Reliance Bigtv — booking of new connection | |
I had booked reliance bigtv connection on 08/03/2018 and my booking no. Is 14512535 but till date no response received. They had promised to install the connection with 30-45 days but till date nothing is done. Customer care number is looking fake i had tried many times but not connected. Msg date 20 april of booking but no any response booking charge already given by Reliance big tv Rs 500/- pls solved my issue

I pre booked Reliance Big TV and paid Rs 499 on 12.03.2018.Since then no communication from company.I tried many times to contact on toll free numbers but they do not work /connect.My registered mobile no. [protected].

I Booked RBIG TV connection & have booking ID- A12935985 and No of Connections was 1.
Now 3 months passed & it is showing ignorance of customer by you which is not a good business strategy as well.
Request to refund my prebooking money or arrange to install DTH within 3 days .
Awaiting response.
