There is a serious problem which I am facing regarding my television viewing experience with Reliance digital TV. I called the customer care service recently and the customer care executive was talking very rudely. I payed 610 ₹ for 3 months viewing but I am not able to see maximum channels, when I asked about my account status he talked with me very rudely and was abusive too

    I had booked dish tv of rs (499) on 8th march during holi time. I got the order placed message but it has been over a month. When will you guys come for installation? I received the message that it will be installed within 30 to 45 days. Still i am waiting. Toll free numbers and their nodal officers numbers are not working. I wrote them but not received any reply. Don't know where to complain. Poor people fall in trap of businessmen.

    I am using Reliance Big TV more then 5years, all of sudden its stopped working without any reason., try to escalate within the Group no action till now.
    I want to understand the rule which applies on DTH operator from Government. Please take some action on this, its frustrating for me.

      I have booked for dhamaka offer by paying rs. 499/- on 1st march 2018
      And received confirmation message 8th march and i received same message today (10th april). Till now there is no information customer care is not able to answer anything i asked.

      Now 41 days are gone we will wait for next 4 days after this refund our money back.

        While pre booking big tv on 04 mar 2018. Amount of rs 998 deducted from my account but transaction fail. And when i contact there customer care they always give reasons such as system update going etc. How to approach them for refund as it's a matter of fraud.

            I am not getting any channels for last one month. Submitted request multiple times but no body responded

            I recharged for 1000rs a month back but could not use it for at least single day.

            I heard that bigtv is shutting down their service (Not sure if fake news)

            If bigtv cannot resolve the issue, please refund the amount.

            Last 15 days no channels can be seen no one is clearly updating reasons, recharges sms are timely sent by them till date. But no one bothers to update service issues. Loot in day light. Hopeless service. Should brag them suspend their licence

                By smart card number is ‭[protected]‬, i am using it from last 7/8 years. From last one month the services are pathetic, lot of channels not working. And the call center people are hopeless. They don’t know how to talk to customers. Relaince is a big name but the services are worst. Today i called helpline of reliance big tv the guy was so arrogant, without listening to me he kept the call on hold and when i tried reaching again it was getting disconnected after the ivr. Being your loyal customer this is what we should expect. When the channels are not available why should we be charged.

                  Sir i am the customer of reliance big tv.in my tv maa tv channels and zee telugu channels are not coming since one month. Customer cares are not responding.                     Reliance digital tv has given a dhamaka offer for rs. 2499 for all channels for 2 years and i have recharged for rs.2499. But after a month 65% of the channels stopped telecasting with message on tv screen "dear customer, channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly." whenever i called on phone they say next 24 hrs, next 48 hrs etc. My doubt is that does it a fraud among many happening in india now. Request you a speedy solution protecting the rights of the customers.

                      We have smart card no[protected]. We are not get a channel of zee, suvarna, kannada from 1 month. (Udaya also from 6 month) 1 week back we contact your customer care, told problem solved within 1 day. But yet not solved. We are also recharged rs.2500/1 year subscription pack. I[censored] unable to solve the problem, pls refund our valuable subscription amount. I hope react this complaint.

                        Star channels not coming, paid for 1 year money.. If not giving channel how can i change dish tv with my money refund. I am using this service from past 5 yrs but from past 5 months bigtv is playing with customers money.                           I have pre booked for Reliance BigTV on 2nd March, after paying the pre book amount(499), they haven't provided any confirmation of 'order received'. And even after contacting to customer service who said that confirmation order number will be get delivered in 24 hours. again contacting after 24 hours, to the customer care they said that if the amount have been deducted and if it has not been refunded into your account, you would consider that your order has been placed and our person will contact you. But till now I didn't receive any email or SMS.

                            In Oct 17 to Nov 17 my big TV channel not working, reason licence not renewed. Again recharge my account 2499/- last one month my set box not working, I called toll free no. But not proper solution given your customer care, so please take urgently take action on this matter & immediately change setbox & resume my channel .                               I have reliance Big tv DTH and i buy it in 2008 after some years i stop using this in year 2014 due to some reasons, on date 3/04/2018 again i want to to use Reliance DTH i called customer care how can i activate my reliance set up box they said you want to only recharge your set up box, i will automatically started and on date 3/04/2018 i recharged it with 150 rupees but setup box show ERROR 102 and showing this error agained i called reliance customer care about this error on same day in which i started using reliance set up box and the customer care said that your complaint is noted and your problem is solved 48 hours and i wait for 48 hours but no response or problem solved and i again i called customer care after 48 hours but they said only your is solved under 24 hours or 48 hours or 2 hours and also said that there server is down and said you want to wait till 6 april 2018 and but on today 6 april problem were not solved and error will continued, again i called customer care but they not solved my problem and they give only unsatisfied answers to me and on every called they said me different reasons for error and not solved
                              from this i am mentally harrased and also they not giving service for which i paid and today is problem is not solved

                                  I recharged rs. 1499 as per their offer wherein we would get all channels for free for 1 year. It has been 2 days now but none of the channels except a few regional channels are activated. For all others it shows error as "unsubscribed channel" which means the plan isn't activated inspite of making full payment. Even customer care is not responsive and give rubbish answers assuring us that the channels are now refreshed and the same would be activated in 5-10 mins but not to be. Upon asking their names, they give out fake names like sameer khan, prem singh etc. And dodge questions and try to end the call. I even asked for refund of money but even that isn't being provided. This feels like a fraud unfortunately as they had promised all channels.

                                  I have recorded the calls and plan to file a consumer complaint on 7th, if the plan is still not activated.

                                    Sir, i am atanu rskshit. I pre booked reliance big tv new connection with rs. 499 also got the confirmation massage with booking id. This offer is launched by reliance big tv on 1st march. As per their policy provided on web site it is mentioned thst the connection will be provided between 30 to 45 days. But today is 5th of april, almost 35 day's is over but installation is provided till now. Today when i tried to call customer care it says that "the number you are calling is incorrect". So please help me to get the connection or refund. Also take strong action against this company for frauding people.

                                      I am tired with reliance big tv.in recent i have received an message for 1500 offer pack for one year and i did recharged it. It worked fine for couple of weeks without gemini channels for which the customer care people said, it will be taken care and i can watch even gemini later. From march 10th none of channels related to star or zee are not coming. Whenever i give a call to customer care, by next week channels will resume. I am having an screen with the error message stating that, due to technical reasons we are unable to telecast these channels and it will resume shortly. Its been more than 4 weeks now.. What the hell i should watch except news channels and etv? This is really frustrating and reliance people are cheating the customers by taking 1500 money but not telecasting any of the channels. Customer care number will never get connects and even if it connects, they will not give any resolution or proper answer. Now ipl will start soon but don't know by when the issue will be resolved from your end. I want to have an update and if you guys cant resolve the issue, return my money back. Otherwise, i will file an complaint in consumer court. Such a worst service. Shame on you guys...

                                      I have not heard anything since April 5th and since April 14th now none of the channels are coming including the 100 advertisement one. What is happening with Reliance Big TV? Now it is purely ZERO CHANNLES TELECASTING.
                                      Yeah, that's true. None of the premium channels are coming. And their customer support executives are well trained just to dodge customer complaints and mislead them. I dont think calling the customer care is going to be of any use because they are just puppets of the script given by the management. Reliance BigTv company is just taking all o[censored]s on a run. I think the company is heavily burdened with loses. I wonder if anyone has lodged a complaint with consumer court (this website is just a forum, complaining here is not going to solve anybodys problems). If not we should all together file a class action suite. Or we should bring this problem in a blog or media where it catches the attention of the management. Atleast the threat of a law suite and losing company reputation will make them more answerable to the customers.

                                      Good that you have a plan to take action against the company. Actually I thought of giving them one last try when they showed the message "Channels will resume in 4 days". But that wait just went in vain, and now they have altogether stopped the broadcast of all channels. I think its a very strategic time to do something about this.

If not we should all together file a class action suite. Or we should bring this problem in a blog or media where it catches the attention of the management. Atleast the threat of a law suite and losing company reputation will make them more answerable to the customers.
