From few month some channels stopped functioning with message of technical error and assurance that service will restart in 4 days. Since last 2 weeks all i see on all channels is error 400 and disruption due to rain.. As far as i know there is hardly any rain in most parts of the country and the message itself is misguiding the customers. Customers have atleast right to know when service will start or whether it will start. As of now i feel that brand reliance is fake and misleading.

There has been signal error since last week and whenever I am trying to register a complaint nobody is even attending calls.Worst service ever.I am going to complain to consumer forum if the issue is not resolved as soon as possible.
From a few weeks there was ERROR 400 in my set top box and channels are not open please fix this as soon as possible please 🙇

I am using big tv long-term but now box not working. I try to call your toll-free number but it's all day's are busy and I try months already but it's always this so can you give me a solution for activates my box .if you not give me a reply .I will do my best
Last 1 week error 400 is displaying.
Before 3 months some of channels were stopped.Such a pathetic service. These reliance are annoying.
Though I contacted customer care, I couldn't get connected. My tv showing the error 400 for a long time.
पीछले कई दीनो से हमारे सेट टॉप बॉक्स के कई चेनल बंद थी, पिछले दो दिनों से सारी चेनल बंद हो चुकी है । बताईये हम क्या करें ? सेट टॉप बॉक्स रखे या फिर नया कनेक्शन खरीद करले ।
सब, सोनी, ओर सेट मेक्स, तीन चेनल ईतनी चेनल चालू थी अब तो यह भी बंद हो गई ।

I prebooked the reliance big tv set top box last month. They had mentioned tbat installation would be done within 30 -45 days. After repeatedly calling their customer care no response has been recieved till now.

      Here is the smart card #[protected], from past 2 months we are facing the issue, still this issue is not resolved and are not able to connect with reliance dth tv service, whenever we call to the toll free number [protected]. This number will be engaged. We are not getting any response nor getting any channels in tv to see. So please help us in this.

      Reliance Big TV offer booked on 2-Mar-2018 with Booking ID 12522464, got message saying 30 to 45 days installation will be done.
      but till now, no communication, no installation, nothing is happening.
      no reply to mails, no customer care is working.

      Last 6 months on words I am facing lot of issues from reliance big tv worst customer care and no proper answer and every month before due date they are disconnected they are not extend the due date also for the customer for this situation also
      Worst service u should feel shameful to give silly excuse . unnecessary ur creating problems to customer . Naam badha darshan chota .money is not the criteria it is the time pass for most of the people staying at home. Every time don't think on one angle of earning money..be human n solve.
      Continuous technical issues repeat same problem every month erer 400 & something its really headache last 1 month problem per day by day
      I have recharged by Big tv 5-6 days back but it is not working and showing error 400. Customer care is keep giving excuses like server down, technical problem, package update etc etc. It is very frustration.. they are keep taking money but not providing services. Why I&B ministry is not taking any action against them.

      Prior many channels were showing technical error service will resume shortly

      I book for a reliance bigtv connection on 1st March-18, booking ID[protected]. no information from the reliance team for my instalation. on date 15th April i call for the instalation delay they answer to take menimun 2 week for th einstalation and denay for the refund of my pre booking amount.

        Dear reliance,

        Below mentioned i'd belongs to brahma kumari's ishwariya vishwa vidyalaya.

        Regarding card#[protected] several times call has been made in last 2 months and we are getting false promises
        Issue#1- several channels deactivated without notice your agents told it will be resolved within two days not resolved yet multiple calls made regarding same.

        Issue#2 - for voice break called multiple times no one turned till yet and after reminders and reminders agents told that there is no setup of technicians.

        Issue#3 - now there are no channels coming tv is blank.
        Sometimes i feeled very shame when your agents disconnected call when asked to transfer to senior authority.

        I request you to resolve the issue asap and your regard alive in everyone's hearts.

          No installation completed yet. Called customer service to cancel booking & refund money. They told me booking will be canceled but no refund as well as they are unable to install setup box in giving time line. Shall we go to consumer court.
          Guys please don't book big tv setup box.

            I have pre-booked on 08.03.18 with rs. 500/-. got msg confirmation that booking id is: 14511319 and installation will be done between 30-45 days. Got connected to customer care once and they said wait it will be installed.
            today even after 50 days, no call no installation. pls update.
            I have tried calling their toll free number [protected] many times, but either it comes busy or not connecting.

            Please note that Reliance DTH is not working past 2 weeks. We try to call the call centre however no one picks up. We are facing big issue. This is not how customer service is done.

              Have booked my first connection on 1st march 2018 and still no response from bigtv on the installation and have not received any booking id for the booking. Again i have booked second connection on 10th march 2018 and have got the booking id but there is no response/update on the installation. 30 to 45 days is maximum installation timelines but have not got update on any of my order. When i call to toll free no[protected] they will keep us on hold and ask us to call after few days as they dont have any update presently.

                Reliance digital tv is not working for 10 days and half channels not coming from 2-3 months, they dont even listen to complaints on calls, i had paid for 1 year, i need my money back. Please refund my money else i will complain in consumer forum against you as a company who took money from customers then stopped services.
                What kind of executives you have at call centres, they dont know how to talk, always say it will work in some days, why should we suffer for so long when i have paid the full amount in advance, you took my money then making a fool out o[censored]s. This does not suite you reliance,...

                  This is to inform you that my reliance big tv with customer id[protected] is not working as comment shown poor signal. It is not working from 15 april 2018 morning as 14th april night it was working.
                  I also want to inform you that before that many of channels were not working and comment on screen is channels will start working with in 4 days or some channel with comment amount will be refunded with in 15 days. As i have recharged with yearly subscription.

                  Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                      We have 4 big tv connections are[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] past three months there is no service is provided like set max network zee network. When we call to customer care they are telling neatly lies they tell it will start after few hours but it not start.

                      I have demanded to close the connection & refund my balance months recharge money but they are not giving at all.
                      You know its summer vacation starts so you can understand how hard to convience childerns.

                      So kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                        We are facing some problems from last 2 months. The channels gradually decreased and now its not giving any channels from last week. Always writes signal loss. I have a balance of ₹1875 on my subscriober account :[protected]. I had called the customercare several times and they are not even willing to register my complaint saying that they are unable to pull the records from the server to register the same. Feeling so bad without tv at home. Please try to punish these people for their irresponsibility in getting customers informed, if in case they need more time. Not sure whether they are closing their service. But they should keep customers informed.

                          Really this is mind bugging. At least as a minimum courtesy, there is no information if services will be revoked or not. How long a customer can wait? We don't have a visibility. My rs.1000 also locked as i have recharged. Request a realistic date that the services will be available. Customer care numbers are mostly not reachable, if gets connected executives are saying that the connection will reestablished within 6 pm or 12:00 midnight on the day of complaint and this repeats everytime the call gets connected. But no signal yet. Already important channels were not coming for 3 months. Now no signal. When this will get resolved.

                            Reliance digital big tv is a callsic example of how a corporate shouldn't be... Not sure why goi is not screening fraudulent companies... For the last 2-3 weeks, not even getting a single channel... Prior to disconnection they have run some offers and have collected money from consumers, even i have fallen to their trap and paid for an year subscription fee,,, they have recruited some customer care executives who know everything except customer service...

                                I paid for five years after reliance big tv offered to give all channels for lumpsum balance. After few days most of the channels were available. But only after a month some channels stopped functioning with message of technical error and assurance that service will restart in 4 days.                                   I have subscribed for two tears with annual charges of 2, 500 INR. After that they stopped the channels one by one and finally disconnected.
                                  Customer care lines are made busy purposefully and they don’t have any courtesy of informing what has happened ever after paying for the entire year subscription and just absconding.

                                  We want refund our full amount .

                                    Sir, my subscriber id:[protected]Reliance dth big tv) plan: freedom 2499 (All_pay_chan_pack_2yr_ns_without_sun) recharge date:[protected] most of paid channel from dth are giving technical error message, i have recharged for 2 year recently as that mentioned all paid channel free for 2 years. But most of paid channel which were coming at recharge time are now discontinued an email have been sent to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com on[protected] for refund my money if these channel are not being enabled. Its been more than 20 days since the channel discontinued and a message started appearing on dth channel mentioned that “we are unable to show some channel due to technical reason….”. Now not even single channel is coming from[protected], and reliance complaint number is also not being attended. Before this issue, an outage of most of channel were there fro approximately 2 months when reliance digital have misguided consumers to change dth partner and then after few days informed that their service (Reliance) would be continued so consumer should not change the dth. This is a clear case of fraudulently binding customer to their product for which they are unable to provide service.in total services are effected badly from october 2017. We have paid in advance so unable to change the service provider. Either service should be ensured to restore or money should be credited back to source (Internet banking was used to recharge) so customer can choose a better service provider.

                                      Signal quality is very poor since last 15 days. Customer care number is so busy that I don't have talked to them. Pls take necessary action immediately. For Last 6 months we are unable to watch the many channels which are provided my package for one year recharge. Who will short out the short complaint because signal is very poor. we are not able to watch even a single channel. I have already paid for one year package fee.

                                        Tv is off with the message of error 400 since last 20 days though the weather is completely fine. We have taken yearly subscription so its absolutely unfair on companys part. We also send a mail on 1st april from the registered email id. Theres no response yet neither are the toll free number working. Either refund the money or start the services.

                                        Now the set top box has started but its not showing all the channels which were subscribed. The message that keeps popping is all the channels will start in 4 days (since past 5 days. and it was the same in the beginning when suddenly more than half of the channels were gone before the whole set collapsed with no channel at all for almost 25 days.) I again repeat we have paid substantial amount taken 1 yr subscription and neither the customer care numbers working nor any local network providers willing to set in to correct the issue.
                                        Kindly intervene asap as it is already more than a month since the issue has started and not resolved.

                                        This will our final notice to you regarding the non functional reliance big tv connection since more than two months despite of our continuous requests and follow ups. I again state that we have already paid substantial subscription. Now it is showing that signal is poor and more than half the channels are unavailable anyways.There is no response Kindly refund all the amount or start the services immediately.
                                        If not we will have to drag the matter in the court of law.
