I did a recharge of 1499 on 22nd Feb 2018 since then my TV worked for just one day after that from 23rd my set up box is displaying a red light instead of green.When I talked to customer care they said there is a technical issue for which they will send a technician and for the same I have to pay 175 online.I.e.pre payment.I did payment on 2nd March 2018 and called for the technician.They said that technician will contact me in 24-48 hrs and gave me a complaint number.Since then I did not get any call.Infact every 2nd day when I call customer care I have to tell the whole story to every employee I spoke on every second day.Each time I call I get a new complaint no.Some say they have forwarded my complaint and request me to wait furthermore for 24-48 hours.When I ask them to transfer my call t
To their superior their servers are down or the superior is not available.Likewise till today there is no revert from their side.Here in chandrapur area we don't even have their outlets.Thus talking to them is a complete waste of time, energy and MONEY.Moreover it makes us frustrated.Investing in Reliance DTH proved a complete WASTE.

I have done recharge but Reliance customer case not activating my smart card.

    Even it's same problem as below, i paid money for the pre booking of reliance d2h of rs 499 for single connection after payment i don't see any confirmation message how can such a big company can be so irresponsible after this incident i realized it's not only problem with my transaction it happened to many people and customer service number always throw message as busy whatever time you call. I would wait for this month if i don't get response i would file case against company for irresponsible service.

    Since 3days I am trying to contact reliance big tv to shift my connection to my newly shifted house through toll free no. Which is provided by them.. But even I am able to contact them.. Some times they told that no network.. Some times call disconnecting.
    I have applied for much published Big TV offer for 2 connections .After much follow up I got registration number.I have been told connections will be done in some 15-30 days.Now I am still waiting.The customer care is never picked up.I started doubting etos of company.This they are doing at start what will happen after connections? I urged them to maintain name of organisations RELIANCE by following professional service.If I am not getting in next 15 days then I will asked for returns.

      Have uninstalled big tv connection before two months. I want to install again on new location. Calling customer care daily from 15 days but haven't got a technician to rectify the problem. Facing issue on a daily basis. First they misguided me that they have lodged my compliant but they didn't enter the same in the system. Nw they have finnaly entered in the system but no update from big tv. Really pissed off from the service

        I am trying to connect with customer care service on mail & telephone. No any reply from last eight days. I didn't get any satisfactory reply from the.
        I previously mentioned i booked the big tv online by making payments of rs 499. But till time i didn't receive any confirmation message or mail from your side. So kindly consider this matter & do needful basis.
        No any reply from your customer service or any other confirmation message or mail. So i am sending the proof of payment. So do anything regarding these.

          I attracted by the offer given by reliance big tv and paid 499 rupees towards dth booking. But i did't get any conformation from company side, even i tried to customer care no[protected],[protected] but both numbers are saying invalid.           But i did't get any response from their side.
          Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          i have also booked Reliance big tv offer connection with booking id 12522464 on march 2nd 2018
          but till now no information, even tried to call customer care number, sent mail, no reponse nothing
          please check.
          I have also booked Big TV but shameless response from them and now they are asking for 45 more days. It seems clear fraud from the Big TV because nobody can wait 3-4 months, they refuse to return money also. Its very sad that we don't have any online government forum to complaint against such fraud...

          Now I will never trust on Reliance product my whole life...
          I am from kerala i was also attracted by reliance bigtv offer and paid 499. as booking amount, got message within 30-40 days . no after 90 days no body called me and, when i called customercate they are not attending what to do?
          Reliance is FRAUD and not delivered DTH even after more than 2 Month. Moreover they are deny refund.

          Loot from Reliance on the Name of PM Modi while Government is sleeping and reliance is looting the whole nation.

          I too booked the Reliance Big TV offer and paid Rs. 499.00 on 20 March 2018 but no installation has been done so far. It seems they are cheating the public thinking that for Rs. 499.00 nobody would dare to go to court.

          Lets make a forum and go to court for truth and accountability.

          I am also victim of same fraud. Due to big name involved, probably no action being taken on a national level open fraud like this.

            I have pre-booked 4 reliance big tv offer for Rs. 1996 (rs. 499 each) which gives and offer of free 1 year of 500 channels. I have made the payment successfully. Yet there is not any confirmation regarding the payments. I got neither SMS nor email. I waited for few days thinking it will be confirmed. But nothing came, so i call their helpline but this helpline made me more suspicious as their line is very inefficient. When i call the helpline [protected] it keeps repeating "PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH HINDI KI LIYE DO DABAIYE" endless repetitions. You have to call again and again to connect it to customer care. When you get connected to customer care it make me more suspicious as their voice are hardly audible and keep cutting in the middle of the call. No matter how many times you call them it remain the same.

            How can i say this Genuine with all these situations?

            I have no got any update or call from the Reliance digital Tv. I have tried to call them but none of their toll free numbers are working and they have not provided any other number.

            I am beginning to worry with no response from their side. My payment of Rs. 1996 is going to be in vain.

              On march 2nd i booked reliance digital tv new connection. My id number is 12518421. But yesterday i got a message from rdtv your connection is missed. So log in reliance digital and book your new connection. It is limited period offer. Is it true or not.? What about my money? Please respond as soon as possible. Customer care numbers are not working. No reply to my mail also. It is very bad.

              Repeated complaints regarding the same (SUN TV, K tv not coming) via my registered mobile to reliance big TV has not been sorted out. I get the same answer for the past three months "technical issues". One year subscription has been paid for 2017/18. I have no choice except to resort to legal advice

Now the problem is when i try to visit in your website to check the status of the track order. I could not sign in. Nor allowed to register as a new member.                         I booked two reliance big tv connections on 1st march 2018 at about 11:46 a.m. as per which Rs. 998 was deducted from my bank account. The mobile no. used for booking is [protected]. I regret to say that I have not received any confirmation message from reliance big tv till date. For the last 4 days I have been calling up customer care of reliance big tv but they are completely unable to help me. Most of the times, the call is dropped from their end, or, even if attended, all they say is that the confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours and that the site is too busy to respond. I am really surprised because I have never experienced such a thing before. The amount of 998 has already been deducted and the company does not even confirm. I have called up the customer care innumerable times but every time the response is not satisfactory. I don't understand why they can't confirm booking or receipt of payment.
                        Please help.

                                    We have recharged our scn number[protected] with 2499 package as per your advertisement. After recharging most of the free to air {fta} channels have been reinstalled.
                                    We are very happy about this. But one of the most viewed channels in south india belongs to sun network group. But up to now this channels are not yet reinstalled. When we contacted your technical support staff they are not even listening to our words, they are telling technical issues are there regarding sun network group. So we expecting the answer from you when the channels will be relaunched.

                                      My subscriber number[protected]. Using reliance big tv.
                                      I can hardly view 4-5 channels. Other channels are not coming and gave error on screen. I have tried calling many times to customer care from last 2 months.
                                      Either no one picks the call and it remains on waiting and when some representative picks the call, they will say server is busy and cannot check the details and ask to call after sometime. Only 2 times in 2 month could connect to representative when there server was working. One time they raised compliant and told someone will visit and fix the issue but no one came. Second time, they told, this is common issue with many customer and we are working to resolve on batches. All customer will be fixed soon before 27th jan 2018 and they will be refunded as they are not able to view channels but is getting charged on daily basis. Till now no luck.

                                      No update since last months.
                                      From past 4 months sun network channels are not coming, every time I call customer care they say it will be rectified with 7 days, they are not even ready to register a complaint.

                                        Reliance digital tv is fooling people they suggest us to recharge to use their service. I have recharged my digital tv account with 1499 on 6th feb and again two days back for availing technical service and there is no proper response from your company till date.
                                        Once we recharge they misguide every day with sake reason "wait for 24 or 48 days" this is worst ever servicing company i have experienced. If your company cannot provide the solution even after payment then just close your company so that an individual will go for other companies please refund my amount else i have to file a case against ur company in consumer court...
