We are using Reliance digital tv from few years. We shifted to a new home and raise a request for re-installing the big tv in a new home. But my request is not completed for more than 8days.( As per norms, issue should resolve in 48 hrs, But issue has not been resolved for more than 8 days...So, we changed to new dish tv and asked customer care for refund the balance, which is left in my account. Issue starts here 1)No one is giving proper reply about refund and 2) No one is speaking english properly 3) Each time I call, I am getting different answers .please suggest solution??

    The following message is sent to reliance digital tv on january 27th by e mail to [protected]@bigtv.co.in and there is no response till date.

    Dear sir,

    I am a subscriber of reliance big tv with smart card no.[protected] for last many years. Presently i am in bronze sports with telugu regional package. For last more than 2 months many of telugu channels from etv and gemini tv are not coming. On enquiry with your customer care it is told that there is a technical problem and will be resolved shortly. The same answer is getting repeated every time for last 2 months. My online complaint on the same subject was closed without any response.

    We are fed up and today i talked to etv people and understood that it is not a technical issue but a commercial issue and they had disconnected big tv due to heavy dues. I also understand that no efforts are put by reliance digital tv to restore the same.

    Without etv and gemini tv channels telugu regional package has no meaning even if you give any discount. Under the circumstances if you are not restoring back these channels i prefer to move for another service provider. My present package validity is up to 13/02/2018 and with all good gesture i paid in november another 1500 rupees and my present balance is rs. 2263/.

    2 months is too long time and we bear it and if the channels are not restored by this month end i would go for any other dth provider and request you to make arrangements to return my balance payment along with compensation for the period the channels are not broadcasted.

      Dear team i am not happy with big tv service any more, being customer for so long i am getting channels what i paid for.
      My smart card number is[protected]. Since last couple of months i have called several time complaining about the channels which are
      Not coming like sony max, sun tv and ktv, ten sport also started just 4 days back. Whenever i call i get an answer it is technical issue and will get resolve in 7 working days but still issue is same. If it will not get resolve say truth so i can take decision why to keep false hope it will be coming. Last month when i call i don't remember the associate name who spoke rudely to me which i never expected and i didn't like the way he spoken to me. I am a customer i have all the rights to know the issue as i am paying the money for the channels. Kindly check and reply for my feedback and also like to know what benefit you will be paying for my loss.

        Hi i'm not getting sun network channels and many more channels from your licence expired after you have sent msg it will recover soon till date it's gone 5 months i not getting channel only few channels only is view, your customer care representative also don't know when the channel who'll recover to platform from where i can get proper response from you..

          I had been using Reliance Digital TV services a year back and stopped using them due to expensive monthly recharges. My smart card number is[protected]. After more than a year, since our local cable network recently has some issues, I recharged my reliance connection for an annual package of Rs.1499 on 31st January 2018, but didn't see any channels immediately and I was told that I would see them within 24 hours. Even after 2 days of waiting, I didn't see anything & the customer care executives asked me to do another recharge for Rs.175 for sending a technician home and I even did that on 3rd Feb as they told that there would be some issue with the smart card or set top box. Till date the technician has not arrived and they keep saying that someone would come within 24 hours whenever I call them.

          Only yesterday I came to know that Reliance Big TV has stopped their services and have asked their customers to migrate to other services. Unaware of all these things, I have done two recharges and has not received any service for the amount I paid. I think this is a big scam as they are cheating innocent customers of their hard earned money.

          I want a refund of all my money. Please help.

          Dear Sir,
          I have not received any update from Reliance and when I call them they keep telling me the same story - that the technician would visit in 24 hours & they can't produce the number of the technician as it's not updated in their systems and they can't refund my money. I have also sent a mail to their email, but no response yet.

          Kindly escalate & get my money back.

The same informed to customer care on the above said number in which they informed that some of channels not updated and will be updated by 31st january 2018. So far not updated. I request you to kindly take necessary action and solve the problem by updating the complete channels especially gemini channel in that.

                No one bother to reply to the mail sent to you people post asked to do so, it simply means you people are trying harassed customers as much as you people can psychically & economically both. Why don't you people starts a brand new cheating company now coz now everyone i. E. Most of the people were aware of reliance how chor company is this. Stop cheating & arrange for refund asap.

                no channels are telecasting from august 2017 and displaying a slide on the tv that due to technical reasons the channel is unavailable and it will resume shortly. But till to date no channel is resumed. How long time it will take for resuming channels.

                  As per intimation and instructions during month of october and november 2017, all channels will be stopped from november 2017 during cancellation of your license. All customers are requested to convert in tata sky with in the above period. All recharge balance and current balance will be transferred to tata sky account. Till i didn't get my balance. No balance have been found in my scn number as per tata sky after their verification.
                  You are requested to refund amount at earliest convenience.

                    I have complained that my reliance digital service not working to the reliance digital service customer care a week ago but still the issue has not been resolved even after multiple calls to the customer care. I haven't excepted such a worst service from reliance digital. Please the issue at the earliest.

                      Reliance big tv dth service not available since 29.01.2018. It shows error code 400. I tried to contact the customer care centre in the number shown on tv screen[protected]. But it gives only engaged tone. Searched and found two other numbers[protected] and[protected] from their site. But these two also always gave engaged tone only.                         Since 10 days we are not getting signal. The local representative had been telling us that it will be resolved in two days since last ten days.                           I have been subscribed to tamil pack. But i am not able to view any tamil channels for the past 2 months.
                          There was a notification saying migration will take place to tata sky but even that did not happen for me.
                          Every time i call the customer care they give me new timelines saying issue will be resolved. Initially i was promised the channels will be resolved in december. Then i was promised a date as jan 14th. Now they give me another deadline as january 26th.
                          They are not ready to send a message or mail saying there is a technical issue and the issue will be resolved by a particular date.
                          It is really frustrating when i get a response from customer care saying “u have to wait sir i can’t give a confirmed date when the issue will be resolved”.

                              From long time i am unable to watch so many channels. I have tried contacting customer care but unable to reach to them. Now channel which where coming having issue in display. So tel whom we reach out for this if your customee care is not responding then where should we go. Also this for sure last month for reliance big tv connection if its not resolved i will switch to another connection and will try to post about this on all social media.

                                  Reliance digital tv subscription id:[protected], in the name of janaki ram.in november'2017, migrated to tata sky, handed over the stb and other equipment. Received balance in december'2017. Since then i am not subscriber to reliance digital tv. From last one month i am getting message everyday from reliance dth that "recharge your account", "avail special discount offer", and so on. Why there is no action by central govt. On reliance dth for sending messages to ex-subscriber and for harassing. For example, sending messages or making calls to ex-lover daily, is it not harassing. Delete my account and my mobile number completely from your database. I called your customer care on 16th jan'2018, 19th jan'2018 to delete my mobile number but no action. Shame on you.

                                    My subscription number is[protected]. Have subscribed for silver sports packages. But for the past few months many channels like sony network, sun network and ten sports network channels are not available. When contacted the customer service people, they are not giving any proper reply. They keep on saying that it will be solved in two days for the past few months. If the channels are not available then they should have reduced the package price or should have informed earlier. Need an explanation as when will be the problem get solved.

                                        1) We aren't getting any of the channels in reliance big tv from almost 2months and we're kept saying services will come up soon for whatever complaints(SR ID#[protected]/[protected]/..) we raise in Reliance Digital TV customer service portal/app.
                                        2) We recharged smart card recently on[protected] for 2yrs package of amount INR 2523/- but none of the channels are coming. None of the Customer service numbers worked for almost a month.
                                        We are neither getting the money back nor transfer to another connection as few were saying.
                                        Please help us in either getting the services up or our money back.
