I am not able to view any channels for the past 3 days. Whenever I tried to switch on the TV I am getting the 'Error 400' message. I tried calling the customer care more than five times, but the even after waiting 1 hour on the call, i couldn't get through to their service representative. I don't know how else to reach you guys. I have an active subscription which I had paid in advance for the next 18 months.

It is about 4 days we are not getting any channels from your network. Indeed this is second time the same issues are occurring. Our favourite star network channels such as asianet are already gone since last march. Your customer care number is also out o[censored]se. Reliance bigtv is again doing fraudulent behavior by collecting money from public and not providing service with false promises of resuming the service by 24 hrs / 48 hrs / 72 hrs / 4 days many a times. But in practice nothing is moving from reliance end, we want immediate refund of the amount that we paid for the services which was not provided.

But till to date the service/dth not starting.
