I would like to draw your kind attention to the situation which i am facing. I applied/booked reliance big tv connection on 23 apr 18. Rs. 499/- was also demanded for the same by the company as pre booking advance and the same was paid by me. Confirmation message from rdtv team received by me having booking id i. E. 14546474 and promised me that they will install the connection within 30 (22 may[protected] jun 18) days from booking date. After 30 days, i called customer care for status but the reply i was given was that the connection is not possible within the time specified through message. It would only be installed after 15 jun 18. On asking the cause behind this, they do not tell anything. Now on 19 jun 18, i again talked to customer care for status. This time also, they replied me that the connection is not possible in entire june 18 period, and said it will be installed only in july month. This is causing me mental harassment. I am not looking for another connection because i have given that money to rdtv team as pre booking advance. Now, i want refund.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The matter as stated earlier in my complaint to RBTV is still pending and not even a message/reply has been received from RBTV side.
No action has been taken from any side in this regard.
