I have already registered my complaint to cc before 6 days and taking follow up daily, as our connection showing error of 400 due to from the last 6 days our tv is not working. So kindly refund all dues so that i can switch to new connection. Its really a bad experience that you could not resolve the technical issues

The dam Reliance TV will not come back and they have not been responding at all. I have sent an email to concerned Nodal Office with CC to TRAI [ Telephone Regulatory Authority of India] I urge everyone o[censored]s should send an email to concerned nodal officer with CC to TRAI..

Let us run this campain keep sending emails to TRAI till we get our problem resolved either they given an option for us to Migrate to other providers at no cost for setup box or they resume all the channels we have been susbscribed for.

Today 49 days gone but time of installation do not know. When i call to reliance customer care do not reply. He say we will call you next 2-3 week but time of installation is finished by reliance. Plz help me.

      Im from margao. I am facing a probiem from the very next day i made the payment. I have paid rs. 1500 for one year. From last one month its not working. Even customer care number coming always busy. Not expected this from such a brand like reliance. So let me know whether this problem will be resolved or not. If not done soon then return the payment of rs. 1500.

        Hi,
        I have been facing this issue from the last 3 weeks continuously. I m not able to watch any channel and i get the error 400 message continuously. I had paid for the whole month and my serviced got activated for the 1st two days and then on this issue is persisting.
        I had even raised this concern through the customer care number. They everytime give me the same reply that my issue is going to be fixed by the evening or by night. I had been calling the customer care every now and then but i get the same answer all the time. This is very frustrating to listen to the same answer all the time from the customer care people.
        There is no resolution to this issue till now. Paying for the channels and getting error 400 is not acceptable. Please look into this issue and address it at the earliest.

          In june 2017, company called & asked me to purchase for a year subscription of 3000 rs. From september 2017, no channels are coming proper. They have stopped services of customer care from september 2017. After that, from january 2018, they played some channels for 2 months & now it is completely stopped.

          I want my refund back as i decided to move out from this company service as the company didn't provide any services as promised

                Reiance Big TV Stopped Working.

                I am a big tv customer for last 10 years. Last week only I recharged for Rs.600/- after 3 months gap, as TV was switched off for my daughter's education / exam purpose. For the past four days no display of channels instead Error 400 message only coming. On the day of recharge also very few channels only were come, not all primary channels are come. Now, no repeat no channels are coming. Suddenly since then the big tv stopped working and says Error 400 only . The worst customer care they are not able to answer any query's and have no idea on the issue. They are giving false commitment. They are not giving me complaint no also. Very frustrating experience from reliance big TV. Pls ask them to refund our money if their services are stopped. Pls don't cheat public with cheap tactics.
                Instead it is best that the Ambanies and reliance big tv staff to beg in public streets and four road junctions, signals, but not cheating us by taking our hard earned money through fake recharging ...
                Sorry, extremely sorry, if I used bitter and hard words, however no word is enough to express our grief, painfulness, mental àgony and frustration indeed...!

                Reiance Big TV Stopped Working.

                    I applied for rbig tv on 1/3/18. My booking id is 12511283 by paying 499 as advance, i got a message saying connection will be done within 30-45 days. But not installed the dth so far. I have complained several times. No reply received so far. I complained over toll free number several days. Each time they say connection will be done next day. Past three days only busy tone hear from toll free number. I heared several customers have the same problem. I want to know wheter it is a big cheating programme by reliance

                        Since past several months;channels like zee tv, zee business, zee cinema, star tv, star utsav, & tv, star sports 1, star sports 2, star sports 3 as well as some other channels too were not resulting from reliance company. A payment amounting to rs.1500/- was made by us during first week of apr, 18. Considering a commitment on query from customer care of reliance resulted that all channels will resume from 08/04/18. The situation rather has resulted from bad to worse, as no channel is resulting since 15/04/18. After contacting customer care of reliance, again fake commitments resulted that all channels will result by evening of 16/04/18. On contacting customer care as on 16/04/18 at 7 pm, reply resulted for service to result at 9 pm which didn't happen. The current position is that while contacting customer care of reliance, a computerized reply results as, "the customer you are calling is busy on another call. Please call again later". I have now planned to file a complaint against reliance in consumer court who are sucking our blood and making money by their fake commitments. I am confident that this would have been experienced by my other friends too in this respect.

                          I have booked my reliance set up box on 12th march 2018. But i have got my set up box till now. They promised that they will deliver within 30days. Here is also a booking id[protected]
                          Kindly take strict action they are fooling customer. Please take action.
                          And when i called to customer care of reliance big tv they told me that please wait 2 to 3 weeks they are exceeding weeks please take strict action they are fooling and fraud with customer.

                            I had booked reliance bigtv on 9/3/18 after so may attempt. (Their website sucks). My booking id no 17501113. I received a sms on march 2018 & that i will be getting installation done by 30-45 days. I called them many times no body picks up phone /no response to mail. I have again received message in april with same sms as it will take 30-45 days. Once i called & lickily call got picked up & i have been told that it will be installed by 15 th april. But things are not fulfilled. This seems to be very fishy. I only applied because of name "reliance" however it seems bigtv are behind hoarding this money than giving service. I therefore want to strongly complaint that since commitment is not fulfilled they should immediately revert my money with interest.
                            I will look for other operator. ""return my money immediately for failure to fulfilled commitment""

                            Sorry state of affairs from Reliance Big TV. Even after complaint here on 19/4/2018 & acknowledgment from your site that complaint is notified to Big TV CSR. There is no contact either through mail or on mobile to me .This is the state, then what happens to CSR after I get connection.
                            Big TV team are you listening ??? Give me update as what is plan ?Are reverting the money which may be insignificant to you.

                            Now after many calls, Customer care picked up call. Again they said service will call after 15 days for installation date. I am still not believing this but ok will wait.But will say it's total unprofessional services from Reliance Big TV.

                              I did pre booking for reliance big tv on march 1st and it was promised that the installing will be done within 45 days. Now its more than 45 days and they are not responding to the calls. Their customer care service number always comes busy.

                              I need my money back with compensation for such a big fraud. How can reliance do this to there customers. Everyone who are facing this issue should register complaint against them in social media

                                It has been a month i was unable to watch half of the channels, specially the channels under star and zee. But from 10th of april again the channels under colours and mtv started showing "technical services" and this situation worsened from 15th of april.
                                Quickly resolve your problems.
                                And the executives are too unethical and behavior of them is too annoying and disappointing.

But till toady we have no any update about the installation. We are continue trying at customer care number-[protected] but every moment it is showing “ busy on another number”.
                                      I request you please share the update about installation other-wise refund our booking amount in our account on urgent basis.

                                        For past few months there was this error 200 existing to which i was able to view only 8-10 channels. Now from past one week error 400 is existing and now none of the channel are available. Trying to reach customer service for help, however the call does not land, also they ask to pay full recharge even though channels are not working. Really upsetting need immediate solution.
