Have booked my connection on 19 march 2018 and still no response from bigtv on the installation. 30 to 45 days is maximum installation timelines but have not got update on any of my order. When i call to toll free no[protected] they will keep us on hold and ask us to call after few days as they dont have any update presently...

    I booked 2 connection of reliance big tv on pre booing offer on 1/3/2018 and i got message from yor side that my installation will be done withing 45 days. Even after 45 day's there is no confirmation received from your side and your customer care even don't have any idea of installation, cancel my both connection and refund my money as soon as possible.

      Error 400, no channels telecasted.

      I have subscribed for 3 years - and within months after subscribing there were lot of channels which were not working saying technical issues and would be resolved within 4 days and now since past 1 week there are no channels telecasted, every time i call customer care they say it will be resolved within 24 hours can which never happend. Pls resolve my isue today eod

        Hello sir,

        I have registered for reliance bigtv connection. My booking id is 14504134. Reliance digital tv had claimed that they will do installation within 30 to 45 days.

        Already 50 days gone, still, there is no information about installation. I tried calling customer and they don't have any idea and they only say that it will be installed soon. It looks like reliance digitaltv, such a big company doesn't follow that they have claimed.

        Please do the needful.

        Not able to view any channel though recharge done foe whole year.completely frustrating experience with Big Tv

        I am writing this complain because I am not getting any service regarding airing of channels since yesterday. Although I have taken yearly subscription, still some of the channels are not aired and it's been a month already. You people talk about some money refund that also hasn't been reimbursed.
        Help me in resolving this problem, please

        Please help us resolving the issues. Customer care number is not at all working and we dont know where to complain about this. No channels are coming since a month now. We payed well in advance but we dont know what to do.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I have pre booked reliance big tv on 1st march, 2018 but have not received set top box nor received any update.

          Now almost 45 days past, but still waiting for the response.

          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
          I am trying to call customer care but not successful on both numbers given on its website.

          I am worried about my pre booked payment now. There should be regular updates, what is happening there.

            My big tv id is[protected]. Since one week we are not getting any channels to view. The message shows as signal lost error code no 400. Customer care no. Is not getting connected. They might have set the busy tone so that they will not have to answer the calls. Once i could able to connect the customer care. Got the reply as everyone is having same problem and it will solved soon. God knows when this time will come. Already i have subscribed all paid channels for two yrs. Kindly resolve the issue or return the money so that i can go for other dth service.

              Recharged my subscription, money taken online, but no service has started. Tried calling customer service, none of their advertised numbers connects. Local retailers are saying the company and its services are in a deep hole. Dealers are unsubscribing to Big TV and not serviving any complaints.

              This is not Big TV but a BiG Scam. Just like Achche Din Scam.

                I have booked RBIG TV on 1st March 2018 and My Booking ID is 12509846.I was replied with the massage that the set-up box will be installed within 30 to 45 days.However it has been more than 50 Days but installation has not been done till this date and even customer care numbers i.e. [protected] and [protected], are continuously not reachable.So it is humble request to resolve the issue as soon as possible or refund the pre booking amount.. thanks

                  I did recharged for 1 year in March, three weeks back however service is totally stopped from last three weeks . Customer care also does nt respond and getting message as dialled wrong number.

                  Very difficult to understand what had gone wrong . Ambani brothers cannot adopt such a cheap way of collecting money . Its un believable . Do not understand where to complaint now. Surprised that media is also not highlighting this concern...

                      More than 45 days passed but no response regarding installation my booking ID 12510874 . When I contacted bigtv customer care toll free no false promises made to me. After looking into the complaints given here I think customers are not satisfied with Bigtv performance and customre services. They are just cheating people with false promises and unsatisfactory services. Is this the way of making Digital India.
                      I need refund of booking amount.

                        Though monthly payments have been made, no channels are available for the last one month. Toll free also not getting connected and always telling that "all lines to this route are busy". Registered two complaints through online but no result. Its showing ERROR 400 SIGNAL LOST. Contacted several times to customer care centre earlier but they informed that your channels will be available within 72 hours. It is not understood what kind of service is giving by reliance company. Its my worst experience. No respond at all. I think this also may be another big scam like NIrav Modi. Only collection of money from the customers but no service or toll free number is working. My smart card No. is[protected]. No hope from reliance company but still registering complaint once again.

                          I am big TV customer. My smart card no. is[protected]. I am facing so much problem from last few months. Some of channel discontinue from last few months. Last few days it's giving error signal lost. I sent a mail to customer care but there is no response. I am recharge for one year, but I think I have lost my money. Set top box not working. I am requesting for engineer visit, but till date no response from your side.

                            I paid 1 year subscription fee rs1500 and after paying the entire amount for one yea r I have got the service only for two and half months now they have stopped the service completely their customer care telephone no is not working and without any prior notification they completely stopped their service and we are not getting any channels I need to compensate for this

                              I had recharged for Rs.1499/- as per offer received "BIGTV Dhamaka 1yr for just 1499 with FTA Channels" since then no channels are running & even set off box is not working.

                              I m trying to reach them via customer care numbers but no single no. is responding.It seems that they have taken money & cheating consumers.

                                  I have booked a connection on 8th Feb 2018 under your pre-booking scheme. Booking ID is 12512634. The period of 45 days is already passed and I still not have received the connection. I sent email to your customer care but there is no response yet. Called on both customer care number and they are not working. Please let me know what is happening. At least make your customer care numbers working so I could talk to someone.

                                  I just called the consumer forum and they informed me that the company is closed. Reliance BigTV is not more functional and they are not going to provide any service anymore. They have further advised me to go to consumer court and file a complaint.

                                    I want to know what's the current status. If i do not get any confirmation on when the dth will be installed i will have to file a complaint on consumer forum.
                                    I am having 2 smart card and paid Rs 1499 plan on both connection n on both connection no telecast smart card no[protected] and[protected]
                                    From last one week we are facing an issue as error 400 no signal found. There is no raining at all in our area.

                                        BIG TV is not working and it is displaying Error 400 even when I have adequate balance . Additionally the customer care is not reachable. Height o[censored]nprofessional-ism and openly cheating customers.
                                        Booked for a connection on march 2st based on the news spread in all famous newspapers of india, commitment date was 30 -45 days. 47 days have crossed, till now there is no update from reliance. I saw facebook posts all are facing similar problems, even existing customers are scolding reliance.
                                        Last 2-3 days Error code- 400 showing.

                                        From last two days reliance big tv is showing no signal message . All channels are now unavailable because of it. What happens to the dish tv network. More customers from my neighbourside had also this no signal problem in their reliance big tv
