I have done the recharge of rs 1860 on account number[protected]Current account balance on march 26, 2018 was rs 639.15) on march 26, 2018 via paytm (Order number -[protected] and nb transaction no. [protected]) attached paytm invoice and called multiple times (On 26, march 2018, 27 march, 2018, 28 march 2018) to customer care to activate rs 2499 pack on my account, but still it is not activated and the current balance in my account is showing only rs 1006.13.
When i tried to contact reliance customer care number[protected] and[protected]Toll free) both of them are saying it is out of service.
Kindly activate rs 2499 pack on account[protected]. And provide all channels.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
