I have pre-booked reliance digital tv and booking id. No.14518023 and payment date 11-03-18, amount of rs.499/- also paid.

Irs over 45 days but nobody contacted me ir not installed any box.

So please immediately contact and install the box otherwise return the amount which was i deposited to you with interest.

    Hi,
    We have been facing the issue of many channels not coming since 1 month, when we called customer care they advised this will be resolved in weeks time, at the time of recharge customer care advised us to recharge for one year as there is offer of 1400 for one year and all channels are free
    I have paid rs1400 on 25 march 2018, after 2 days the dth stopped working and no channels available.

    When we called the customer care multiple times, they assured us that this will be resolved in 5, 7, 10 days but now all the channels stopped working.

    Please refund our money.

        Hi,

        There is no service of reliance big tv since april 15 2018. There is a message on tv that money will be refunded to the account within 7 days. We have taken 1 year subscription in december and service is provided only till mid april. The remaining 8 months money need to be refunded. It has been 7 days but no money has been refunded so far. Their call center numbers are not reachable. There is no response from reliance team for mails or even online query. Request you to register complaint against reliance big tv and help u get our money refunded.

          From past 1 week nothing is showing in tv. They are just showing that your signal is lost. Tried to call at service center but they are not responding properly as well. Worst dth service. I have balance in big tv now they are not providing any channels. This what reliance do, fooling their customers. Lost faith from reliance. Want refund so that i can switch to other dth operator...

            We are not getting any channel by reliance big tv, error 400 signal lost message coming continuously, i have been facing this issue from the last 3 weeks continuously. I m not able to watch any channel. I had paid for the whole year charges of rs 3700 in advance. The problem is persisting for past 5-6 months previously few channels of zee sony etc were not availble and now complete channels are not comming. My cunsumer id is[protected].
            After numerous attempts and patience we got a same shameful reply from your customer care to wait for 24-72 hours and now that is also not availble as the customer number is not working itself, this is very frustrating...
            And is more shame for customer that a renound company like reliance is not able to provide any response, even a small local cablewala can provide much better service and response and that to at much cheaper rate.
            Now what is the solution kindly provide your response or else will be forced to move to cunsumer court.

            After my trailing complaint dated April 22 few channel where made available on April 25 but again the same old story since May 5, 2018, all channels were not available.

                From the past 5 months there have been issues of many channels disconinued or showing error while in news the company was going to spon shut down the dth service while shortly afterwards it validated again its licence and resume the channels in order to get recahrges done from customer. Just after few days all channels have been discontinued and no one picks the damn call when trying to reach their customer care. Its a pure case of fraud as i have paid for 1 year of service and still 7 montha are left. So i request you to please take strict action against the company. This problem is being faced by every reliance big tv customer. Many of them have filed their complaints online bt still no action has taken place.

                  I booked reliance big tv connection as per your large advertisement in news paper etc. On 06/03/2018 paid rs 499.00. As per your "congratulation message" my id no. Is a12903013. But till date connection is not installed even past 45 days and not receive any messages from your side for delay. Your customer care no. Always busy and out of reach.
                  Please cancelled my booking and refund my booking amount rs. 499.00.

                    Reliance digital tv is not working for 10 days and half channels not coming from 2-3 months, they dont even listen to complaints on calls, i had paid for 1 year, i need my money back. Please refund my money else i will complain in consumer forum against you as a company who took money from customers then stopped services.
                    What kind of executives you have at call centres, they dont know how to talk, always say it will work in some days, why should we suffer for so long when i have paid the full amount in advance, you took my money then making a fool out o[censored]s. This does not suite you reliance, being such a big name, fooling middle class people

                      I have been calling customer service for past 3 months regarding telugu channels "maa" and "zee" everytime i have called, the worlds dumbest customer service team has asked me to wait for 48 to 72 hrs as systems are updating. I have asked for supervisor many times and was told he is busy.

                      This literally happened for 14 times.

                      I then asked to downgrade my package from 390 to a lower package. Cust care team has rejected request saying package can only upgraded but not downgrade.

                      Also, i was told to wait for one week for the telugu channels to resume which i did and done a recharge today with 390rs since its more than 10 days since i called them.

                      Now im seeing signal lost error. Called customer care and same lame response as "our systems are updating call back after 72 hrs"

                      I asked for refund of my 390 rs as i need to wait for 72 hrs and the request was rejected.

                      Whom should i approach on this. I literally called reliance customer care for 16 times

                        I did recharge on my smart card and i am not able to see any of the channel. Its giving "signal lost" error. I am trying to call customer carr toll free no[protected], its saying dialed no is wrong. Please check. If you are not able to do anything, kindly refund my money and get back to me on the same as soon as possible.
                        The other no [protected]/is also not working

                          We have recharged our reliance big tv dth service (Customer id[protected] for 1year. First 2months service was good.in march many of the channels stopped service, customer care said problem will be resolved soon. But now since one week, dth service
                          Is totally unavailable, customerr care keeps saying that service will resume tomorrow but only to wait for another tomorrow... Kindly look into the matter and help resolve the issue.

                          Right now other than STAR channels most of the channels are available... but every now and then there is interruption in services which needs to be taken care of...

                          Again since 2 days no service at all... None of the channels are available. Since it's summer vacation my daughter is really upset that she can't watch her favorite cartoons during holidays also... Customer care keeps saying they will resume service, but nothing is happening... Reliance is taking money for 1year and provide service for only one month? What type of calculation is that? Really cheating the customers in broad daylight, really Very disappointed.

                          It's nearly a month and no service yet!!! The thing that is surprising me is that it's not in news anywhere other than we people suffering here.. may be Ambani's hv shut all mouth with money they HV cheated on us!!!

                            I have been pre-booked dth services on 01.03.2018, smart card no.12504174 with a promise of installation from 30-45 days i tried so many times with customer care executives to know the status, who doesn't know any languages (Even english) except hindi, and they are not in a position to update the status, even i sent mails 6 times no response mail or acknowledgement, even i sent a mail to cancel my order, but no use.

                              Hi reliance dth team,

                              Reliance dth services are not working since past 10 days. I have called customer care at least 10 times and every time i am told false promises that the services will be restored in few hours. Your customer care guys dont have the basic manners to talk, forget about serving the customer.in my last call they just hung up the call on my face.
                              This drama full of lies has been going on since 10 days and i am fed up with you guys.

                              It was a mistake to go for reliance dth. Will never avail any other service from reliance and will spread the same word about your pathetic service as well.

                              Anyway, now i want my money back and want you to initiate a refund of the amount since the time services had stopped working and the amount was close to 1000rs 10days back.

                              I have decided to go for another dth service because you guys are incapable of providing services and also lack the manners to deal with customers.

                                I am paying rs. 3240/- for subscription charges for bronze package 12 month subscription dt. 20/11/2017 against 50% cash back policy to reliance

                                But till date i am not receiving 50% cash back & also i am facing disconnecting all channels problems from march 2018.

                                Mail send & call to customer care so many times but not any reply from reliance tv

                                  Hi, my smart card no[protected], since last 30 days and above, channels are not coming, tv display shows error 400 signal lost. I have lodged a complaint to customer care, they told problem will solve by today morning, but nothing will happened, i don't know what you people thinking about customers, are we beggars? Shame on your digital tv service. Solve the problem today itself, otherwise refund my money i have paid for your worst service. If you not take this complaint seriously, i will go to consumer court...

                                    The digital tv is not functioning for the last one week and no information about it from the company. None responds. Consumer is totally taken for granted. Why this sort of malfunction from the management. It’s against the interest of loyal customers. Having technical issues is understood but not to this level. Pl correct the situation, if you want to retain customers and keep them informed about the issue and when it will be corrected, otherwise simple you loose all o[censored]s for your great service at present.

                                      I have done payment online but i haven't received invoice bill for rs 499 paid or any mail confirmation for amount paid.
                                      Kindly provide me new connection at the earliest or repay my money back.

                                        I have been constantly trying to contact your customer care due to non telecast of tv channels. I am kishore, my dth tv no.[protected] is showing "inconvenience is regretted" for the last 8days. My family is very much disturbed with your step mother attitude towards resolving the issue. With great difficulty, almost every alternate day i could contact your customer care number, by making continuous effort and was given time from days to another day. Now 8 days elapsed my service is not resumed. Now i have planned to go for an alternate remedy either cable or some reliable faithful service provider. Hence, you are requested to me under intimation at the earliest. I have paid rs.1499/- and had hardly availed one month service. After making proportionate deduction, the amount paid by me be refunded to my sb a/c [protected] with allahabad bank,. K. G road, bangalore branch. An early action is appreciated, as i have to seek other course of action to avail service from another provider of service.
