rd March 2018 and paid Rs.499. It was promised that product will deliver within 45days but today date 18 June 2018 but still I did not receive any product and no response from customer care as well.
                        This is a big chitting with thousands of people and big tv doing fraud taken all people money and run away...I have been waiting for 4months of time but not receive the product, now this is too much... I decided to file case against big tv to TRAI. Refund my amount immediately or provide the connection immediately.

                            I have booked new connection on date 03/march/2018. From my mobile no. [protected]. Only thanks for booking text message received, but after 100 days no connection provided by the company. Even when call to customer care they also do hang up on customer.
                            They looted us. Thousands of people get looted by reliance big tv offer. They get our 499 rs per connection, get getting the interest on that amount.

                            Do not know how long we need to wait. Its better now to go for consumer court then only this cheated company awake and give our money back.

                                30 to 45 days was the specified time duration for installation after time completion installation date was postponded to 15th june

                                      I booked 2 connections on 7th march 2018 and till yet my connections hasn't installed yet and from now i just want my money back nothing else and if the man came to install i wont be allowing him to install so i request you to do something against this company please they don't care about customer because they said the connections will be installed within 30 to 45 days but not installed yet so the conclusion is that i just want my refund from this fraud company as soon as possible.

                                        Hi, I am continuously facing Error 200(unsubscribed channel).
                                        I last made the payment in May. However there was an issue with the reliance connectivity with satellite (not sure exactly what) so the channels we're not visible whole May month. When calling customer care it was told that amount will be adjusted. But adjustment to next month never happened. And now when I call they right away say we cannot help and Bang the phone.

                                        This is utter piece of pathetic customer service.Have called almost 20-25 times and now planning to move to consumer forum. Reliance seems like looting their own country men and filling their pockets. Such a disgrace to nation. I do not know why government is not acting against such a company.
                                        I will make sure that I post my problem in all such available forums and make people aware..
