As per intimation and instructions during month of october and november 2017, all channels will be stopped from november 2017 during cancellation of your license. I have complained that my reliance digital service not working to the reliance digital service customer care a week ago but still the issue has not been resolved even after multiple calls to the customer care. From long time i am unable to watch so many channels. I have tried contacting customer care but unable to reach to them. Now channel which where coming having issue in display. So tel whom we reach out for this if your customee care is not responding then where should we go. 1) We aren't getting any of the channels in reliance big tv from almost 2months and we're kept saying services will come up soon for whatever complaints(SR ID#[protected]/[protected]/..) we raise in Reliance Digital TV customer service portal/app.
2) We recharged smart card recently on[protected] for 2yrs package of amount INR 2523/- but none of the channels are coming. None of the Customer service numbers worked...
