I paid Rs499 and pre-booked RBTV connection on 08/03/2018 and received booking ID #14501006...Also, I got a message and email from Reliance big TV stating that the connection will be installed within 30-45 days ...however, even after 50 days from booking date i have not received the connection so far!!!

Please confirm the the genuinity of this scheme...seems to be fraud!!

i have lost of try to call customer care number but cant tall . even i have mail. but they cant reply mail.

    I paid rs998 and pre-booked rbtv connection on 01/03/2018 and received booking id 12525046... Also, i got a message and email from reliance big tv stating that the connection will be installed within 30-45 days... However, even after 50 days from booking date i have not received the connection so far!!!

    Please confirm the the genuinity of this scheme... Seems to be fraud!!

    I book my connection on 1st March 2018. They have informed me that connection will be done in 45 days but still not done. Customer care number is not working, neither I can submit a complaint as when I click on submit for complaint, it's not submitting. Would expect a refund.

      I bhupendra kumar sain, resident of new delhi, booked reliance digital tv new offer booking by paying rs. 500/- on 03.03.2018,, the time period was mentioned from 30 days to 45 days for the installation but even after completion of 54 days, no installation was done at my home, even after calling on customer care, no response is being given by reliance executives, i also written a mail to reliance digital tv, but no reply from there.

      Finally i have decided to write a complaint that i have paid booking amount but even after completion of reliance digital tv's committed time no installation is done so kindly register a complaint against him and a suitable action may be taken..

      I have not received any information about installation of dth at my home, i have called customer care of RDTV but all saying that they dont know exact date of installation, i have received a sms having date of 15 may for installation but till today no call received from RDTV regarding installation.

      Please highlight this matter at top priority as there are thousands people have booked the RDTV and paid 500 rs. to Relaince but Relaince has not taking any step about installation of DTH at their home.

Also, i got a message and email from reliance big tv stating that the connection will be installed within 30-45 days...         I have prebooked RBIG TV on 2 Mar 2018, they promised to install in 30-45 days, No response yet and also gave a fake customer care number which is always busy. No response from authorities. No update on installation and i have seen lot of complaints in Facebook. I think it is a scam, kindly do the needful

        Non of the channels are getting in reliance DTH..from last month onwards the problem persists.. no actions from them to solve the problem..this is cheating.. govt also not interfering in it. Consumers have been cheated by companies...
        I have booked 2 connections of big TV. They have charged RS.998 of pre booking.They promised that will get new connections with in 30-45 days till date I have not got the connection.I spoke customer care they said that they don't have any details about reference no.12504229. Now I don't know what can I do.

          I booked connection of reliance big tv on pre booing offer on 27/3/2018 and i got message from yor side that my installation will be done withing 45 days. Even after 30day's there is no confirmation received from your side and your customer care even don't have any idea of installation, cancel my connection and refund my money as soon as possible.

            This may turn as a offer for mobile for 256 and it was a fraud I don't know about this but doubt it may end up soon as too. No communication for installation yet since it's delay compensation must be given to users

              I am a reliance big tv customer for the last 15 years. To your information, few channels were not able to view for the last 120 days. Suddenly since 2 months big tv totally stopped working and says error 400. I have recharged every month believing your repeated sms to recharge my digital tv account till april 2018 by hoping that the problem is sorted out. I have been trying calling the customer service every day. Had to call 20 to 30 times to get connected to them. The worst customer care response, they are not able to answer any query's and have no idea on the issue. Everyday they say, it will be activated by evening, in 24 hours, in 2 days etc. They are giving false commitments. They are not giving me complaint no also. Very frustrating experience from reliance big tv. Pls refund the money, if your services are stopped. But don't cheat public with your cheap tactics, your response appears to be deliberately cheating people at large! Refund the amount immediately.

                Despite me trying to get in touch with reliance big TV, I got very poor response. The tele operator actually said u can cancel the connection and I will not get a refund.
                I have booked the connection on 01/03/2018 and got sms on 10/04/2018.
                " Congratulations! for Booking Your RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.Your Booking ID is 12501359 and No of Connections 3 ".
                Someone kindly advise if it's possible to get refund for this chor company.

                  Ive paid ₹499 as booking amount since 56 days, no delivery of set top box.
                  No revert back from customer care.
                  No refunds for amount paid. Even the customer care guys don't know the exact date by which i will get the connection. What are you guys planning to do? Kindly give me the connection or refund my booking amount with interest as soon as possible so that i can move on to get tata sky connection. Hopeful for some response from your side atleast.

                      Connection will be done 30 to 45 days. Today is the 46th day. While contacting the toll free number only busy tone is heared. Rs 499 is paid already. Please install set top box immediately as per your commitment.

                      Very bad, I did prebooking on 1st march in starting of prebooking. it is not yet installed. Please call us and get this installed please. Mobile [protected]
                      I've booked for a new dth connection with Reliance Big Tv on the 8th of March 2018 but haven't yet received the connection till date. Earlier when I called up the customer care no a few times, I was told there is a slight delay in the services & it will be installed very shortly. But now I haven't received the connection till date & the customer care number is not working at all.
                      Connection was booked on 16th April, 2018 (Booking ID is[protected] and it was confirmed that the installation will be done with in 45 days.

                      Then a message was received saying
                      "Dear Customer, we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that installation of your new BIG TV connection will commence from 15th june 2018. For any further queries please write at [protected]@rbtv.in".

                      And now it's 1st July, 2018. Still no action has been taken. Customer care does not have any information regarding this. Nobody is responding on mentioned email id.

                      Can u confirm if it will be installed, or not.
                      If not then what is the procedure for refund.

                      For those who are planning to take this plan please don't go for it, "It seems spam".

                          I have done pre booking on 1st march. After 45 days of wait, all I got is an SMS saying your booking has been accepted and installation will be done 45 days. It's cheating because they said only 30 to 45 days earlier. I cannot get to their call center as it is impossible to get connected. The single customer care number is never reachable by landline or mobile.
                          Looks like company about to fly away with cash of millions.

                            I have booked a connection on 8th march 2018 under the pre-booking scheme of reliance Big TV. Booking ID is 14512835. The period of 45 days is already passed and I still not have no sign of connection. I sent email to your customer care but there is no response even there.                                 I booked for for pre booking offer for Reliance big TV on March 4th, where they mentioned we'll get call for installation between 30-45days. Too now I've not got any call from any installation person. When I try to call customer care no while day 24/7 it's saying line busy or sometimes doesn't even connect..
                                Was that a fraud advertisement by Ambani?

                                    I have registered for reliance bigtv connection. My booking id is 12510453. Reliance digital tv had claimed that they will do installation within 30 to 45 days.

                                    Already 50 days gone, still, there is no information about installation. I tried calling customer and they don't have any idea and they only say that it will be installed soon. It looks like reliance digitaltv, such a big company doesn't follow that they have claimed.

                                    Please do the needful.

                                      From past several days I am trying to follow up with Reliance Big TV customer care @[protected] regarding not all channels were displayed dispite recharging for all.

                                      Let me give you background, I was told by Reliance Big TV customer care on 27th March 2018 that my connection[protected] is suspended and I may go with an excellent plan of Rs.1499 which will include all channels available on Reliance with 1 Year of validity.
                                      After confirming thoroughly I went ahead with the recharge and post recharge found that not all channels were displayed and instead message was displayed that which said they 'll resume it in 4 days..and they 'll credit 15 Rs for next 4 days until it's resolved for each channel not display.
                                      I kept calling the Customer care and they kept on giving me some date that on that particular day service 'll resume for those channels for sure. Reason they told was as some System upgrade is going on.

                                      And now since 14th Apr all the channels are not working and displayed as Error 400. After resetting it shows that the Signal Quality is also poor all of sudden. FYI nothing changed in LMB or antenna.
                                      And surprising none of the Reliance customer care numbers are working.
                                      Local shops who deal in DTH confirmed from some Signal engineer who worked for Reliance that Satellite itself has been turned off for DTH. Reliance Big TV has stopped it's services.

                                      If that's the case could you please let know
                                      1. Why I have been told by Reliance customer care to recharge for Rs.1499. If Reliance Big TV is not operational.
                                      2. Why Customer Care personnel kept on misguiding customers on the DTH service condition.
                                      3. What is the state of Reliance DTH. Will I get the service or Not?
                                      4. If Reliance Big TV is still operational, when will my service be resumed.
                                      5. Why is the Customer Care number not operational.
                                      6. If Reliance Big TV is not operational any more. Please refund my 1499 amount ASAP.

                                      Expecting your response on above mentioned 6 queries.

                                        No update yet from Reliance. It's 26th may and it's over 2 months that I made pre booking payment and nothing have been confirmed by big tv yet
