Error 400 occures from last many days due to that no any channel have displayed on tv due to dth problems. I have checked all the wires and connections which responsible for that error but all are good it means the problem fron main server of campany aslo customer cares number wihich are provided by company for such problems has no use i have tried many times for that number but i had not got any responce from them. I have provide my big tv customer id is which is[protected]

Maine Reliance ke connection book kiya tha aap logo ne bola tha ki 30 se 45 din mai aap ise install kar doge but abhi tak aap logo ne install nahi kiya mera rs mujhe wapas kar do my contact no [protected] my email id [protected]@gmail.com

still cant get any installation or any information.

    I got frustrated by services of rbtv. Cc no. Is also not working. I hv paid 1499/ for 1 yr advance aa per offer given by co. Wht to do as my son has summer vacation n he is getting bore everyday. They did it last year also. I waited for them that time keeping faith on co. As its a big co. N they will. Resolve soon. But again its giving headache. Resolve it asap.

      I am reliance big tv costomer since 2015 and now from 2 months i am unable to use its service mean channels are not showing, its blocked. I recharged before 3 months with 1499 rupees for one year package. My concerned is if they should provide proper service with extra days against those days when service was not provided, or they should return my money. Regards

      There is same problem on my TV . U don't know what they do it on TV channals . If there are technically problem it can be solved in 1 week . But there are 3 month on it .
      Same problem about two months, can't resolved till now

        Reliance big tv is not working at all, horrible services from the reliance big tv. Customer care is not giving the proper answer to the consumers. They are making customers fool. Already i have paid for 6months but no channels are coming. My id[protected]. Now it is sad to inform that how such a company can go down which is beyond our expectations. The customer care executive are unable to answer after how many days the service will resume. I[censored] can't not sure about ur channals. S so provide u can't cheat our family. They every day angry on me. So plz take some action distributor phone/mobile number is not working for any kind of help. Really horrible services from reliance big tv dth service. I am requesting for immediate assistance for the issue.. I[censored] can't effort to ur channals. So provide my money.

          In the month of august 17, reliance big tv declared that they are closing there business and offered that if i will migrate my connection to tatasky, tatasky connection will be installed free and remaining amount lying at the time of migration will be transferred to my tatasky account. Tatasky installed connection free of charge but big tv still not transferred balance amount to my tatasky account. My reliance big tv id is[protected] and[protected]. Total amount for my two connection is rs.1335..33*2=2670.66.

            My booking id is 17504328

            I have paid rs.499.00 for the new connection on 15/03/18 and was informed that i have to pay balance rs.1500.00 on installation. You all also informed me that the connection will be delivered in the next 30 to 45 days. As you can see its almost 2 months and i have not received the connection.

            If you cannot deliver the new connection, kindly return me my money, else i will be forced to approach the consumer court.

            Currently customer care number is also not working.

            Please do the needful...

              I have paid rs.499.00 for the new connection on 13/03/18 threw net banking and and a message received as congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 14522070 and no of connections 1- regards, reliance digital tv." now it is morethan 2 months and i have not received the connection or any message from rd tv

              If you cannot deliver the new connection, kindly return me my money, else i will be forced to approach the consumer court.

              Currently customer care number is also not working.

                  Looking at new paper adds i booked the connection.

                  Booking id[protected], booked on 20th march -2018

                  Promised connection within - 45 days of booking

                  Despite of several calls to customer care there is no visibility provided.

                  They do not agree for refund and asked to send refund request to an email id ([protected]@rbtv.com) which does not exists.

                  Please help me on the matter.
                  And caution to others do not book this connection there seems to be something fishy about it.

                    Experience poor service from apr18.400-signal lost error sinlce last 3weeks, channels unavailable notification issue prior to last 3weeks.
                    Whenever i call big tv customer care, custcare gives false assurance-like in next 72hrs issue will be resolved, in next 3days issue will be resolved etc.
                    In mar'18 i had paid 2000 rupees and purchased 1yr subscription.
                    Reliance is failed to resolve the long running issue signal lost error since last 3weeks or so, i can't afford anymore. I want refund of the paid money.
                    Request help.

                        I am customer of reliance big tv. I am using big tv service from 2011 and never faced any problems earlier related to broadcasting. But for previous few months my connection show error 400. To resolve the i called customer care but no response from customer care to calls, then i registered complaint on their offical website but till problem persist. Also i emailed their nodal officer, call at his office till no response. I hope my complaint on this platform will be addressed and problem get resolved.

                          I have pre-booked reliance big tv on 16th may 2018. Still i have not received any confirmation mail or message. I talked with customer care but still is not resolved. Amount of 499rs has been deducted from sbi account (Transaction id-igadnpsft5)

                                  My smarcard no is[protected]. Satellite, cable dth tv channels are not coming since more than six months. No response on tollfree numbers. Very pathetic ituation. What is your problem. You are cheating. Please refund my subsription. We for dth and not seeing tv. If we are defalt you will disconnect. Pay me compensation also. Toll free operator one month back answered that they are refreshing channels and after an week all channels will be restored. But now tolfree numbers are not responding. Today also [protected] and [protected]are not responding. Please pay my amount with penalty as i have no tv entertainment all these days.

                                    Reliance Big DTH have cheated by taking subscription for one year and we hardly received service for a month... we keep calling customer care and they keep saying service will resume in 4days.But nothing is happening... thing that is surprising me is that it's not in news anywhere other than many people like me suffering here.. may be Ambani's hv shut all the mouth with money they HV cheated on us!!! I want the service or at least refund of my money so that I can switch to some other better DTH service.

                                      I have Bigtv connection with ID[protected].
                                      For last complete recharge cycle, 90% of the channels were showing error " Due to some technical issue we are unable to show channel".

                                      I was NOT ABLE to connect Customer care nos for more than 15 days and finally when connected, they promised me that all channels will be active within next 7 days. They also committed to add 20 days in my recharge as a reimbursement to the issue.

                                      Till now, no channel is active.
                                      Moreover, my connection is not de-activated after completing month- in contrast to the committed 20 days reimbursement.

                                      Now my connection is showing "First Installation" screen with low signal error.

                                      For 15 days, I am unable to contact customer care.

The thing that is surprising me is that it's not in news anywhere other than we people suffering here.. may be Ambani's hv shut all mouth with money they HV cheated on us!!!
                                        They are least bothered about people. They must give refund. And if they start installing also, many channels are not available yet. So no use of so called digital TV...
