No service since last couple of days. Displays weather conditions / issues on broadcasting site.

Since the annual subscription recharge not all channels were aired. Message pop up stating amount of rs 15/- would be credited back to account in view of the channels that are not broadcasted. Now its a total loss of service. Customer toll free numbers do not connect, ivr messages as always busy. Could you please advise how can i get my money of rs2499/ just two months down old to be refunded as its clear cheating. Also there has been no public notice of whether reliance is continuing the services or withdrawing.

I am not getting signal from 15.04.18. i am trying to contact customer care no. [protected] but it's saying "all lines are busy" for the past 2 days. Before that all chanels are temporarily deactivated, and on the screen it's showing the channel will resume within 4 days (from 25.03.218 it's showing the same message). And from 15.04.2018 it's totally no signal.

I am a Reliance Big TV subscriber since 2007. Every year I pay subscription for 1 year. This year ever since my payment of subscription in September 2017 there have been distruption in service. From October 2017 every day some of the other channels are not available for viewing. The company has sold it to some Org. in Noida and problem still persist. Now in April 2018 almost all the channels are not available. We do not get satisfactory answers when connected with customer care. The only answer we get is there is some technical problem and it will get sorted out soon. I am tierd of these excuses. Want to get my money back and I will stich to a new DTH operator.

Sir why such type interruption? Some channels are not coming - wrong information like just 4 days and shortly receiving; now totally no relay, just one month back i remitted rs 2499/- for 2 years subscription, what about our money? Pl arrange for return our amount - we will go to other dth. You are loosing 15 years old customers, pl reply. Why sir. Now — a-days color kannada channels and some other imp channels are not coming? You are testing. G our patience, we are very much h displeased sir, pl safe guard your goodwill n reputation,

I had activated 2500 /- pack and from that day one or the other no day i had viewed all the channels as promised .Now it is coming as no signal and when tried to contact to toll free no no response or fake promises saying services will be resumed after 24 hrs 1 st day then again if you follow up 72 hrs .Till day we are unable to view any channels.
Now From Past 3 days we are getting the error message signal lost .
There is continuously program in BIGTV from past 5 months .
Customer support is very minimal .Continuously we are getting busy tonne .Even by chance they lift the Call the response is not good .If we want to contact to team leads or higher officials regarding proper solution of our problem they will continuously skip our question and request us to call the morning if we call in Night and if we call in the morning they will say call in the night time like this i am facing the problem from big TV.
Even when we wrote email with complete information also they wont be any reply

In Oct-Dec 2017 it stopped working. I recharged my channels. Even there was a message on tv that we can switch to Airtel Dish/TataSky etc Tv but Again it started working after few days saying that services will be normal and there will be no problem now onwards.
I recharged it for 1499 for next 1 year. After few days first there were no STAR channels for 20 odd days. Then for last one month no SONY and ZEE channels. And for last 3 days it has stopped working completely. Even call centres are not responding.
This is really frustrating and I am getting cheated by Reliance BigTV.
From 13th April 2018, received an error message on the screen as ERROR 400 - Lost signal . Frustrating experience again Smart Card No [[protected]] at Dhule.
Looking for the resolution as we tried with the wire check and weather all found to be correct.
Hope to receive the resolution on priority bases.
Also the toll number is not working[protected], did not find a way to raise the complaint...
We had called minimum at least 50 times with the customer care but still there is no response from them...

I had prebooked reliance bigtv connection for amount Rs 499 on 1st march 2018. they promised to provide the product within 30-45 days but still product is not delivered. They are also not ready to provide the refund of amount. Its completely cheating from their side. I want to take strict action against them and provide us the prebooking amount. I am using reliance big tv and its set top box from 7 to 8 years from last two months in this month april 2018 many channels are out of service and from 15 april 2018 not able see a single channel and customer care representative are making false commitments no service provided by their costumer representatives whenever i call on [protected] or on [protected] only rout is busy we can hear why these helplines are there if we want to contact them we have to try the number at least for 40 to 42 times, all smart card are prepaid it means money is taken before we get any service and after that you are not able to give that service and even cant give satisfactory answer or fix date every time wrong commitment

I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14503875. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

Dear sir

May we know how many day u required for proper tele service bcz last 2 month, your nor telecost proper channels. Every time ur callcenter exicutive giveing fraud commitment. If you are not able to service, why are collected amount from customers. If you are going to shutdown, remmite the customer amount. That's it.

This is going to 420.

Dear sir,

Please note i had made the pre-booking for reliance big tv dth connection, as per reliance terms that they will install the connection with 30 - 45 days maximum after pre booking.

But please note had made the booking on 1st march and today is 16th april already 47 days gone (2 days excess as per their commitment) and still they are saying that it will take more 2 - 3 week time for installation.
I need your help to sorted out this issue.

From last 3 days my set top box having number[protected] is displaying error 400. My name is swarn rashmi ambastha and my contact number is [protected]. My address is "road number 5, hill view road, bariatu, ranchi-09".
Please help in resolving the error as the wire is not damaged also weather outside is fine, and all the suggested solution has been tried by us.

I am using reliance big t. V. Services since 2009. The services were satisfactory but from few months it's not working well. Initially, few channels failed and now the whole t. V. Channels failed. Three months ago, i was receiving calls from them, saying that they are giving discount for two year subscription. And now, when i have paid rs.2499, t. V. Is not working. Even, the toll free numbers are out of consideration. It seems that the services are shut off. Reliance big t. V. Is providing the worst service. Never trust them

I have pre booked reliance bigtv on 1st march and so far the company did not call for confirmation. I have contacted the customer care they also said wait for 45 days period to get over. Today am trying to contact the customer care but they are not taking calls and once they picked my call and we're saying that they unable hear my voice therefore they will disconnect the call. This offer seems to appear a fraud just loot peoples money with pack of lies. I curse u relience and anil ambani.

Since march 19, 2018, they stopped viewing few channels. Whenever complained to customer center, they told that it will be stared after two days. On tv also they were showing daily that channels will be telecasted within 4 days. But till today they are not viewing channels. Since 15th april, all the channels are closed. Not receiving calls on customer care center.
