I applied for connection on 1st march 2018. As per their website and t&c, installation need to be done with in 30-45 days. Today is 17 april and it's been 47 days now but there is no sign for installation. After repeated call to the customer care, got to know they still need more than 15 days for this. Wrong commitment is done to the customer by the company. I want to sue the company for not valuing the customer. My booking id is 12503813. Please take strict action for wrong commitment done to the customers. They have already taken rs. 500 as prepayment for the connection.

Reliance big tv has ceased dth services and all channels show no signal error message. Set top box and dish preamplifier tested and found perfectly working. Customercare number has only a pre-recorded message that all lines are busy.
Stop this sham charade and either restore services immediately or refund account balance along with cost of dish, preamp, cable and set top box to enable me to go to a good dth provider without wasting further time with you.

I had booked reliance bigtv in 01/03/18.
But i have not yet received thr stb. Looks like it was a fraud. Refund my money. Or else update me. Multiple complaints done by me through e mail but of no avail. Looks like it was a fraudulent scheme. You cant get away with people's money. I will sue you in consumer court very soon as it is not going to be accepted. Nor am i going to stay silent.

I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14521529. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money...

No any channel working. On phone call they are giving only time from last two months. If ther are closing their big tv service then why they not informing to us. Plz return our cash so that we can apply for another dish tv. Now we dont beleive in any product of reliance. They are just fraud. Now a days customer care no. Of big is also not in service. That means they are seems to close their operation. Plz do needful

There is no signal on my smart card no.[protected] since last 5 days. I have tried calling several times on ur customer care no but it is not working. Even sent email and done online complain but no response.

Further i was also not receiving many channels such as star movies, star plus, zee group, hbo, etc since last many days. I have complained about it many times but not yet rectified.

I am a reliance big tv customer and i have recharged rs.2499.00 in the month of february 2018 under 2 years offer wereby company has said that you will get all paid channels for two years with no additional cost but since last 20 days no channels are being broadcasted by the company and when we called the customer care in reply they are just postponing the dates by 4 days.

I have called the customer care no.[protected] for 100 times but got reply for just hardly 6 times firstly they have said that the channels will be broadcasted on 2 april 2018 and just they postponed the dates repeatedly stating on 7 april, 15 april, and on evening of 16th april.

I want my money back and want to disengage with the company.

Your channels are not coming since last 3 days & your customer care number is also not getting connected. I have paid (Recharged) for 1 year subscription for 2 connections at my residence in february but sorry to state that we are not getting any service from you. Either refund my amount or get the service reinstalled. I got my connection recharged in february'2018 by your agent mr. Sanjeev kumar whose mobile number is [protected]. He is also not picking my call. Earlier also since october'2017 most of the channels which were in our gold plan were not shown by your dth.in case i do not get my refund or your services back, i will have no other choice but to file a case in consumer court.

For the past 1 week we have been getting the error 400 in reliance digital tv.
We complained to the customer care and they replied that they will correct it as soon as possible but there has been no response.
Moreover many of the channels have been discontinued due to unknown reasons
The customer care is really poor with no support.
How much longer do we need to wait?!
It is highly recommended that you return the money,
Else provide us a method to change our tv services from reliance to any other suitable providers

I have recharged this connection for 2 years in last year and when i paid there was star and sun network channels. For last 6 months i am not getting sun network and for last one month i am not getting start network channels. I have being following up with the customer care at[protected] for last one month for the same issue and every time they are telling it is a technical issue and will be resolved in 48 or 72 hours and the issue is not yet resolved. The customer service person is not even ready to provide me the complaint number to track aswell. Hope i will get a proper response and the issue will be resolved soon. Even i have the recordings from (Rahul) your customer care executive where he is not ready to provide a complaint number or not ready to transfer call to supervisor. Else please disconnect and refund me back the amount. Else i will be forced to move legally

I have prebooked one connection on 1st March 2018 through your website.Booking id: 12506022. As per your web site you are supposed to install the STB in 30 - 45 days. But till now no installation is done(47days) and even no message or call or email from your company regarding extension of installation date. On repeated calling to your customer care number, no one is giving details. Someone says no information, another says senior will call within one hour but no call even after 48 hours. For Emails, I am not getting any response. Please inform when the installation will be done or or is it a case of fraud?

I had pre-booked the reliance big tv installation by paying rs 499 on 2nd march. My booking id is 12520435. During the per-booking the condition was that the installation will be done after 45 days. But i have not received any information or intimation from the company so far other than the message for successfull prebooking.
Today i spoke to a customer care executive in the no [protected]. She asked me my booking id and told me that the installation will be done after 2 to 3 weeks. I asked her for a definite date but she did not provide that. I also informed her that i cannot wait any further and told her to refund the money paid. She refused that also and cut the call. This is totally annoying.
Consumers like me are taken for a ride. I request you to take this up with appropriate agencies. My only request is that even if i loose rs499 please warn other consumers to not fall prey for such dubious offers of people like reliance big tv.

It is clear case of cheating. Since 2 months i able to see very few channels. Whenever i call to the customer care, they always give 1 week deadline but channels never come. Moreover from last few days, no service at all and it says signal lost. As usual i contacted customer care and same answer. By tonight you will get all the channels. I am feeling cheated. I should not have believe reliance and should have migrated to tata sky when they stopped licences.
I think this is their plan. They don't want to continue and don't want to refund either. Consumer court should take immediate action on this and make them refund the money.

The worst service, careless customer care, no any response to mails, phone calls.Only promises .Since it is April, Reliance fooled us.

Please advice how to go in Consuner Court against this worst services & get refund if Set top box & Antenna to avail services from other DTH service provider.

I think Reliance want to close this business & so slowly slowly they stopped evry thing.

Not single channel is showing. Error come from last 2 days shows coz of weather conditions customer care no is also not working. From last 2month there was also issue with lot many channels. I never seen such pathetic service in any industry.even no revert from customers care mail also. Can anyone tell where to raise the complaint to solve issue or refund the amount

Being a valued customer trust was the thing that binded us. Although faced so many issues such as many channels weren't available past months for the package we opted but we kept patience and continued the membership because of faith but its high time the same problem all over again. This issue needs to be resolved on an high priority. The service should not be so much irresponsible. I need response to this escalation.

My reliance dish tv scn no.[protected]. I had taken one year subscription on 10 feb 18 and paid rs 1499/ through e recharge.
Presently, the service provider is not airing any channel and customer support services are not ready to refund amount citing no policy.
I want to close my engagement with reliance big tv and refund my money back.

ERROR - 400 -on screen
Big TV not working since a week as the screen shows ERROR 400.
Since 6 months I am not getting all the channels that I have paid for.
Customer care said all issues will be resolved on 4 days, but it has been a week.
No TV transmission
No response from technicians or their team or customer care
No extreme weather conditions at my place
I have replugged the set top box
No problem with the antenna
Please help, or in the least pls acknowledge
Else let me know the refund process and I will opt for a better and more honest Service provider
