Since past several months;channels like zee tv, zee business, zee cinema, star tv, star utsav, & tv, star sports 1, star sports 2, star sports 3 as well as some other channels too were not resulting from reliance company. A payment amounting to rs.1500/- was made by us during first week of apr, 18. Considering a commitment on query from customer care of reliance resulted that all channels will resume from 08/04/18. The situation rather has resulted from bad to worse, as no channel is resulting since 15/04/18. After contacting customer care of reliance, again fake commitments resulted that all channels will result by evening of 16/04/18. On contacting customer care as on 16/04/18 at 7 pm, reply resulted for service to result at 9 pm which didn't happen. The current position is that while contacting customer care of reliance, a computerized reply results as, "the customer you are calling is busy on another call. Please call again later". I have now planned to file a complaint against reliance in consumer court who are sucking our blood and making money by their fake commitments. I am confident that this would have been experienced by my other friends too in this respect.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The dam Reliance TV will not come back and they have not been responding at all. I have sent an email to concerned Nodal Office with CC to TRAI [ Telephone Regulatory Authority of India] I urge everyone o[censored]s should send an email to concerned nodal officer with CC to TRAI..

Let us run this campain keep sending emails to TRAI till we get our problem resolved either they given an option for us to Migrate to other providers at no cost for setup box or they resume all the channels we have been susbscribed for.
