I have recharged my connection (Smart card no.[protected] with a pack of rs 5610 on 31.10.2017, but for about a month the channels like colors, sony, mtv, sports channels are not being received. I have contacted the customer care at[protected] but did not get a satisfactory answer. I am at loss in getting the services for which i have paid in advance. Please attend at an early date and resolve my problem.

      I transferred from reliance bigtv to tata sky on[protected] as per the instructions of reliance. Before the transfer i was recharged my relliance bigtv with rs 2520 on[protected]. I had a balance of rs 1890 at the time of the transfer. They promised me that the money will be transferred within 1 week.

      Now after 2 months when i asked about it they told me that reliance told them i have '0' balance. Which is not true. When i called reliance to know my balance, they told me that they can't help me. The invoice of recharge is attached to this. So please take necessary action.

        Recently reliance big tv service was closed and mentioned that it will move all the existing customers to tatasky and refund the current balance. I recharged 2520 rs on 22-oct-2017, but only 1000 rs is credited to tatasky. On enquiring reliance support no answer. Mails has been sent to nodal/customer care but no response. Any one can help me in taking a legal complain. It looks like a big scam.

          Respected sir,
          I am a former reliance big tv customer with smart card no.[protected]. On 27th oct 2017 reliance digital service announced its closure by november 2017 and asked us to transfer this connection to tatasky.

          As per their instruction, i called tatasky. After several day tatasky representative callbacks and assures that it will be transferred soon. Also, as per the instruction from tatasky authority i changed the customer name from seenath r (Bigtv customer name) to sharooq salahudeen (Tatasky customer name). On 08th november 2017 tatasky dth has been activated in my home. Also i asked tatasky to credit the balance to my tatasky account. Nothing has happened so far.

          Before that, i recharged my bigtv with rupees 2520 for south pack on 14th april 2017. Every year, i do this from 2011 onwards. For 1 year subscription they gave me 14months package.
          Rupees 2520 = 14 months (Subscription period april 14th 2017 to june 14th 2018)
          2520 / 14 = rupees 180 / month
          April to november = 7 months
          Remaining 7 months (December to june)
          Ie, 180 x 7 = rupees 1260
          I have attached payment proof of my recharge.
          Approximate amount of rs.1300/- with reliance dth - recharge amount - hasnt yet been credited to tatasky a/c even after 2 months. I have called tata sky customer care many times & registered complaint many times, but they didn’t solve my problem. Till today i have not received my money in tata sky account. No response from reliance or tatasky.

            Reply from bablu pal on 27th nov 2017 - dear customer channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly, emijt sort aur my problem.

            Can mr bablu confirm when their technical team are in a position to rectify the issues? What does resume shortly mean?

            I have sent 2 personal emails to mr anil ambani also but no one seems to be bothered even til the md level. This is the sort of service we are receiving from a reputed company.

              My set top box is non functional for the last one month. Your dealer grover agency at kangra hp says he has no set top box to replace my faulty one. I am not able to watch tv program for the last one month. My account has balance till september 2018.

              Please get my defective set top box changed at the earliest.

                Sun network telugu channels, etv channels not coming past 3 months in my rdtv. I have purchased 1 year telugu pack. I have lost patience and money. Customer care executives not giving proper information about channels resume. Please give my money back. They are showing message as 150 or above recharge get cash back on account of some technical problems. But i have already recharged one year subscription and it will end on 16/06/2018. Why should i recharge?

                  Myself Jagadeesh From Salem. My smart card number is[protected].After 2 years, i planned to use Big tv DTH . So i recharged the amount of RS 210 on 23/12/2017. On that same day itself I'm getting this error. I complained on 24/12/2017 they told within 48 hrs the technician will reach your home and solve the problem, but till now no one has not come to my home.If i again ask customer care support means they simply telling "plz wait plz wait " that's it.I'm very depressed on this issue .I need a solution on this issue or else please repay my amount and i'll go for some other DTH service like TATA sky or etc.

                      Not getting any channel for the past 10 days. Screen showing transmission error. Registered a complaint through the customer care no 5 days ago. After that unable to contact through the same. Number seems to be blocked. This is highly irresponsible. I had made the advance recharge for the connection way back.

Mr. Anil am bani ur very lazy, ur very beggar because all the dth company are working but u not seen ur big tv employee are work or not work. Mr, anil ur customer are not satisfied.                           Realiance bigtv without informing customers ended it's license and again renewed,
                          During this period we are facing a lot of problems there was no customer support to tell and after some time it established customer service but there are no channels being telecasting since 3 or more than, now it completely stopped chanel's for which we have paid, it cheated whole india, shame on you realiance sell the company if you can't handle.

                          My Set Top Box is not working from the last few days. I tried to contact customer care on telephone no.[protected]but could not get through in spite of repeated efforts. I also made a complaint in this regard day before yesterday but nothing has been done till date. Kindly get it rectified it immediately.

                            Around first week of december 2017 there was notification that i[censored] will recharge for above 150 or more you will get some discount. This was shown on preview channel of big tv. I recharge for 149 roi/south: ultra-lite pack for 1 month. Now as of today there are no channels. I am being asked to recharge again. I was a dedicated customer. Please respond or i am gonna lodge a police complaint or will go to court

                                I have paid for one year subscription in april 2017 and it is available till 2018 april. My smart card has been damaged and called customer care to replace it but there is no response from them. Every time they were saying to contact tomorrow. So i want to deactivate my account and return my money for remaining months subscription.

                                    I am a reliance big tv customer with smart card no.[protected] i recharged my account 3000 on 22/10/2017. One day relancedigital service announced its closure by december and transfer this connection to tatasky. As per their instruction i called tatasky and paid 229 on 02/11/2017. But later reliancedigital services announced to resume their service. Then what about the money that i paid to tatasky. These people are neither receiving call nor providing required channels. I think i have been cheated by this company. I want file a case in consumer court. It will be more effective if we all unitedly file a case on this company in high court in the form of public interest litigation (Pil). Lets join to file a case please

                                      I have recharged my big tv will the silver pack amount after i received a message for the same but now after the recherche is done my big tv is not working. I tried all the possible contact numbers bt they are invalid. Neither there is any assistance given to us so far not the tv is working. Also no such service centres are mentioned online so as if we can go and forward our complaint there. All the numbers emails given online are not working so how can we get our issue resolved from

                                        I made a payment on november 1 2017 as recharge of rs.430 to my smart card number[protected] via credit card to activate the service. I began calling reliance to start the service, however no one was there to answer or take the calls. The entire month of november, the company was under lock down period and due to this, my connection did not start. I not only lost my money, but the rival operators like tata sky refused to give me their free connection till reliance provided the stb number to them. I was stuck in between and had to spend another rs.2000 for new dth connection. So i have now lost not only the recharge money but also the money i spent on the set top box of reliance.
                                        Very poor and pathetic service as they did not inform the subscribers that they are closing down their business

                                        I contacted Reliance Digital TV which is Reliance Bigtv's new avatar - Reliance Digital Tv too too has same website with same toll free numbers .Yesterday when I contacted Reliance Digital TV and brought to their notice of my complaint, they asked me to approach Reliance Bigtv !! How do they expect me to approach Bigtv which is running services under new name with same toll free numbers ??
                                        Am also erstwhile customer of Bigtv and migrated to Tatasky on (01-11-17) notification to migrate to other service providers. 2K of mine stuck with Reliance Bigtv and TATASKY asks me to approach Bigtv and u can see what response I have been given .
                                        Recharge done but still not running of any channel.
                                        There is too much networking problem.
