Reminder my big tv no.[protected] service is unavailable for last 4 days and my efforts to contact was in vain. Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest. During last 4 days i have been trying to get in touch with your customer care, whereas, unsuccessful. I have made payment for the service in advance, whereas i am not provided with service.

    Error 400 is being displayed on the screen since 4 days. On calling up the customer case on sunday i. E. 15.04.2018, it was informed that problem will be resolved by monday evening as the technical team is working on to resolve the issue. However, issue didn't get resolved by monday evening. Again a follow up call was done by me on tuesday i. E. 17.04.18 morning. Again the customer care representative informed that all the channels will start coming within 24 hours. 24 hours have finished but the problem remains the same.
    Also from the past 5-6 months, many of the channels subscribed initially under the pack taken by me are not coming. Message was being displayed that rs. 15 will be added in to my account for every 4 days. It may be noted that annual recharge for both my parent & child (Hd) set-top box connections was done by me.
    I will like to mention that i have been using the relinace big tv for around 10 years now.
    Kindly take a note that if reliance is not able to provide the required services inspite of the fact that customer has paid for it, doesn't a company like reliance feels necessary to inform the customer about the problems and corrective actions taken by them.
    Kindly provide a time line to fix the problem or otherwise refund the money to me and i will choose another dth provider.

      From last 1.5 week our tv programs are not displayed. It shows no signal. There is balance in my account. The customer care number is not reachable. So resolve the problem at the earliest.

        Hi,
        I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv pre booking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i pre booked before 45 days i got message that the installation will be done within 30-45 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. When i called customer care again to know the status, they told that again it will take 2 more weeks as the setup box i don't want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i received after prebooking and same message received after 30 days. Booking id is 14504910. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money...

          I booked for a connection on march 1st based on the news spread in all famous newspapers of india, commitment date was 30 -45 days. 47 days have crossed, till now there is no update from reliance. I saw facebook posts all are facing similar problems, even existing customers are scolding reliance.

          Shame on you - reliance and the media who published the fake news.

            I am customer from idyllic for the last one month we are not getting any channels and when we call the customer care they are simply cheating the customers by saying that soon it will be solved but no actions are taken for solving this problems. So please stop your entire company and refund our amounts .otherwise or until we will complaint in the consumer court for the loses incurred .surely you will be liable for the fraud and misbehaviour ...

              After collecting money by making false promises reliance big TV closed it's services by deceitful way.I have charged for 1400fs. as per offer mentioned that I can see pay Chanelle also but currently TV screen shows error 400 and none of channel can't be seen .Customer care no. Also not accessible and nobody there to answer the problem.This is very frustrating.
              Reliance is not reliable as name suggest.They are collecting money from people by deceitful way. Don't fail pray to reliance false promises and once again to all that always stay from reliance.
              My experience with them is very very bad.

                I am customer of Reliance Big TV, having A/c[protected]. I have purchased yearly plan of Rs. 1500/- in the month of January 2018, but the same is not working, not a single channel is displaying since last one month. several complaints are also made to your customer care, but not an exact date of resuming of services is told to me. me & my family are mentally harassed by taking followups but there is no proper redressal of my grievance. You are requested to kindly close my aforesaid Reliance big TV A/c account and refund the amount, as early as possible.

                  I am a member of BigTV for more than 8 years, past one year I am facing issue with this BigTV, from Dec 17 to Jan 18 there were many channels were not provided even after so many complaints. Finally in Feb 18 channels are back.
                  Then My connection was terminated after 2 days of recharge the account. they took 3 week to fix this. And now again past one month almost all channels are not been telecast. when ever I call the customer care I hear only one thing Channels will be back in 2 days. when I ask to speak to the manager they never come to the line. please refund my balace amount

                    My big tv no. Is[protected]. Since sun 15-apr-2018 big tv service has stopped completely. It shows signal lost. Tried to contact call center numerous times but in vain. Always busy or may be purposefully. Asked other big tv users in my locality. They are facing same problem.

                    This is sheer cheating by veecon media which has acquired stake in big tv. There is no other option to contact them.

                    Now we are repenting our decision to continue their services. I am going to complain to trai and consumer court if this is not resolved by today.

                    I have paid full subscription amt of 2 years of reliance big TV and since last 2 months i am facing broadcasting issue of all channels of Star and Colors. Every time I am getting same reply from customer center that it will resume within 3-4 days but whole 2 months gone and nothing solved and still all channels of Star and Colors are not available. i am fed-up and mentally harassed from customer center and also its services

                    Further since last 3 days there is signal issue and not able to see any single channel.On contact with customer center they told me that it will resolve in 12 hrs but this is 3rd day and still not solved.

                    Even today 17.04.2018, after so many attempt got connected with customer center and still they are saying further 72 hrs will take to resume services

                    Even its website has blocked all features of contacts like customer feedback, Service request and contact us. and customer care center is highly unreachable. it is wasting my time and energy and most thing my hard earned Money

                    I am really tired and harassed with thier services. I want refund my full subscription money
                    please note that i have already written to trai and ministry of consumer affairs. so far no reply from their end and we can imagine what is going on in our country. we have to move to consumer court demanding hectic compensation.

                      I am facing lots of issues with reliance Big TV. Most of the channel are not visible even purchasing golden pack. Now from last 3 days given error code 400 i.e. signal lost. Customer care No. is not working. logged on-line complaint with reliance but not provided any complaint no. for further tracking just gave message your complaint is registered. If reliance don't want to operate or not having capacity to do this business then they will have to stopped doing mischief with consumer. So that we can select any other operator who will give us good service.

                        It seems, I am tricked by Reliance Big Digital TV fraud, They have charged 499rs on the name of pre-booking of new connection and have booked connection on 1/3/18 and they promised that, will get new connection within 45 days. Its already 48 days since i booked new connection. I spoke to customer care, they said that, they don't have any detail about reference no that i got through message and they are not taking complaints and they are making excuses that system is not working. Now don't know whom to complain.

                          Since 2 month we have lost the Reliance Big TV Network no single channel is working.. so after regular contact to customer care there is no response. please confirm whether we need to continue with you network or look at other networks. you have 2 days time to fix this issue. I have frustrated with so many complaint Request. Please confirm as soon as possible.

                            After regular complaining to the customer care no proper service nor response was given as to why no cable channel could be seen.We were regular viewers of big tv from the last 10 years.
                            Every time we called customer care they said it was server problem.We are very dis satisfied with their service and thinking of changing the service provider.We are proper recharge payers of monthly recharge then why we should we suffer.Please see that our service is resolved as soon as possible.

                              This BIG Tv from last three to four days it shows error 400 no signal. we dont know that what happens to broadcasting site, but here in my location every thing ok. if we call to customer only beep sound and suddenly it cut off the call.

                                Many channels are not coming since last one month. We thought they will automatically come soon, but in vain... Also from last 5-6 days all channels are gone. Out tv set is completely switched off since a week. What is this?? Your executives are saying that service will be restored within 72 hours... But it is sad to say that nothing is done from your side... Now, you should resolve the problem... Whatever... At the earliest... Immediately..

                                  We are (30 nos) from visakhapatnam. We have big tv connection. We are subscribe the big tv for 1 year. Since 4 days we have not seen a single channel. It shows 400 error. When we call customer care service they inform us yesterday (15.03.2018 () evening (Below 8pm) the all channels will come together. Today they told us the all channels will come after 4 or 5 days.

                                  Since 10 days we can not see a single channel. If you not provide the service then return our yearly recharged money and disconnect the big tv connection so that we can go for other source. Lot or competitors are eagerly waiting for give connection with in one hour.

                                  We request you return our yearly recharged money and disconnect the connection. Other wise give the connection today.

                                      I have done recharge of 100 rs. On 15/04/2018. But my setup box is still off.
                                      My setup box number is[protected]. I am calling to customer care from last 8 days, but they are not taking my call. From last 15 days service provided to me is not good. I need required action taken fast, or else i will close my setup box forever
