Rel. Big TV customer care is giving false hopes since Sep'17 to the customers that they will re-telecast SUN Channels, but so far nothing being done. And since 2 weeks back, all channels went off air due to Error-400. If this is the case the image of Rel. Big TV will go, and they should not cheat the valuable customers after collecting the money.
Again most of the channels are showing Error-200 and now that Customer care Toll Free number is also not functioning.
Whether we have to migrate to other DTH service or whether Reliance Big TV itself will migrate the customers to other DTH service.
Since more than 6 months we waited with patience but the company could not rectify the fault and still they are telling some technical problem.
Hence a remedial measure is required at the earliest.

Since 10 days we are not getting any channel so we tried customer care but your people are not responding at all, It proves your quality of service and way your responding. with this i hope you may kindly resume my service. No[protected].Email:[protected]@vizagsteel.com.
Was told that big tv connection will be provided between 30 to 45 days. But after this period there has been no response from big tv. They have taken rs. 500/- as registration amount and vanished after that. They are big cheats, just third rate cons in the garb of a big brand.
Since 10 days we are not getting any channel so we tried customer care but your people are not responding at all, It proves your quality of service and way your responding. with this i hope you may kindly resume my service. No[protected].Email:[protected]@vizagsteel.com.
I have recharged for Rs 149 and 100 still it's not working, not able to contact customer service

Please what is the resoan to close down our tv after paying full year rent

    Hi, i booked my connection on 1st march and as per promise installation should be done within 45days but it’s now more than 51 days and still there is no information about installation. I tried calling on given number of customer care but every time receive same answer to wait for 30-45 days and also I have emailed to customer care but no response has been taken.       I pre order a product name RBIG TV on 1st march 2018 on RBIG TV official website and they were promised me to deliver the product within 45 day of pre ordering date. But its not deliver to me till now and when i call the help desk to inquire about it they misbehave with me. i call the help desk more then 3 times but they were continuously misbehaving with me.

        What cheating this reliance company are doing. I have booked my connection march 1st 2018. They said that 30 to 45 days will get connection but so far 60 days over nothing happened. I tried to contact CUSTOMER CARE those ### doesn't know English and other languages even they are not ready to answer they are disconnecting my call mANY TIME. Please refund my amount. I don't need your connection.

          I made a pre-booking of reliance tv on 2nd march 2018, but still waiting for the update. No installation, no contact yet being done from reliance.

          It is so wrong, they mad commitment that installation will be done between 30-45 days.in my case it is over 55 days.

            Service of customer care is not well.
            Big TV such a big fake company they cheat a customer trust.they also stolen the money of customers after giving commitment of services.big TV please refund my amount.i am really hopeless in that matter please help me anyone.big is a cheater company and beggers too who beg money from customers at the time of services.

              My pre-booking id is 12519374 on 2nd march, already 55 days is gone, what is going on even your customer representative told us that one more month is required to install.in your site you are advertising that in 30-45 days installation will be done.                 I have paid rs 499/- towards reliance degital tv new connection booking id 12511541 on 01.03.2018. They promise to provide the installation with in 30 to 45 days but till date 58 days are over but no installation provided. When ever contacting customer care they are asking us to wait for 3 weeks without giving proper reason. Please provide installation as early as possible.

                  I have call the customer care of Reliance Big tv for several times, however my problem is not resolved.They told me to reset the setup box, removed card for 10 mins and still no result. I am getting error type 2 however my signal strength is good . I am disappointed with the service and customer service. Please help me in this regards.

                    Same issue as highlighted by other users.

                    I would request if we can get either the twitter handle or facebook page to highlight this over social media might help us wake up the company stakeholders.

                    This is very irresponsible from company's part as even if there is delay due to any known or unknown reasons atleast they should be courteous enough to update the consumers.

                      I booked hspa box of reliance big tv on 1st march more than 50 days gone no communication no confirmation from this #. I talked with customer care to refund my money they denied it's not possible you can give your connection to somebody else, as refund policy is not there. It's a corporate cheating done to indian public with support of government. Action should be taken about them.[protected] is my booking id. Kindly if can.

                        My booking id is 14528324 dated[protected] which I prebook by paying Rs.499 and recieve SMS & Email in this regard but after calling customer care no any satisfactory reply is being given. Only reply is being given by them to wait 30-45 day instead of telling current status of my booking. I am doubtful regarding delivery of RBIG TV in time. Why company is taking too much time while my booking is 38 days old. Please inform a difinite date when I will receive the delivery of said item.

                          This is very bad that your customer care call is always busy.([protected])
                          I m really very upset i was tried to call multiple time to your customer care.
                          Regarding your signal (service) was stopped from last 23 days
                          i spoken with your customer care executive(Name-pratik) on 2nd april 2018 that time i discussed with him about inconvenience.i explained him that if we are not getting service in this period that can be extended for next days?
                          Pratik said yes.

                              I have made on line payment of rs.499 on dt.01.03.2018 towards pre booking of reliance big tv. But event after 55 days neither set up box has been installed nor any confirmation mail given.
                              I have emailed and several times try to call customer care but no response has been taken.
                              It seems that the reliance big tv have cheated the people of india.
                              Please take necessary action to refund the pre booking amount of rs.499.

                                I pre-booked reliance digital tv connection on 11.3.2018 for rs.499, but its now almost 45 days to get over i did't get my connection, although i m trying to call on toll free no. Of reliance but no number is working at all.. Please find me help on this issue and if it can;t resolve please help me to get my money back or try to communicate with me..

                                Our DTH no is[protected] we have recharged 2499 plan for 2 years..But from 1 week we are not able to see all channels ..Complaint to the customer care for 2 times..But complaint is not solved..now no customer care no is getting connected ..What to do please let us know..

                                      From past 4-5 months i am facing problems with my channels. I have contacted customer care many times. They say the signal is lost and will resume shortly. But past 2 weeks they have cancelled all my services by saying signal lost. When i contacted them they say we will resume your service within 24 hrs but it didn't returned. I contacted them 3-4times again but they repeated the same. So kindly resolve my problem.

It has been 50days now and i didn't hear any call back from them. Either they must respond to me and install it in next one week or issue a full refund with penalty.

                                        I booked two new DTH connections after adv of Reliance big tv on 1st Mar 2018. Initially they told to wait for 45 days. Now, we can't connect to the customer care number. I doubt, even if they come and install the equipment, will we get the services.

                                        I don't have any plan to get that installed now even if they come for installation. Currently i have bearing a loss of only Rs500.

                                        I feel this was fraud in which many o[censored]s get trapped
