Some channals is not runing sony, colours etc this is from 1 month only showing service is temprary unavaliable service shall resume shortly please resume the channals

    Sir i already contact tata sky customer care that told me your details not provide by reliance big tv. Please call your customer service but reliance service totaly closed no one receive call and email response my reliance smart card no[protected] contact mobile no [protected] unfortunately this type of misbehave reliance big tv to our customers reliance

    SUN NETWORK is not working for last 2 months, even after complaining no one is giving reply . also JAYA TV is not coming, If this continues we will change the Dth service and will go to consumer court for not telecasting for what i have paid for .

      Hi, my card no is[protected], annual bronze subscription, the company is not broadcasting the no of channel s as promised by them since last 20 days, once they say that they are ending their services, and to give missed call and when the tata sky, confirms for providing services, immediately the big tv displays that they will continue the service, the customer care is not responding to calls the website is not opening, is the company playing with its customers, this amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice, which the company is well aware, if the services are not restored in time, please refund the amount, there are many service providers waiting to provide dtd services, i hope the company will not give room for further legal complications. i have done recharge in may, 2017 for annual package. now we will take responsibility for giving my refund.i hope consumer forum will look into this and give us our hard earn money backl

        My consumer no[protected]. As per your message flashed on my tv set if i recharge more than ₹150/- i will entitled to get 50percentage cash back. Accordingly i recharged for ₹2000/- vide service id jdlore2l5b9 on 16.11.2017. But i received a message that you are not entitled for cash back. Is this not cheating a 10 year old customer. Pl reply. There is no correct number available to make a call. Plz help us to get our cash back

          Hello sir,

          Since the company was in process of winding up, we have not recharged our connection/subscription.
          But suddenly advertisements started we are renewing our license and who ever recharge above rs.150/- before 20th nov 2017, who will eligible for 50% cash back.
          Since we are using from last 7-8 years we thought why go another co. We retained with same co i. E. Reliance big tv. And recharged our subscription for rs.1000/- on 14 nov 2017. As per their advertisement my balance also updated as rs.1500+.
          But unfortunately we are seeing any channel all the channels are blank not showing any channel from last two days.
          I am egregiously calling their customer care no's but no response means always listing tape due to congestion your call can not complete.

          The company cheating with customers hard earned money.

          Sir, please help to get my money back or the service should be started as early as possible.

          As per your offer recharge above 150 getting 50% cashback. Till date of 20 November, 2017. I had recharge my set top box on date 9 November but till today I can't get cashback. Also what about Sony channels?
          ONe of the worst TV service provider. Toll free no does not work . Written complaint is not addressed. Channels are one by one going out of screen.

            We were not intimated about removal of sun tv channels and all of a sudden all sun tv channels stopped and replaced by other tamil channels. We need sun tv channels else we need to know when will sun tv channels be back.. Also no customer call numbers attending customer complaints nor issues since more than a month.. Very disappointed with reliance big tv services..

              Dear sir/ madam,
              I came to kno from news & other sources that reliance big tv is about to quit from market & to avoid inconvenience of customer tie up with tata sky & dish tv through migration system. We are customer of relaice big tv since the year 2005 & continuously recharge monthly pack.
              Our cust id no. Is[protected]Card no. Is [protected]).
              We gave miss call on toll free no. Of tata sky at the end of m/o oct.2017 & after 5-6 time communication, they could not find our id, they always says "id is not matching". More than 20 days have passed & migration not done by tata sky & 1 day ago when we call to dish tv the y have also not provided service with the same reason.
              I bring to your kind notice that when rel. Big tv connection served me before 12 years ago & i have recd smooth service from reliance big tv (After monthly recharge). How is possible that my id is not matching or not available in customer database.

              Please look into this matter. Now i am not interested in tata sky or dish tv.
              (Migration system for reliance big tv).
              Disappointment for me never expected this inconvenience. I am thinking to go consumer forum.

              Is anyone getting any channels from BigTV nowadays? I am not getting none of the channels since 5th November. Tatasky also not responding for change in services.

                Smart card no:[protected], the pack we are using contains which channel most of them are not working.
                Trying to contact on their customer service number none of all is working.
                Need immediate solution to my problem because amount we are paying for all the channels but not able to access most of them is completely unfair. Please resolve it asap.

                    Dear sir,

                    As per msg from 52811received on[protected], 'reliance digital tv's services will expire in nov 17. We have tied up with tata sky to get you a free new connection.'
                    On[protected], i received message, ' dear customer, continue to enjoy our services without moving to another dth service provider. 50%cash back on recharge over rs. 150 offer valid till 20.11.17.'

                    Same msg was displayed on tv screen.

                    Consequently i recharged my account with rs. 200 and i was given 50% cash back and confirmed about balance of rs. 301.50 in my account. But no service and on tv screen it is showing error 106.

                    May i request you to reverse my amount of rs. 200/- to enable me to avail services of other dth.

                      My reliance big tv dth no.[protected]. The channels are not coming from last 30 days. When i was calling your customer care no., they are not giving any reply. What type of service is you are providing??? Why r u wasting our money if you can't renewable your channels. Please check into this matter otherwise i will change my cable operator. What is the use of your 50% cashback, when you are not renewing our channels. Such a annoying behavior. Very disappointing.

                      ppls clear my problem as doon as posible, this not first time & some other r showing all channels but in this dish tv some channels r temporarily unavaliable
                      I recharged bronze package of 200 RS it shows error 200 . customer care no is not responding to pick up call please solve my problem as soo.n as possible ...

                        I am not recieving aaj tak news, and all sony channels, and gujrati regional channel. I have renewed my gold north pack on september. The customer care numbers have become inactive. I have given missed call to tata sky but they have not contacted me. When you have announced to stop big tv. You should give some mobile numbers where we can contact some concerned persons.

                          We came to know that reliance big tv is going to be stopped. So we were request on screen to contact tata sky. We did it. Now we are getting messages, that reliance big tv is going to be continued and we are messaged to recharge from retailer. We had gone from door to door of every retailer. They tried to recharge it, but the recharge was not possible. Reliance big tv customer care numbers are not working. Connection fully suspended.
                          Recharging impossible for reliance big tv. No channels are found.
                          Can not reach to the reliance big tv customer care number. What shall we do? We can not watch any channels, even can not recharge from retailers.

Since last 6months etv channels are not coming, inspite of repeated discussions with ur customer care. Also since last month sony tv channels too are discontinued. I would very much like to be ur customer in future also, so kindly resovle these small problems

                                I am trying continue my account no[protected] but my smart card is showing invalid. I even recharged 2 days back with rs.275
                                Few days ago we had received massage to change account with tata sky without any payment and our amount shall be transfer in tata sky so please let us know that will reliance big tv continue or not?
                                The call centre numbers are not working, i have tried to register my compliant online also but no response since 4 days. If reliance cannot continue my service, please refund my balance immediately.

                                    As it is shown on tv screen i give missed call to [protected] tata sky reprsentive called us and changed set up box but recent news big tv tied up with veecon media, what a confusion announcement and the message that i am seen in reliance big tv website doesn't anything about migration to tatasky which i was seen, i lost my 7months subscription who ever responsibility for this.                                       Hello,
                                      I wnted to know when the issue is going to be resolved? Tried calling customer care & tatasky phone numbers but no use. I would like to know are you facing the same problems or did you changed to tata sky earlier before itself? Its more than 1 month now without connection, how much compensation are you going to pay us? Can you imagine the situation without tv connection for 1 month, having 2 years boy, who is asking for the cartoon channel? I am expecting an answer from you? Don't you know that your license is going to be expired in the month of november 2017? If yes what are the steps have you taken to resolve the issue? By simply giving one phone number (Missed call number) which is no use and will not resolve the issues.

                                        We are bearing a dish connection with big TV with smart card number[protected] and facing error 400 since a weeks time. Also unable to reach the customer care. We have rechecked the plugins, other connections, restarted the setup box but still getting the error.
