Hi, my smart card no[protected], since last 30 days and above, channels are not coming, tv display shows error 400 signal lost. I have lodged a complaint to customer care, they told problem will solve by today morning, but nothing will happened, i don't know what you people thinking about customers, are we beggars? Shame on your digital tv service. Solve the problem today itself, otherwise refund my money i have paid for your worst service. If you not take this complaint seriously, i will go to consumer court...

We are not getting any channel by reliance big tv, error 400 signal lost message coming continuously, i have been facing this issue from the last 3 weeks continuously. I m not able to watch any channel. I had paid for the whole year charges of rs 3700 in advance. The problem is persisting for past 5-6 months previously few channels of zee Sony, etc were not available and now complete channels are not coming. My consumer id is[[protected]].
After numerous attempts and patience we got a same shameful reply from your customer care to wait for 24-72 hours and now that is also not available as the customer number is not working itself, this is very frustrating...
And is more shame for customer that a renound company like Reliance is not able to provide any response, even a small local cablewala can provide much better service and response and that to at much cheaper rate.
Now what is the solution kindly provide your response or else will be forced to move to cunsumer court.
