Reliance big tv announced 5 years free service at a payment of rs2000 on january 2018. Being a customer for more than 2 years i have activated the above mentioned plan. I got their service for three months but from 10 march 2018 onwards i'm not getting any service. Their customer grievance redressal forums are not working and seems to be shut down. Their customer care number is[protected], is inactive. They have taken my money by giving false offers. I feel cheated..

    I have prebooked reliance dth on 1st of mar. They promised to deliver and install dth within 30 to 45days. But as of today 46th day i didn't get the dth ontime based on their commitment

    I have called customer care multiple times but there is lack of response from customer care and not sure when will i get the service. They are simply replying that wait for some more days

    Pls take necessary actions on it

    I have again contacted customer care. They again asked me to wait further 2 - 3weeks. Its really wrong promise provided. If they would have told 9wks time i didn't book it at all. And i asked customer care to cancel my precooking she said that provision to cancel precooking, this is another kind of cheating

      I am using reliance big t. V. Services since 2009. The services were satisfactory but from few months it's not working well. Initially, few channels failed and now the whole t. V. Channels failed. Three months ago, i was receiving calls from them, saying that they are giving discount for two year subscription. And now, when i have paid rs.2499, t. V. Is not working. Even, the toll free numbers are out of consideration. It seems that the services are shut off. Reliance big t. V. Is providing the worst service. Never trust them.

        Big tv ac no[protected].

        Say no to reliance big tv it is a fraud company with worst services.

        Reliance connection is giving an error and asking us to contact toll free number [protected] which is unavailable. Previously we faced similar challlenge and they renewed our connection on 23rd feb 2018 with 1500 after that no. Of agreed channels gradually decreased and now finally services are over.

        I request government bodies to kindky look into the matter and save customers from fraud like these.

          All channels are not coming and also customer care are not connecting
          Pls see the issue, if it is permanently closed then returned all paid money

            I booked reliance big tv pre-booking offer on 6th march but i did not receive any confirmation from reliance. I again booked on 16th march, then i got confirmation from reliance big tv. I checked that both times an amount of rs. 499 was deducted from my account. I contacted to my bank icici. Bank confirmed that payment is transferred to reliance big tv account. I have contacted many times to reliance big tv and dropped mail also. Reliance big tv is so unprofessional that even a single time not replied and customer care executive are so uneducated that they dont know how talk to customer. I provided payment id also to reliance but they constantly refused to refund the amount. I did not expect such non-sense behaviour from reliance big tv.

              There is no tv signal reception since 2 days, we have recharged the account couple of days ago.

              The message on screen shows there is no signal due to weather conditions but the weather is very clear and it is summer days so no rain etc.

              Customer care number is not responding the calls.

              We have checked the connection wires etc from any problems of damage but everything seems fine.

              The connection was recharged with 3 months of subscription with platinum plans. Such a poor service or no service at all is not acceptable and we have to change the provider at earliest.

                I hv pre-booked big tv connection video booking id no. 12526269 on march 3rd they said i will receive connection within 30 to 45 days then i haven't any communication from you so far, and when i called customer care they don't provide any information rather they asked me to wait for 20 days more.. Am i being cheated, i wanna go for another dth provider i think

                  I am not getting all the channels as per my pack, and i have called so many times to customer care, they told its a network issue and it will resolve by week, but almost two months over, it is not resolved. I have enough balance in my account. Customer care is repeating the same message from last one month.

                  This issue is not resolved and they wasted my amount near 1000rs. So I choose another digital service. These people never worry about the issues.

                    I booked a new connection on reliancebigtv.com website on 1st march with booking id 12512447. It was for 499rs as booking amount with maximum waiting period of 30 to 45 days. Now it's been 45 days, and i'm still waiting for my new connection. I called the customer care they are telling me to wait for 2 to 3 weeks more. And still you guys are flashing the 45 days waiting period proudly. This is how you do business and run big companies. If you guys can't fullfil your promise words, they why are you misleading the customers. Why wasting the time. If you can't deliver the product on time then please refund my money.

                        Tis is about unethical and cheat reliance big tv.

                        I had a 1yeat subscription of south bronze pack with colors gujarat and kids add on pack. Since last 8 months they had blocked sony, mtv, vtv, kids channels l, aaj tak and many more for 4-5 months, they started it after 4-5 months but not all like colors gujarati is non-functional since 8 months, 15 days ago they stopped all star and zee channels which r still not working.

                        Since 8 months their customer care says technical problem for this issue, never their manger is present to come on phone for late 8 months, everytime they promise manager will call back, since 8 months their manager s r sleeping and have never called back. Now sice 2 days their customer care number is continuously busy and they have stopped all channels.
                        I have sent at least 5 email s to their customer care in last 8 months including their nodal officer, not even a single ail is replied. Infact their mailbox is full and mails r bouncing back. Their business is take money and leave no way to catch them. Never ever buy any adag group probucts. Do not fall for their new offer of free channels for 5 years

                              This is pratik walanj from thane. I am using reliance big tv from last 7-8 years.in feb 2018, i have recharged with 2499/ 2 year of dhamaka offer. But after 1 month, more than 60+ channels (Star & zee channels) stopped telecasting. Whenever i called on phone they say next 24 hrs, next 48 hrs etc. Customer care people are so hopeless, arrogant also.

                              From last 4-5 days i am unble to see my remaining channels as well. This is how you create offers and tempt users to buy the subscription and later discontinue the services.

                              I need immediate action on following points
                              1. When will be the all channels start telecasting. I need final date.
                              2. What action would be take on channels which are not showing in the form of cashback or extend validity?

                              This is Krishnakumar from Delhi. I have been a reliance big tv customer from the past 8 years. I also recently made a recharge of 1400 for a period of 1 year. Since a month, more than 60+ channels (Star & zee channels) have been not showing. Everytime I called up the customer care their response was that all channels will be active within 24 hours, next 48 hrs and so on. No proper resolution has been given. All emails sent your customer care have also gone unanswered.

                              From last 4-5 days i am unble to see my remaining channels as well. This is how you create offers and tempt users to buy the subscription and later discontinue the services.

                                This is been more than a month that i am facing lot of issues with your subscription that had all free channels for an year.
                                Pfa, of your stupid alerts that are useless to me and my payment w. R. T subscription.

                                Now, i don't see any star, sun network channels mainly and so many other important channels are also missing. This is how you create offers and tempt users to buy the subscription and later sometime cancel all the services like this. Is this how you run your business? Really??? Have some shame on your process and faces.

                                If you cant give the services you promised. I would opt to reimburse the amount that i paid for services, i will switch any other dth providers.

                                  None of the channels are coming. All shows error 400. Unable to get through to customer care (Toll free[protected] as well since morning; getting "customer is busy" response.

                                  For last few weeks, different error messages kept on appearing as they were not showing star, zee channels. Only 20% of the channels were coming. Some messages said due to technical reasons, unable to resume service, some said, will resume in next 4 days, some said, will revert 20% of monthly pack price into account in next 7 days, some said inr 14 will be paid into the account.

                                  And since 0000 hours 15th april 2018, no channels at all.

                                  I am in hal 3rd stage bangalore, 560075. If anyone also has similar complaints, let us raise voice against their unethical practices and get our money back or full channels be restored immediately. If not, let us go to consumer court.

                                      My complaint against reliance big tv. I have reliance big tv past 7 year's smart card no.[[protected]]. My tv connection was lost yesterday evening and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body picking the call they repeted same massage we will look in this issue and still i am facing this issue i got the error code 400 singnal loss. And that customer service is very poor of this service provider...

                                      If anybody look into this issue and take responsbility it's greatfull to me otherwise i have to think about the change service provider...

                                        This is further update, on the initial complaint. Right now non of the channels are playing, I have subscribed for 1 year and it's just been 5 months and non of the channels are playing. On calling the customer care several times they are giving a standard reply "This will set itself right in two days" and they are advising us not call them back. They are giving a complaint number for the issue so no way to follow up. On asking them for a complaint/reference number, they disconnecting the call unceremoniously. They cut the call if we ask for call transfer to the manager as well.

                                        I have raised a complaint in Reliance Big TV portal as well, but as expected I haven't received any response.
                                        So I am not finding any other route to reach them, kindly help.
