I have placed a complaint almost 20 days back on the above subject but i have not received any reply from reliance and they have not given me a complaint number also. This is just harassment from a big corporate like reliance. Since 1st week of nov many main channels are not being shown and their toll free number is also not functioning.

As i am now not interested in continuing with your service, request you to refund the last recharge amount of rs 800/- submitted on 3rd nov. I also want a reference number for this complaint so that i can escalate the matter to the higher ups.

Kindly acknowledge at the earliest.

My Big Tv Smart card no.[protected] is suspended last diwali period and I recharge by Rs 380 via Oxigen wallet by a shop keeper but my Big Tv have not any massaige recive and customercare not recive my phone call please solve my problem as soon as possible. My Registered Mob. No. is [protected]
My card number is [protected].services for colors TV vh1, MTV hasn't been resumed yet. Even customer service is unavailable. Respond asap. Stop cheating people.it says service shall resume shortly but all of this is bogus if we have not shifted to any other dth service .

i recharged my connection with Rs.210 for 1 month as per your tariff plan that i have seen through your web site on 30.10.17. Unfortunately my connection stopped working on 23.11.2017. I had to recharge again with Rs.210 /-on 23.11.17. pls redress my grievance.

Same above reply since Oct 2017 . No escalation being done at Customer Care. I have sent two mails to the MD but to no avail.

Now they have started a new scheme informing 1999/- for a period of 5 yrs free viewing. This is all bogus. They will use this money and we will all be left high & dry and main channels like SET, SAB, etc will still not be telecast. Customers money will be diverted and we will again be running after Customer Care.

Please be careful all Customer of BIG TV.

    Bigtv is not providing the sevices as mentioned in their packages,
    I have paid for south indian channels and it is not telecasting it from 2 months.
    I have recently recharged with 1 year subscription.. Bigtv without informing to its customers stopped these services and also stopped their customer care number, so that no customer can reach them.
    I want to file a case on bigtv for thia false promise..
    I request you to please take some action on the authority for providing fake information in the company website that the package is for 1 year. But they not providing the package totaly as mentioned

My concern is about i got the pop up about 50% cashback with recharging 150 and above, but i didn't receive it, when can expect this, 2nd point is that so many channels of our favorite list are inactive, then just sake of 2 or 3 channels it doesn't meaning continuing with the big tv, thanking you

      For last one month, lot of channels are not being aired on my reliance big tv, channels like Sony tv, Sony Sab, bindass, mtv, vh1, Sony mix, colours and many more. Kindly look into the matter
      Smart card no[protected].we have payment as per your request. One by one channels are being blocked. Ashes cricket starting from 23 Nov not able to watch as entire Sony basket is showing technical issues.colours basket same issue can't see Big boss. From today Utv gone

        I used big tv last 8years. Now i recharged 1year plan 1750 on july 2017. But september 8 onwards sun network stopped and 2 days ago (24 november) full services stopped. What happened to my money. Two weeks ago daily they message me on tv that don't switch to other dish tv's, we renew our services and be available on shortly. And another offer was 50% cash back before recharge on november 20, 2017 but after that all services stopped.
        Please take necessary action. I want my money back.

          My reliance digital tv/dth smart card number is[protected]. I paid rs.3355/- on 5, 6.10.2017 towards one year subscription.
          As big tv have abruptly removed some favorite tamil channels from the package, i switched over to local cable service and requested them to arrange refund of the amount paid. I stopped using their services from 15.10.2017.in spite of my letters dated 12.10.2017 and 25.10.2017 sent to them by registered post followed by emails, i have not received the refund till date. I was not able to contact their customer care telephone numbers also.

          I request immediate refund of the subscription amount paid online.

          With reference to your email dated 25.11.2017(ID:1787591)regarding non-refund of DTH subscription paid to Relainace Digital TV(DTH), i am very sorry to state that I have not yet received any information from them in this regard.

          Thank you very much for your immediate response.Despite repeated letters and emails, Reliance Digital TV failed to respond to my request for refund of money.
          My Reliance Big Tv card no. is[protected]. I have taken a yearly subscription from Big Tv but since past 6 months I'm facing issues with the service provider. Initially the started reducing some channels and when contacted they said that the channels with resume soon. But from past 2 months none of their channels are active. I then again contacted customer care multiple time but they just keep on promising that it is a technical issue and the channels would resume shortly. None of the executive is providing complaint number despite of asking. They are straight away denying procedure for refund.

          This has now become a mental trauma for every family member to check everyday n contact customer care for the services to resume. Please get this complaint raised with them. I'm very disappointed by the service from such a big brand.

            I am a reliance big tv customer since 9 years... Never faced any problem till last 2-3 months. A number of channels have been stopped. Have u ppl stopped paying for these channels? Start these channels immediately. And when r u renewing ur dth license may i know? How long should we wait for this? U r very dishonestly cutting my balance money.
            Please refund my money i[censored] r unable to start. Also i see many ppl have complained and yet problem is not solved. We all r missing our favorite channels. Since u decided to renew dth license, we decided to be patient and wait till 20 nov. But even after that some more channels were disconnected! Who is responsible for this? Also no one is answering any call at your call center?

              I recharged for reliance big tv for rs.250/- on 22nd nov, 2017. After recharge i tried to switched on big tv but even all subsribed channels were not displayed. Error massage 200 shown on tv. Even after recharge i am not able to watch the subscribed channels. Earlier there was problem of error 106 few days ago. Now there is problem of error 200. Please attend the problem immidiately.

              I had registered complaint few days back about error 106. I am not able to watch tv since last one week. Please do the nnedfull

              Pl look in to the matter and show subsribed channels.

                The customer service always doesn't work neither have gud services all the channels are disconnected or says temporary disconnected from 3 months we been facing this problem and we have not got any solution if this is not working at least should change the system renewing it wat theses guys are doing we don't understand they don't need customer satisfaction. Shameless big tv team. My money waist in ur company.

                    We are having fun with reliance bigtv in past 9 years, but now we have heard some bad news that your reliance bigtv will not run long in the future.
                    Now i have complain for you, in the past last month our some channel were not working. I was all ready paid amount rupees 300 for renewal month of packages past month.
                    We heard some bad news tatasky will manage your big tv dth connection we will get new free connection from tata sky dth service and after one week we heard some news reliance dth now renew his liecence. So we are expecteing reliance bigtv will given good service.
                    So we all ready again 50 % cash back offer and i was paid new 150 rs. But not yet started our more then approximent closed 20 channel.
                    Our closed channels
                    Sony, sub, setmax, ristey, colours, bindass,
                    Sony max, utv movies, ristey movies, utv movies,
                    And sony mix... And more

                    So what we do our money for 150 that we cant see their our account.
                    What we do for next renewal month package,

                    Can we change tata sky or will tata sky give me free new connection.

                      After recharging the reliance digital tv i switched on my tv. I was trying to watch channel there was smart card error massage on screen (Error 106).
                      I cleaned the smart card sim with dry cloth and reinserted the smart card but still it was not showing error massage on tv screen. Pl send yr technician to solve the problem. I was not able to view tv even after recharge

                        I have recently recharged my big tv smart card for one year with silver plus pack.. My smart card number is[protected].. But now maximum channels are not coming in my big tv from the last two months and therefore i am facing a lot more problems.. I have also received many messages regarding change of set top box.. Is this company getting shut down..??? If yes.. Then kindly refund my money otherwise i will have to look for some legal actions to be initiated against you.. As i have not been intimated regarding the closure of the company instead i have received calls from the customer care of the company regarding when i would recharge my bigtv account number.. So please either refund my money or resume my full sevices without any delay... Thanks i advance...

                          We paid 4575.00 rupees one year subscription las oct 2016 and till feb 2018 it is valid. Channels were stopped disruptly..
                          Call centres are not responding.. Very irrresponsible
                          Channels are stopped ; knowing the license being renewed we awaited the channels to be restored which were supposed to happen last week itself..

                          Wat a foolproof standards are you following...

                          Despite being restored from today kids channels were stopped.

                          This is such an useless service we r experiencing right now. No body is responsive..
                          We need a clear explanation.

                            I am having reliance big tv connection smart card number [protected] which is deactivated due to tv repair after i got repaired my tv i tried to reach customer care number but unable to reach them since they put automated message that they are busy
                            Pl activate my account so that i can migrate to tata sky with out any additional charges by recharging my account.
                            When i approached tata sky customer service they told that my account is deactivated and we have to activate from reliance big tv. Pl do the needful

                              From last one and half month most of the channels are not coming, technical problem is showing on the tv screen. Everyday one by one channels are being discontinued. I have subscribed for one year pack bronze 12 260 (N/s). We thought after 20th nov 17 problem will be solved, but no change. Your customer care is also not working. Hope you will solve the problem very soon. Kindly refund the amount of the discontinued channels.

                                Hello, my self vivek nirmal and i am your consumer from last 6-7 years. I recharged my big tv in last month and after that all of your service issue came up.
                                Eventhough i reacharged my bigtv, many channel is noy aired.
                                First of all, there is no customer care support. I tried 100 times from different number, and there is no responce from your side.
                                So now can you help me what should i do?
                                No contact detail i have from your side and day by day many channel is discontinued. Colors, sony, starplus many more of them is not showing off.
                                I will personally take an action against you.

                                    I have already recharged it for 1 week everything is working but from last 4-5 days something

                                      Hey.. My smart card number is[protected]... I m using reliance for 8 years... Thereafter i found inconvience in services... I recharge my account with 350... I am notvable seen any channel on my tv... And i tried to approach costumer services desk all of them not i m not able to forward call to them due to inconvience in service of reliance.
                                      If this problem not solve till tomorrow... Thereafter reliance may loose an loyal costumer... I will throw out my set of box to a garbage dump

                                      We had big tv connections for over 7 years and now for tata sky migration the customer care from tata saying that the id[protected] is not found. Hence not eligible for migration. How is that even possible? We were still using the big tv connections and still have the big tv setup box. Please look into this.
                                      From past 4 months, I was not able to contact customers care and facing problem in some channels. There is a technical issue in colors, Sony and Aaj Tak. Please resolved the problem otherwise i will look for another DTH

                                        Sir, i am using big tv from 2008 onward my smart card no. Is[protected].
                                        I am sorry to says that neither your customer relation team attend any call nor your services are satisfactory. You close my colour channel, etv news and others without inform to me. Therefore i had decided to change my service provider.
                                        You are requested please close my accounts today itself and my accounts balance laying with you to be transfer to my funding accounts under intimation to me. Your co-operation in this regards highly appreciated.

                                        We had big tv connections for over 7 years and now for tata sky migration the customer care from tata saying that the id[protected] is not found. Hence not eligible for migration. How is that even possible? We were still using the big tv connections and still have the big tv setup box. Please look into this.

                                        BIg tv toll free no not working. big tv most of the channels not broadcast to the subscribers this problam continues from last two months. Due to this we face so much in conveniance and trouble. please take proper action to resume my subscription.
                                        My a few channel like sony sab, aaj tak and any other channel are not working please resolve my problem .My smart card number[protected]
