None of the channels are coming. All shows error 400. Unable to get through to customer care (Toll free[protected] as well since morning; getting "customer is busy" response.
For last few weeks, different error messages kept on appearing as they were not showing star, zee channels. Only 20% of the channels were coming. Some messages said due to technical reasons, unable to resume service, some said, will resume in next 4 days, some said, will revert 20% of monthly pack price into account in next 7 days, some said inr 14 will be paid into the account.
And since 0000 hours 15th april 2018, no channels at all.
I am in hal 3rd stage bangalore, 560075. If anyone also has similar complaints, let us raise voice against their unethical practices and get our money back or full channels be restored immediately. If not, let us go to consumer court.
