Sir i am a migrated from reliance bog tv to tatasky on 20/11/2017.
When i migrating there is 2350 rs invmy account.
After migrating they yrancefered only 1000 rupees to tata sky. They now also deducting money from my account & not trancefering the balance to my account.
So hear by i complaining to you.
Please take nrssesary sctipns.

Since more than one month gone for accepting migration offer to Tata sky but sorry to say that we have not received our balance credit amount of Big TV.

    Sir,
    On 24.09.2017, i recharged my reliance dth account[protected] for rs.3400. On 05.11.2017, i migrated to tata sky dth [protected] with the notification of reliance dth as it was shutting down on 18.11.2017. But so far my account balance from reliance dth is not transferred to tata sky account. Kindly do the needful to transfer my balance early.

    I contacted Reliance Digital TV which is Reliance Bigtv's new avatar - Reliance Digital Tv too too has same website with same toll free numbers .Yesterday when I contacted Reliance Digital TV and brought to their notice of my complaint, they asked me to approach Reliance Bigtv !! How do they expect me to approach Bigtv which is running services under new name with same toll free numbers ??

    Tatasky asks me contact Reliance Bigtv as they havent received any refund from Bigtv . This after Tatatsky misled me for almost 2 months. And u can see how Reliance responded .
    Sir,
    I have received only Rs.1000/- to my tata sky migrated account ([protected]) from reliance DTH account[protected], whereas I recharged my reliance account on 24.09.2017 with Rs.3400/-(proof of screen shot attached). My reliance DTH was migrated to tata sky on 05.11.2017. As on migrated date i.e., on 05.11.2017, my reliance account had balance of around 3000 rupees. But I received only 1000 rupees to tata sky account. It is surprised that big TV is still maintaining my reliance dth account and deducting monthly subscription, it is confirmed from the attached screen shot. Kindly do the needful to transfer the actual amount as it was on migration to tatasky i.e., on 05.11.2017 around Rs.3000/-.

      On 19 nov 2017, i recharged for rs.500/- to avail 50% cash back advertised by you. On the same day, i received d the following msg on my mobile.

      "dear reliance digital tv customer, your account has been credited with rs.515 with cash back of rs.15 for timely recharge on 19-nov-2017".

      Pls explain why you have credited cashback of rs.15/- instead of rs, 250/-?

      Due to very poor customer services (No response to my repeated calls to your help desk), on 24nov2017, i shifted over to tatasky.

      Please ensure my credit with you is passed on to tatasky id:[protected] and advise me via my mobile [protected] or email: [protected]@gmail.com.in this regard, pls refer to my complaint lodged with you earlier.

        With the smart card no.[protected], the payment are maid in advance for 06 months but since last 02 months there is no channel of communication with big tv and the few main channels have been deactivated and the rate of monthly charge is the same as before, the message is being displayed on tv screen that 50% discount will be given, but what about those who had already paid the subscription in advance, neither the main channels are being displayed or nor the money is refunded back, at least come forward and face, why are you running away and hiding your face.

          Sir, i am currently using reliance big tv at home.. They have been showing message as the licence has been renewed so i charged for rupees 3000 as annual fee in november they also showed that 50% discount is applied for recharges before november 30, after that i have been calling the customer care but the customer care is not responding customer care closed. I have also mailed on the email address but till today the amount is not recharge to my account nor did i receive any call from them. Kindly look into the matter if possible refund recharge amount..

            Migrated to tatasky on 01-11-17 on notification from reliance dth to switch/migrate to other service providers as their dth license was about to expire. Approximate amount of rs.2000/- with reliance dth - recharge amount - hasnt yet been credited to tatasky a/c even after 5 weeks. No response from reliance.
            Subscriber id with reliance is "[protected]"and id at tatasky is "[protected]".

              I am lijo joseph having account in reliance big tv bearing card no :[protected] unfortunately i came to know that it has been merged with tata sky. Today my dish got disconnection suddenly i thought my balance is over with out second thought i have done a recharge of rs 200 and it got debited from my account and credited to reliance account. This completely illegal taking money from innocent people. I request you to returned back my money.

              I request you to do needful and returned back my money.

                I am a subscriber of reliance bigtv for the past few years reliance digital tv account no[protected]. I used to pay online for one year bronj hindi pack in advance. This year, my payment date was due on 15 july 2018. I transferred rs.3248/- using internet banking. I got the receipt for the same. But in the tv, they announced that reliance big tv is closing down and we can contact tata sky and our money will be transferred to them. I contacted tata sky and they came and changed the stb and took my reliance stb and the remote. I was told not to pay any money to activate the service. But i was asked to pay rs.200 to activate the same and i paid. I requested tatasky to get the amount of rs.3248 from reliance big tv. But no mony was transferred to my tata sky account (Id no [protected]). I am not able to contact reliance big tv. I tried a few times. Nobody is answering the call.
                From last one month iam trying to contact over customer care but always busy. Iam getting messae "channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons"

                महोदय, मेनें जुलाई में एक वर्ष के लिए 18/7/17 को इन्वईस ओंन लाइन नेट बैंक से no mp[protected] से रु 3240/- reliance digital tv बिग टीवी अकाउंट no[protected] में ब्रोंज पेक 12 माह के लिए के लिए जमा किया था. अब रिलायंस डिजिटल टीवी ने सेवाए टाटा स्काई को (Id no [protected]) ट्रांसफर कर दी है, शर्त अनुसार मेरा बेलेंस टाटा स्काई में जमा होना था. पर टाटा स्काई ने सूचित किया है की राशी जमा नहीं की है| टाटा में मेरा बेलेंस 0 जमा दिखाया जा रहा है, अभी एक माह के लिए मेने टाटा में राशी जमा की है, वह अगले दिनों में समाप्त होने से सेवाए बन्द होने की स्तिथि आ रही है| मेने टाटा स्काई 11i32n22 पर शिकायत दर्ज भी की है, पर कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला| मेने बार बार रिलायंस डिजिटल टीवी कस्टमर केयर में संपर्क किया फोन हमेशा व्यस्त आता है| वे किसी भी प्रकार संपर्क नहीं करते|
                कृपया मुझे न्याय दिलवाया जाये, मेरी शेष राशी वापिस मुझे मिले या टाटा स्काई अकाउंट (Id no [protected]) में जमा हो जिससे मेरी सेवा चलती रहें|

                As we were using reliance big tv, but even after recharging to my account the disconnection of channels happened, almost one & half month recharge is to be bear from reliance network only. my big tv account :[protected]
                I am not able to contact Reliance Big TV DTH customer care, there are many channels missing in the currently opted package. No proper response from service provider.
                I have decided to switch to Tata Sky.
                I need my money back which I have made the payment.

                          I have paid yearly subscription for south pack and also this my second compliant, no sun network channels and recharge for offer provide 150 above 50 percent off yet to be credited.. Lots of confusion and no support to fix issues. Paid money for south pack and mainly looking for south pack but no proper channels for money paid either refund money back or restore service and provide waive off if issue can't be fixed!!!

                            Nothing has happened. Reliance BIG TV is not reachable at all.
                            I have recharged my Big TV smart card by Rs. 270 with silver pack on 20th Nov, 2017..my smart card number is[protected]..but maximum channels are not coming with error that channels will be restored shortly...Plz resolve the issue and get restored all the channels that I have paid for...

                              We are having big tv since 7 year, its performing well and good, due some personal reason we have cancelled big tv, yesterday my dad recharged for 700 rs in big tv by mistake through net banking.

                              Now amount was debited, please transfer the payment where you have amount was received, it will be very humble i can get money.

                                T v was working till 23rd November 2017. As suggested by you I made a missed call to Tata sky. They didnt call me. Some days before I got a message from your company to pay Rs.208 to renew the plan. So through a service centre I try to recharge. But they said that now reliance has not engaged with this connection.The last payment I made on 05/07/2017 for Rs.600/-My place is kazhakuttom in Tvm Dist.Please give suggestion as early as possible

                                    I really don't know what the hell is happening with reliance digital tv. We have subscribed for south indian packs kannada and telugu. From past 2- 3 months, many channels are discontinued and replaced by some useless channels. For example, udaya, udaya music are completely not available and colors kannada, colors super are said to be resumed soon from past 3 months. No prior intimation nothing. Neither there is a proper communication means. Seriously, do they (Reliance digital tv) even value their customers? They will charge us thousands together. Even after paying so much, the service provided is the worst.

                                      From last one month iam trying to contact over customer care but always busy.
                                      My complaint is all the channals for which iam paying not able to view the servie. Please rectfy the technical reasons immediately. If it is not possible please let me know, i will switch over other service providers.

                                      Iam getting messae "channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons"

                                        Reliance is going to cheat the customers. After merge with tatasky. Y again send messages to their customers like, dear customers don't move to any other dth. Our services will be continued soon. I[censored] give this message means. Atleast give response for queries. Even your help line number is not working. How can v believe, i[censored] not continue ur services means, give clarity about it. So please respond atleast
