I have booked as per advertisement rs.499/- for online booking on march 2nd itself. Booking no also provided. 2 months already completed but so far no call from company and no message. This connection purpose my another company connection disconnected. Whether company is providing connection or cheating. The number provided in the site is fake.     We were offered lifetime freedom offer for rs. 1999 for 5 years. We booked for 2 connections in the month of january. Till march it was working fine. But since march end there are no channels and error 403 is continuously displayed.
    Called contact centre several times. They refreshed the signal multiple time and then agreed on 28 april 2018 to send the engineer for home visit within 48 hours and asked us to deposit 100 rs each for site visit for each connection. We have deposited the money but till date no engineer has visited to check the issue.
    Now again they are saying that they are having issue at their end.

    We have been cheated for rs. 4000/- and the response for service is very poor.

    My service requests are[protected] and[protected].

    Also we do not know where to escalate.

      I am using reliance big tv. In the month of february i had taken yearly package on a promotional scheme.They said that they will provide all channels for one year at 1500. From the month of march they are not providing any channels and when i tried to contact the customer care they are providing incorrect information. Every time they are asking to wait for couple of days and even today they repeated the same thing and when i persisted they are asking to tale any kind of legal action

        Dear sir, i have recharged my big tv 1499 rupees before consulting customer care reliance big tv & they told us me one year plan.
        After recharged my big tv no.[protected] till dated 08.05.2018 not coming any chanel in my dth. I have complaint approx 30 times in customer care but result are zero.
        They told us again & again system are updating only.
        They also giving time 12 hour, 24 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours, & not take any complaint my bigtv & said only wait & wait.
        Please take action againest reliance big tv & provide my refund

          I am not able to view any channels for the past 3 days. Whenever I tried to switch on the TV I am getting the 'Error 400' message. I tried calling the customer care more than five times, but the even after waiting 1 hour on the call, i couldn't get through to their service representative. I don't know how else to reach you guys. I have an active subscription which I had paid in advance for the next 18 months.

          Please resolve the issue asap.

            It is about 4 days we are not getting any channels from your network. Indeed this is second time the same issues are occurring. Our favourite star network channels such as asianet are already gone since last march. Your customer care number is also out o[censored]se. Atleast you have to provide enough information on what is happening only because we have already paid a huge amount. If it is persisting with displaying error 400 at screen and not responding to our calls with appropriate replies, it will be the failure of your credibility, the so called reliance !!

              I am using big TV for almost 10 years but last 4-5 months its giving lost of problems, now Signal lost message is appearing on screen and even customer service is not giving proper response after calling so many times and now a days calls are not connecting also, Subscribed channels for 1 year by recharging of Rs. 1499/-
              If cannot resolve the problems at least arrange to refund the recharge amount, please revert on urgent basis

                I booked reliance big tv and paid money for pre-booking on 20th march, 2018.

                Its been around 65 days and no one has come to install the dth to my home.

                Reliance dth website is showing this message "maximum time duration from booking to installation will be 30 to 45 days".
                When we communicate to customer care and executive said that there are some technical problem and wait for 5-7 days.

                Reliance dth is misguiding and miscommunication to customer on this dth offer.

                Now please take action against reliance to post wrong information..

                  Sir,

                  I have made Pre-Booking for Reliance Digital TV Connection on 19-Mar-2018 and paid INR 499/- for the same. As per the official site the installation has to be done maximum by 45 days from the date of booking. Now almost 50 days has been passed but the installation has not been done yet today. Also i have received the a SMS from Reliance Big TV informing that the DTH installation shall be started after 15-Jun-2018. It means they are asking for 45 Days more to wait also there is no specific date mentioned there when it will finally installed at my place. When i called the customer care & ask to cancel my order & refund my money back as they failed to complete the same within the specific period of time. They refused to do so & asked me to wait for installation. After that i asked her to transfer my call to her senior, she also refused to do so & disconnect the call.

                  I am no more interested to buy this product now. Please take appropriate action & arrange the refund.

                    Reliance bigtv is again doing fraudulent behavior by collecting money from public and not providing service with false promises of resuming the service by 24 hrs / 48 hrs / 72 hrs / 4 days many a times. But in practice nothing is moving from reliance end, we want immediate refund of the amount that we paid for the services which was not provided.
                    I dont see any hope with the reliance people they r just crooks of the first order, and i think they have decide to take people for ride.

                      I have booked a new connection on 02/03/2018. But till now installation not done.
                      Drae sir. I have ordered reliance big TV last 50 day back but till date not a single confirmation massage I didn't get. This is too bad and still how many days we need to wait I don't know.
                      Pre Booking done on March 1st. No update yet till date. Called customer care a few times, always got the same reply " We are working on it service team will call by the end of the week". They just collected money to pay off their existing dues to satellite company. Either provide the service promised or refund the amount to all the customers.

                        I had recharged bigtv yearly pack around oct2017. After that many channels stopped airing. I tried to contact customer care but no response. Even the local bigtv offfices are not responding to our complaints properly.in feb2018 few channels started airing and from april2018 everything stopped airing. The customer care does not answer the calls. Local dealers have no idea and just tell us to keep waiting. How long do we have to wait when we have recharged on time. Please contact me or i will have to take some actions.

                        From Last 3 months no channels are not coming . We contact to customer care their reply was it will resume in three days. Every time they are telling the same story. Till today it is unsolved problem. Today also they given the same reply. How can i launch a complaint against them in forum.
                        I have booked reliance big tv on mar14 but till now there is no information about it when i called reliance big tv team they said we will install within 45 days but nothing has been done and there is no information about it.

                          I am a senior citizen. I am a Reliance Digital Dish TV consumer. My consumer number is[protected]. I have been paying the subscription regularly. Since January 2018 the broadcasting is irregular. At times main channels like Asianet etc are removed and no broadcasting is available. I contacted their customer service. The customer service centre is manned by arrogant people. They don't answer properly. Sometimes they say it will be connected within 24 hours, some will say 72 hours. Even yesterday the person promised 24 hours. But nothing happened. One person told me I have not paid the subscription. Immediately I paid Rs.300 and the connection came for only one day. Afterwards it stopped. On contacting the replay was 72 hours. Kindly help me. Help this helpless Senior Citizen

                            What is solution for this issue, I recharged twice. Maximum kannada channels are not working from Last 6 Months.

                                  My smart card no.[protected] using services for several years. Last recharge on25.4.18. Not evev single channel is coming - indicating signal lost (Error no.400). Earlier also this has happened. Several entertainment & business channels have not been shown even their services are available. They simply write that we will be compensated by month end by 7 days of services. When services are down their satellite problems continue when they will compensate. This is very pathetic state of affairs. Irda or some other govt. Agency must intervene & give relief to thousands of customers suffering for long time. We are without news and entertainment these days when live news are broadcasted worldwide. Very sorry state.

                                    We bought big tv long ago but from october 2017 some channels day by day like gemini etc were removed and in january almost all top channels of entertainment were also removed and the main fraud started from february when all channels except news channels were removed and from almost 70 days we are getting no channels and we have contacted the customer care more than 200 tyms but they just fool us saying 7 days more or 72 hrs more. Big tv had many loans and that was the reason stated in newspaper if it's the problem refund us our amount we don't want ur tv or telecast the channels.. It's a big fraud we have paid 2500 in advance for package and now we aren't getting channels

                                      I have booked for new connection on march 1st and still i have not received and also there is no response.

                                      Its clearly stated in the clause that it will be installed within 30 to max 45days. I have called customer care so many times and they will receive and say will fix with in 45 days max and after that they will disconnect call. Now a days call is not even getting connected. I thought i can watch ipl and now i am missing ipl because of reliance.

                                        I have applied for 2 new connection on 20th mar'18 and paid full advance payment. It was clearly stated on your website, advertisement and confirmation message that installation will be done within 30 to 45 days.

                                        Now when today already 45 days has been passed i have received a message yesterday stating my connections will be done by 15th june'18.

                                        I can not accept this, as i have putted my faith, time and money into your scheme.

                                        I hereby request you to please arrange my installation within the time frame mentioned earlier
