Dear reliance big tv team,

This is very bad experience with big tv, we are not getting so many chanals since long time, and in this month no signal on tv. If you are not able to provide the services so please move big tv to other company and refund the money as well.

We don't know now how much time you will take to provide your service. Every time we call customer care, they say issue will resolve till midnight but nothing is resolved yet.

It's really very bad service by reliance big tv

    Hi, my smart card no.[protected], since last 10 days and above, channels are not coming, tv display shows error 400 signal lost. I have lodged a complaint to customer care, they told problem will solve by today morning, but nothing will happened, i don't know what you people thinking about customers, are we beggars? Shame on your digital tv service. Solve the problem today itself, otherwise refund my money i have paid for your worst service. If you not take this complaint seriously, i will go to consumer court.

      Sir, i a. Raj gopal one of the customer of your big tv and from last 7 days our dish has not working and we are unable to watch our channels. I have called many times to customer care and they are giving the answer that the problem will be solved within 24 hours from last 7 days onwards and still now the problem has not solved, it's showing that error 400 and signal lost from last 7 days. So please once check and solve our problem fastly expecting a quick reply and action from you.

        Sir, i am your customer since 2010 bearing with smart card no.[protected] and paying annual subscriptions every year as such i have paid annual subscription in the month of may 2017 and the same will expires in may 2018. But for no reasons the services were stopped from august 2017. Later on there is a display on my tv that the licence is expires in the month of november 2017 for which the reliance big tv is going to tied up with tatasky and contact number was given for further information. After few days there is another display on my tv that not to go for any other dth as the reliance big tv is going to renew their licence. I have waited till todate. But there are no services resumed. Last month there is a sms to my mobile informing about dhamaka offers. As this is so recently there is another sms to my mobile that my account is in low balance and to recharge immediately to add on packs. How fun it is, my account is going to expire in may 2018. Due to stoppage of services to my tv from august 2017, how my account is going to low balance in the month of april 2018. Please verify and reply soon.

          Sir when u are going to relay prigr and? U have taken more than a week to regularise, i paid rs 2499 for 2 years subscription, what about us? Interesting time to know news, election time, whether you are going to regularise or do i ti us? What about our money sir? Please refund our money - we may select our dth n get relay to know the nation's news. This is my repeated complaint - pl don't deceive people like this, yours is reputed company - safeguard your good will and respond us about your idea,.

            We have paid an advance amount of rs2500/- for full two year subscription and after 20 days no channel is available for view including the dd, tried to reach their customer care but in vain, previously we had lost more than 4 months of no telecast of many channels but now they have shut the shop and vanished, looks like this company also is one of fly by night type, pls help us either to get refund or resume services immediately.

              I booked reliance big tv connenction on 1/3/2018, by paying rs. 499, i have been told that installation will be done in 30toax 45 days. Have called several times. Not responded. I for the message as

              I too have been fooled by their advertisement and I paid 499 rupees. It's been more than 50 days and there is no communication from the company. Tried to send email but no one is responding. Even customer care number is not working.

                I booked a new connection for reliance big tv on 02.03.2018 under id no. 12517333 and paid rs. 499 as pre booking fee but till date connection is not installed even 45 days passed. I contacted on customer care number a few days ago, then representative asked me to register complaint after 45 days. Now customer care number is not working and i am unable to register my complaint. Please installed new connection as early as possible because i have already disconnected my fastway cable network.

                No response received from reliance big TV. Customer Care no. Is not working.
                Sir no reply is received from reliance. I also send email but nothing is done so far. Customer Care no. Is also temporarily switched off. May I go to consumer Court or otherwise. Thanks

                  I've recharged my reliance digital tv on 2nd but didn't get the service (Didn't get channels). I've called their customer care like 25 times and every time they told me to wait for 24hours and i did. It's been 3 weeks now and they didn't fix the problem. Above all their customer care associates hung up my call without even letting me finish. They were laughing on the customer's pity. The worst customer care service ever. My reliance digital smart card number is[protected]. If they are unable to provide the service then they should return the money back. They are neither returning the money nor providing the service. Tired of calling their customer care where they make fun of the customer and disconnect the phone and say the same repetitive thing. Strict action should be taken against them who thinks that no one can do anything against them.

                    I have booked reliance big tv connection on 07.03.2018 and paid rs499 i got sms that connection will be installed with in 30 to 45 days sofar no connection installed.                       I have booked it on 02 nd march 2018, but even after 50 days it has not installed neither i get any call.
                      When i call on customer care nos. It says route busy, sometime invalid no.
                      Only i got a text message in which there is a booking id written. I. E. 12523216.
                      I need my amount to be refunded as quick as possible.
                      Im waiting for them from last march to show my shows on tv. Thats why i didnt took other providers connection.

                          We are not getting any channel by reliance big tv, error 400 message coming continuously, i have been facing this issue from the last 3 weeks continuously. I m not able to watch any channel. I had paid for the whole month and my serviced got activated for the 1st two days and then on this issue is persisting.
                          I had even raised this concern through the customer care number. They every time give me the same reply that my issue is going to be fixed by the evening or tomorrow. I had been calling the customer care every now and then but i get the same answer all the time. This is very frustrating to listen to the same answer all the time

                            Reliance t v not telecast channels. They charged 1499 for yearly payment. What happended. When will they telecast? First reliance has assured me that if you pay 1499/- channels will be provided for one year. So i have paid. They stopped telecast. On being asked costomer care says diffrent version... One says you will get by evening, one says after 24 hrs, one says after 48 hrs etc. But no telecast so far since two weeks. This has become mental agony for me. Now a days customer care is not responding. Only says busy with other calls.

                              I have taken a subscription for 12 months, now for last two months i am not able to access the regional channels which i am entitled for and now for last two weeks none of the channels work.

                              I tried calling the customer care number and also tried writing to the big tv digital website on their complain forum and there is no response.

                              I request to have this issue fixed or have my subscription amount refunded without any further delay

                                I am getting error 400 (Signal lost) since last 5-10 days on every channel and each time i call customer care they ask to wait for 24 hrs. What is the issue? Before that also many channels were not coming as promised.

                                I have paid for 2 years of pay channels (Until year 2020 and paid amount of 2499/- inr) and not receiving any channel at all. This needs to be fixed now or refund the full amount. Please write back and do the needful. Explain what is happening and when services will resume? Or i will move consumer court now.

                                    From 15.04.2018 i am not getting any signal in reliance big tv. Every time error 400 is being displayed. It is very pathetic that customer care also cheating people. Whenever i call "customer is busy try again later" is the response. If you can not provide proper service kindly make arrangement to switch to another service provider or refund the money. My smarcard number is[protected]

                                      Since april i having error code 400 in all channel. With multiple consistent tries i was able to connect to customer care and they always said it has issue with satellite and repair underway.. And not willing to give any complaint number. And also assured all channels will be recovered after 1200 am in midnight.. It was said 3 times by 3 different customer care representative over span of 2 weeks.. I had paid full subscription for 2years.. Let me know what is the actual issue and by when it will resolved and if taken too long for resolving the issue, should we switch to other vendor..

                                        From last three week reliance service has stopped. For first week they display error due to some technical reason service is stopped after that next message was the service and channel will start in four days bu not a signal channel is started now all the channel are stopped with error 400. I called several time to their customer care the only big lie answer i received it will start in 24 hours but nothing has working still. I payed for 2 year plan for all channel and now i don't want to continue with this fraud service provider
