Sir, madam,
As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 3rd march 2018. My dth booking id is: 12523443. And response message comes reliance digital tv end as it will be installed between 30 to 45 days. But 45 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone to reliance digital tv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responsing now by reliance digital tv. Reliance digital tv is cheating the consumer and having my advance amount of 499 received from me via online paid by mysel[censored]sing my credit card. Reliance digital tv is not ready for provide dish installation to consumers. I request you to please take action to get refund of my money rs. 499 from reliance digital tv. I already disconnected my airtel dth for reliance digital dish tv new installation. But now, i am not viewing any broadcast in tv due to new reliance digital tv installation pending.

    Please note that I am facing this unfortunate issue for more than a month. On Feb 11th I got an offer message from Reliance Digital TV providing a package of all the paid channels (Standard Definition) for two years if I recharge my smart card #[protected] for 2499.00 ₨. I availed the offer and did a recharge for 2499.00 ₨. on the same day (Payment receipt attached). After one week, I started facing issues like all the movie channels of Star & Zee Network stopped working. I called their customer care [protected] several times however I have been advised that this issue will be resolved in some time. I wrote a couple of emails to the customer service and their appellate authority, however, no response has been given so far. Since the customer service is not responding and I am facing this issue since last 1.5 months, I've got nothing left to do, apart from a written request at consumer complaints portal. I am a big tv customer for last 2 years and just about this pathetic customer service behavior, I've lost trust in Big TV Now & I WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY. Kindly let me know in case further information is required.

    I just received an update that only free to Air channels are working now from yesterday
    Started facing the same issue again

      I am holding a Reliance Digital/Big TV connection with smart card[protected]. In the month of February 2018, someone called me from Reliance Digital TV call centre with an attractive offer of Rs 1499/- which enabled 5yrs of All Free Channels pack connection and 1yr of All Paid Channels Pack. Without much do, I just opted for this Freedom pack. From Feb 9, 2018 onwards the pack has been activated and I was enjoying the full service of every channels (except HDs). Then in beginning of March 2018, they stopped Zee and Start networks channels. While asking for, call centre assured within a week, things will be up. But unfortunate nothing happened. From past few weeks their tool free number [protected] or any other numbers in their website, are not reachable, no one is there to response. Even I dropped multiple complain through their email id [protected]@relianceada.com, but still no response. Now from past 3 days, not a single channel is showcasing from my Reliance ST box and it is saying error 400, although there are no climate issue such.

      It seems I have been cheated by this doomed company. I urge you to help me, either to resume my full service or refund my Rs. 1499/-, on urgent basis.

        Big TV team,
        Myself Ganesh Shetty, my smart card no:[protected]. I am receiving 400 error from last 6 days. I contacted your support on April 15, your team said unable to broadcast channels due to software issue & will be fixed within a day but issue is not fixed till today April 20.
        Please refund our money, if you cannot provide the services.

        I have renewed your package for 2 years at INR 2499 on April 6th but no channels to view IPL till now. Your phone support team behave very unprofessionally with customers. From April 15 onwards no channels due to software issue from your end & you are misleading the customers with 400 error message.

        Your phone support team is not ready to escalate the issue to next level with customers complaint. Please arrange refund, if you are unable fix the issue. If any technical issues there, then why it s not displayed in channels. Why customers being misleaded with 400 error?

          This is very bad experience with big tv, we are not getting so many chanals since long time, and in this month no signal on tv. If you are not able to provide the services so please move to big tv to other company or refund the money as well.

          We don't know now how much time you will take to provide the your service.

          Dear Reliance big TV team,

          This is very bad experience with big TV, we are not getting so many chanals since long time, and in this month no signal on TV. If you are not able to provide the services so please move to big TV to other company or refund the money as well.

          We don't know now how much time you will take to provide the your service.

            Hi Everyone,

            My channels have stopped working and not showing up from last 20 days.

            I received message from Reliance Big Tv on my mobile no that In 1999/- INR, I will receive 5 yrs of service for above specified amount.

            So i thought this plan is reliable and so i fetched in and recharged my plan of RS 1999/- on 28 th Dec 2017. But from past 20 days till date no channels are showing up on my Television, and there is a message of "Signal lost on my Television Screen".

            I have tried several times to call on customer service number "[protected]"
            There is no response from any of the Customer care representative.

            The worst part of service is they haven't informed before vanishing the channels away and have not directed why the services have stopped. At least informing the customers is suitable but there is a huge blunder and confusion among the customers.

            If any one has received any updates please post here.

              I am having reliance bug tv from last 4 years. On March 26 i have done recharge of Rs -2499 for 2 years pack. But from last 1 month non of the channels are coming. When i called the customer care, they told me that press red button in remote for 10 second and do rest setting . Now some errors are appearing on TV. When i called the customer care again, they are telling me that your setup box is not faulty. We will send the technician but they are not able to take complaint because they are having server problem. This server problem is from last 50 days. I don't know when they will solve their server problem. I asked them to refund the recharge amount. They are saying that its not in their policy. They are cheating from customer. No channels are coming from 50 days.

                Signal lost from last 01 week error 400, called up customer care many times but no positive response, what to do, please resolve my problem at your earliest.customer representative are very unfriendly and rude, i am chasing them from last 1 week but no response from their side, i suffered a lot from their services hence please do needful at your earliest.

                  Worst experience in my life with this reliance big tv. From 2 months most of the channels not coming and customer care is not reachable . With whom shall we resolve the problem. I will raise a complaint in consumer forum. Sir. I never ever advice anyone to go for reliance products . I m also disconnecting my connection and going for another dish. Actually i m finishing this because my dish validity over and i m also having 1000 rs currency in the account. What to do now. Fred up with this reliance digital tv. Go to hell

                    There is no signal on my smart card no.[[protected]] since last 5 days (From 15.04.2018). I have tried calling several times on reliance big tv / reliription. But on 18.04.2018 services on my setup box not available
                    . Now, no channels are coming. Suddenly since then the big tv stopped working ance digital tv customer care no but it is not working. Even sent email and done online complain but no response. I am a big tv customer for last 10 years. On i want refund of my money. 08 december 2017 i recharged for rs. 3600/- for yearly subscand says no signal. Pls ask them to refund my money if their services are stopped.                         "Congratulations! for Booking Your RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.Your Booking ID is 14515901 and No of Connections 1"
                        Till now no update and no call.
                        And there customer care number is not reachable.
                        Very frustrating it is.

                          We are not getting any tv channels for the past one week or so. The message flashing on the screen says, error, contact toll free number. The toll free number is constantly engaged. I have paid a full years subscription, and would like that the issue not only be resolved but i must also get a refund for the lost days of reception. I even sent a complaint through the big tv website, but i have not heard back till date.

                            I have recharged freedom pack with Reliance big tv by paying 1499 for one year free channels on March 19th. Since then I was not getting Star, sun, zee network channels. Since 15th April 2018 no channels are coming..Tv just shows 404 error. When called their customer care no.[protected], they just keep saying it will be resolved withn 24 hours and all channels will be resolved within 48 hours but its almost a week. No clear communication from reliance TV. They even say that they cannot refund the amount. I request herewith to help to get service back or refund the amount

                              Hi, i have lot of problems with reliance big tv. From mar-2018 service not provided properly most of the channel are closed without any information and i am continuously call to customer care executive for resolution, but i am not getting any proper solution. They are giving the false information, but now are tv channel are closed, but they are not provided the any deadline to resume the services every time i am getting new date and time. But still problem not resolved. We have send the mail to customer helpline as well as nodel office but no response is getting. Kindly help.

                              I already lodge the complaint in consumer form and complaint number is 686973. But no one is help.

                              Look inthis matter and provide the proper solution.

                              I booked the rbigtv dth on 1st of march 2018, i received a booking id, but till date nearly 44 days getting over, no information from their side, i contacted the customer care they not confirmed the date of installation.

                                I booked a new connection on 12 march 2018, rs 500 was paid to big tv but got a screen with all fields blank, transaction id is ecom[protected] reliancecomm,
                                Called customer care number many times, either the number is not getting connected and if connected, the customer care people give useless replies with promise to call me back, but i never received any call. Now its more than a month and i feel cheated by reliance big tv.
                                Kindly provide me with the new connection or refund the amount.

                                This indicates the cheating sort of intentions by the company.

                                    Ur all costumer care services are blocked and ur dth also stop working i put complaint against you in consumers court
                                    Our set of box number is[protected] . We tired of waiting for your responce . We want our yearly subscription back or want new working connection.So please try to resolve it your maximum number of channels not available from last 4 month and now signal also lost completely.

I have sent an email to concerned Nodal Office with CC to TRAI [ Telephone Regulatory Authority of India] I urge everyone o[censored]s should send an email to concerned nodal officer with CC to TRAI..
