I have booked new connection on 1st march. But i have not received any update on the installation part
It has been more than 1 month
I have not neither received any reply of my mail to customer care.
Both customer care no are not responding.
It is ridiculous to keep trying the customer care and get no response
As per website the customer care is availed from 6 am till 11 pm. Not a single call has been responded nor have i got any status for the installation
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Customers care numbers are dial and not they call this number is check plz
There are many channels which are out of services from about a week. We called once, they replied, and now from 4 days calls are not available, are you making fool o[censored]s. We are paying money, it's not about one or two channels, all star and sun channels are not there, TV seems like running on antenna. Actually I m really upset by you services
In my connection there is ab error 200 shows last 15 days & call customer care several times but no one give proper reply

    I have pre booked for Reliance BigTV, after paying the pre book amount(499), they haven't provided any confirmation of 'order received'. And even after contacting to customer service who said that confirmation order number will be get delivered in 24 hours. again contacting after 24 hours, to the customer care they said that if the amount have been deducted and if it has not been refunded into your account, you would consider that your order has been placed and our person will contact you in said date i.e 30-45days to deliver your order. I have attached the transaction snapshot from my bank statement.

      I have booked the dth on 1st march its been 34 days i have no clue if they are going to provide me the setup box or it was a fraud.
      Neither they are providing any information about the setup box or channels they are going to offer.
      In 34 days they have not provided installation to a single customer so it looks like we are being cheated please help us raising our voice we get blocked on twitter and facebook if we comment and ask questions.

        Hi,

        I have done the recharge of rs 1860 on account number[protected]Current account balance on march 26, 2018 was rs 639.15) on march 26, 2018 via paytm (Order number -[protected] and nb transaction no. [protected]) attached paytm invoice and called multiple times (On 26, march 2018, 27 march, 2018, 28 march 2018) to customer care to activate rs 2499 pack on my account, but still it is not activated and the current balance in my account is showing only rs 1006.13.

        When i tried to contact reliance customer care number[protected] and[protected]Toll free) both of them are saying it is out of service.

        Kindly activate rs 2499 pack on account[protected]. And provide all channels.

        What kind of pathetic service you are providing?
        I have customer id[protected]. I had recharged on 23 march 2018. but plan has not been active till now. i have called many times on customer care number But they said always they will do nothing. You do whatever you want. This is worst experience of my life. They have no customer value. Finally i will change my network from here to airtel.
        Yeah, that's true. None of the premium channels are coming. And their customer support executives are well trained just to dodge customer complaints and mislead them. I dont think calling the customer care is going to be of any use because they are just puppets of the script given by the management. Reliance BigTv company is just taking all o[censored]s on a run. I think the company is heavily burdened with loses. I wonder if anyone has lodged a complaint with consumer court (this website is just a forum, complaining here is not going to solve anybodys problems). If not we should all together file a class action suite. Or we should bring this problem in a blog or media where it catches the attention of the management. Atleast the threat of a law suite and losing company reputation will make them more answerable to the customers.

          Star and zee channels are not being telecast as earlier was told that by 2nd of april, all channels will be online but false commitments continues. I made a recharge of rs.2499 under scheme o[censored]nlimited dhamaka offer for 2 years. So i request you to kindly activate my all star and zee channels under this scheme or else refund my rs2499 amount.

          I have done the Rs. 2499 recharge and asked customer care to start the 2 year service. But when i see the current account balance online, it is showing only Rs. 991. Why all amount is not showing?

            Not providing services after annual subscription as promised. First they provided offer for annual subscription once we recharge then after few days reliance cut the services and channel. Once we contact them they are not providing any confirmation and solution.in the name of technical issue they cut off most of the channels. Not sure what can be done here as we have already subscribe for annual pack and its just a first month.

            Yes they are providing info what they have been asked to do. Customer care call is now useless.but they are cheating customers and no body is there to hear.

              I have recharged my reliance big tv for 2 years plan for all channels, but since last 30 days most of the channels are blocked. Each time i call to the customer care a new date has been given, started with 48 hours to 2-april-2018 and now saying it will be resolved on 10-april-2018. It happened in past as well during sept-dec-2017 when most of the channels get blocked.
              It feels 'reliance big tv' is cheating the customer and making them fool.

                I have recharged this connection[protected] for 2 years in last year and when i paid there was Star and Sun network channels.For last 6 months i am not getting Sun network and for last one month i am not getting start network channels.I have being following up with the customer care at[protected] for last one month for the same issue and every time they are telling it is a technical issue and will be resolved in 48 or 72 hours and the issue is not yet resolved.The customer service person is not even ready to provide me the complaint number to track aswell. Hope i will get a proper response and the issue will be resolved soon.Even i have the recordings from (Rahul) your customer care executive where he is not ready to provide a complaint number or not ready to transfer call to supervisor

                  Your service is just ridiculous, i have been calling you guys since 3 months
                  It is going above my nerves now.

                    I have recharged my card no[protected] with rs.1500 pack in feb.18, after repeated complaint till 30march my complaint is unresolved., why co. Is harrassing it's customers who are with co.in tough time. I am already dressed due to this. My recharged val is reducing without getting the facility. I have made several calls on customer care they always said updation is going on. I asked them to connect me to their seniors, bimut no senior was available. I am getting crazy due to this as 1500 rupees are big amount for me as it's my hard earned money,. And reliance digital tv is luring on the name of money saver pack and not providing and facility to its customers.. I want to know is there any one who can tell me where about of this company and its contact no. And address.

                        Service too bad we are paying money and they are providing very bad service only few channels we can watch because so many channels showing this channels is temporarily unavailable due to technical error. It's all being from last 5 months. And they have a customer care no:-[protected]. When i try to connect this no, its never connect. One it connected and i was hold for 45 mins, no response from customer care. If i pay for 270 channels why i will watch 30 or 40 channels only...

                            What the hell is going on reliance dish tv.one month before colors has gone and came after 15 days. After gemini gone and replaced after 10 days some stupid channels. Now etv and again colors gone. Not even communication is happening with customer care centers. Is this happening in such a reputed dish tv's.

                            Reliance must have that much sense that it should connect to the customer care.
                            Really regretting to choose this DTh .

                            Atleast if i took any other Dth operator, they will inform what happening .

                              Can you please tell me why my service is of previous 4day. Nothing of the channel is not work. Bt you have cut my money day by day without any work. I have to call yo your customer but they do not give proper information why is my service is off. I want immediately back to my service and money which you have to cut for previous day without any work.                                 I have subscribed for Rs. 1499 for one year but not getting most of the channels properly-the regional Bengali channels as well as zee and star channels. I have been calling customer care since last few weeks but no one responds properly. Whenever I call, their only response is that they will solve it within 48 hours but no action is taken within the said period. Neither they are refunding the money.Please take immediate action regarding this.

                                  They tempted us with dhamaka offer for rs 1499 for 1 year (Freedom pack). I accepted and paid 1499 on 15.2.18. I could view all the channels.
                                  But after a month from 16.3.18 they stopped 58 channels with message on tv screen "dear customer, channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly." whenever i called on phone ([protected]) they would say next 24 hrs, next 48 hrs etc. Its 12 days since then but no sign of restoring. I sent a mail ([protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com) 7 days back and said "either restore all channels of refund my money." but they are silent. This is a case of cheating.
                                  They gave attractive offer to collect money and then cheat them.

                                  You are absolutely right. Now they are telling it will be resumed in 4 days. God only knows how many 4 days they will take. How to teach them a big lesson. Its a fit case to make it viral on social medias. I dont know how to do that. If you can please do.

                                    From last 10 days maximum channels are not coming. When i call to customer care they said that there is technical issue and the channels will come within next 2 days. Every time when ever i call to them they saying the problem will resolve with in next 2 days. But this issue is still there. Kindly refund all the amount to customer who are facing this issue. This is the worst service provider in this world. Is there any steps taken by consumer complaints forum?

                                      This is the worst service provider i had ever seen with irresponsible customer support staff.
                                      80 % of channels are not working.
                                      When we call customer care they always ask to wait for 48 hr.
                                      And i remember the name sajid to whom i talked, extremely bad executive not able to answer anything and when i ask to transfer the call he refused by saying that due to technical issue he can't transfer the call to the manager and disconnected.
                                      Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Please take An action on reliance big tv they are not giving Chanel’s properly and their customer care no also not working what should we have to do right know we recharged for 2years know what we have to do what about our money please take an action and solve our problem

                                      Only minimum channels are seen
                                      I have done recharge on 6th november for 6 months. Now even if time is there I see that only 3-4 channels are active. Rest all are inactive now.

                                        My name is jitin nambiar. My reliance big tv customer id is[protected] and registered mobile number is [protected].

                                        This is with reference to the complaints i have since last few months. I am not getting most of the channels. I have subscribed for malayalam pack for 1 year which will end in june. I am not getting most of the malayalam channels since last few months and now all the star channels. I have been calling customer care since last few days but no one responds properly. When i request to speak to a supervisor, no one is ready to transfer the call saying that no supervisor is available.
                                        Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Last month I have recharged for 2499 for 2 years and now from last week suddenly zee tv and star channel is been discontinued.

                                        Can't raise a complain through customer care number or by app.

                                        Now they are advertising daily with new scheme, I think something is fishy.
                                        It's been a long times that we have reachared fully but from past 2 weeks the channels have been resumed plz make it clear soon
