I paid Rs499 and pre-booked RBTV connection on 08/03/2018 and received booking ID #14501006...Also, I got a message and email from Reliance big TV stating that the connection will be installed within 30-45 days ...however, even after 50 days from booking date i have not received the connection so far!!!

Please confirm the the genuinity of this scheme...seems to be fraud!!

I bhupendra kumar sain, resident of new delhi, booked reliance digital tv new offer booking by paying rs. 500/- on 03.03.2018,, the time period was mentioned from 30 days to 45 days for the installation but even after completion of 54 days, no installation was done at my home, even after calling on customer care, no response is being given by reliance executives, i also written a mail to reliance digital tv, but no reply...

I booked connection of reliance big tv on pre booing offer on 27/3/2018 and i got message from yor side that my installation will be done withing 45 days. Even after 30day's there is no confirmation received from your side and your customer care even don't have any idea of installation, cancel my connection and refund my money as soon as possible.

I have paid rs 1499 subscription for one year. But from last ten days we are getting no channels showing 400 error. We tried so may times to contact them through helpline no [protected], but always getting engaged unable to contact then. Hence we are approaching you. Please do justice.

I am a reliance big tv customer for the last 15 years. To your information, few channels were not able to view for the last 120 days. Suddenly since 2 months big tv totally stopped working and says error 400. I have recharged every month believing your repeated sms to recharge my digital tv account till april 2018 by hoping that the problem is sorted out. I have been trying calling the customer service every day. Had to call 20 to 30 times...

Despite me trying to get in touch with reliance big TV, I got very poor response. The tele operator actually said u can cancel the connection and I will not get a refund.
I have booked the connection on 01/03/2018 and got sms on 10/04/2018.
" Congratulations! for Booking Your RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.Your Booking ID is 12501359 and No of Connections 3 ".
Someone kindly advise...

Ive paid ₹499 as booking amount since 56 days, no delivery of set top box.
No revert back from customer care.
No refunds for amount paid. Even the customer care guys don't know the exact date by which i will get the connection. What are you guys planning to do? Kindly give me the connection or refund my booking amount with interest as soon as possible so that i can move on to get tata sky connection. Hopeful for some response...

Reliance Big tv card number[protected] suddenly showing signal strength as poor from last 2 weeks without any changes in dish and set top box parameters. tried calling customer care number in different times across the day and also many days within last 2 weeks, it is not at all connecting.in settop box first installation- after selecting language it is not moving forward. I was booked Reliance digital dth ste top box on 8rth march, and paid rs 499 in advance as per condition, with promise of installation of dth set top box in maximum 45 days, my booking id number is 12515604, but till date I do not get it .On contacting to customer care No one is responding for that.My id is 12515504.Will you please do something to satisfied many customer like me....

I have done pre booking on 1st march. After 45 days of wait, all I got is an SMS saying your booking has been accepted and installation will be done 45 days. It's cheating because they said only 30 to 45 days earlier. I cannot get to their call center as it is impossible to get connected. The single customer care number is never reachable by landline or mobile.
Looks like company about to fly away with cash of millions....

Its clearly indicating that the dth ll b available between 30- 45days but its alraedy 6days...

I booked for for pre booking offer for Reliance big TV on March 4th, where they mentioned we'll get call for installation between 30-45days. Too now I've not got any call from any installation person. When I try to call customer care no while day 24/7 it's saying line busy or sometimes doesn't even connect..
Was that a fraud advertisement by Ambani?
We have paid pre booking charges online.

I have booked RBIG TV on 1st March 2018 and My Booking ID is 12512414.I was replied with the massage that the set-up box will be installed within 30 to 45 days.However it has been more than 50 Days but installation has not been done till this date and even customer care numbers are continuously not reachable.So it is humble request to resolve the issue as soon as possible or refund the pre booking amount.. thanks

I have registered for reliance bigtv connection. My booking id is 12510453. Reliance digital tv had claimed that they will do installation within 30 to 45 days.
